Yes, I ordered this attack. The Blood Dragons opened fire on our vessels after the Coalition started building a base in Kyushu and the Blood Dragons took their side against us. They publicly accused us of hostilities against Blood Dragons without proof, something we never did. Afterwards they shot down a scouting vessel which tried the investigate the extend of this coalition and Blood Dragon Conspiracy. Finally the declared war on us.

I KNOW you two don't like each other because I had to try and keep the peace so much. But to bomb Kyoto, the home of the most powerful unlawful group in Kusari, and take it out on the rest of us? You couldn't have hit Mito, Sendai, Hikone? You hit the center for every Dragon, not just Nakai? This can severely cripple all of us instead of the little clique they have! This is so wreckless and thoughtless and can really damage both of our movements! I always felt like the rest of the cell wanted an excuse to fight the Nakai, but instead you want to fight all of us!

Ever since the Coalition came to Kusari, they have received threats from the Gen'an cell. The Coalition did nothing overt to directly target and wrong them, it's upsetting that the Gen'an want us to respect their allies, yet they cannot respect ours. Nor do they seem to appreciate that the Coalition's purpose in Kusari is to solely aid the Blood Dragons, which in turn would have increased the might of the Chrysanthemums as our ally. How dare you interferre with Blood Dragon operations.
Maybe I'm wrong, however, so far I haven't heard of any Gen'an ship destroyed by the Coalition. Now, however, what happened in Kyushu was that you attacked the Coalition and myself! In this case my ship was constantly attacked by fire coming from a ship piloted by the Gen'an. I am quite certain of the firepower that was directed towards me.
Of course, our allies are always come first and we will always address their concerns, but we will not allow th Gen'an to destroy the goods we are receiving or dictate how we operate.
As Daimyo of Takeda Clan and representative of Shogun in this case, it has been decided that the Gen'an Cell will; as of this moment be considered an unfriendly organisation and all Blood Dragon Clan pilots have been given kill orders for any Gen'an vessel that threatens any interest of ours, until this conflict has been resolved. We've never before put a knife in your back, like you have done to us with these actions. Of course we would all like to take Kusari to be a better place, but some things must have boundaries.
If the Gen'an wants to escalate this, then so be it. You will meet us, with Katana drawn.

What did you expect that I would do? A declaration of war in the name of the Shogun was handed to me. Then the next day, a recon squadron of ours was destroyed on a routine patrol by a Blood Dragon battleship.
You know tht nobody outside of the Nakai would have followed those orders! Even then the fight was between you and them, but you just dragged in every other Dragon to this fight. Nobody I fly with was going to shoot Chrysanthemums before now. Everyone is thinking I'm a spy now because I used to be with you guys, and it's taking everything I can for them not to turn on me. But now that you bombed our home they're out for blood.
I can't defend you guys in this, and I can't stop any of the others from getting revenge. I can't guarantee that I won't be told to do something I don't want to. I don't want to fight my sisters, but I can't have my family home be destroyed.

I would personally dislike to see you facing your Sisters on the battlefield. Other than you leaving in the cover of darkness, there is nothing I hold against you.
You still have a home with us, so if you seek refuge, I can offer it. If you do stay among the Blood Dragons and end up on the battlefield facing us, I suggest you could always attempt to not be very accurate with your aim. Most our Sisters still remember you.
Also, it was not Nakai who declared war on us, it was the Takeda clan. The battleship that shot us was the Taiho.
