Hello again, Captain Seabourne.
We definitely want to ensure the survival of these creatures; even if our motives might differ. Simply put, as you might even notice from the researches made by "Cambridge University"; that Wildlife is failing to reproduce in a human controlled environment. Even our CUMEC system is failing to achieve the reproductive ratio of the ones that is totally living untouched.
If we want to ensure the survival of these creatures, it is simply by not touching them. The optimal choice is just simple! But still, even with that rule in place; i am definitely pro-peace. I am okay-ish with a select number of animals that are living comfortably with human intervention. However; i do not represent the whole of Gaian Organization. I am just a peon in this big game that is trying to make the black team and white team agree on something.
My superiors put a red-line about wildlife being held captive in your vessel. I share the same sentiment with them. And we know profits and tourist numbers are very important for you.
That's why we have come with a good solution; at least in our part. We can "for only one" time; forget about any punishments regarding the health condition of Wildlife.
We are very positive on you providing your benefactors, VIPs and tourists the best experience they can get. That's why we would like you to consider:
The Holotainment Wildlife project.
Your current wildlifes will undergo a thorough physical exam; if they are healthy, their dispatchment to natural environments will be planned.
As long as your current wildlifes stay in our vessel, we will give the holotainment codes; and your tourists will enjoy and observe them just like they did back in your vessel; but their overall health will be better! We really want you to consider that.
We are aware that some governments may consider Holotainment bands as contraband, and we might talk about that.
Or, there's a second chance. We may get 2 of our CUMEC systems on your vessel, capable of holding up to 50 wildlife. However, if they are in your possession, we can not leave them alone in your vessel. We would like to get 10 Gaian officers to overlook the situation.
Please do think about these possibilities. If you were to consider one of those options, or at least try them; please open up a private channel to me and we can discuss this. I'll try to talk to my superiors but i am afraid they wont be as liberal as i am on this matter.
Now this is starting to look more like a partnership. You've made some compromises in your offer, perhaps it is time for me to do likewise.
I admit that our facilities for the wildlife are designed primarily for our passengers' enjoyment. We deliberately picked species from temperate climates with naturally smaller territory to try and be comfortable in our menagerie, but I won't insult your intelligence by claiming it is ideal for the creatures.
They seem comfortable with their accommodations, but I suspect there is room for improvement, and I suspect your people might be up to the challenge of making said improvements.
Assume I'm interested in one of your CUMEC systems for the Breezewood. I may even be interested in having your people aboard, serving as interpreters and handlers for them, which would free up personnel for other duties. Obviously, that would be a massive amount of trust to invest in someone of your political background, but I think we can start talking specifics. Know that anyone who comes aboard will be vetted by Spa-SEC and will be unarmed, and any equipment you would install would be poured over by my engineers to ensure there's no funny business afoot. If that is a non-starter, my apologies for wasting your time. I like to think that you're earnest in your desire to see Breezewood's menagerie better cared for, but I hope you can also see how having 10 people aboard a liner with a large stock of mysterious electronics could also result in a hijacked spaceship.
As our friends in the Coalition say, "Trust, but verify"

Dear Captain Seabourne,
We are glad that me and you have overcome the first steps to make the Sirius a better place!
My crew is totally okay with your terms. However there are still some terms that we need to discuss.
Well if everything were to go flawlessly; this seems like a good plan. However; as your Coalition friends say; "Trust, but verify"
Sadly leaving our men unarmed and leaving Wildlife there with OS&C is not looking very bright on us, given the compromise we are making.
Our men, devoted to wildlife; are seen as terrorists on some Houses. And we know that you might enter some of them. What would be your plan regarding this issue?
Apart from that, there are lots of things we need to discuss. Checking on our CUMEC systems are totally okay; however we need to have an emergency plan to avoid another entity forcing you to do bad things on them. We are also believing in your good-will, however; as you might have doubts on our organization, we also have doubts on these so called "lawful" entities.
I am totally okay with my crew dispatched on your vessel, a CUMEC system that will be developed for your vessel specially, and the wildlife on your vessel having better conditions, but it is better if we can have a talk and discuss the matter.
We are available tomorrow, if you can give us a meeting place; preferably outside of House Space; otherwise we will need to get a special permit; which may take days to get.
Please let us know urgently, we have a lot of work to do. Thank you for your consideration.
A more direct meeting sounds like a decent plan. I can get my shuttle to the Baffin system easily enough which should provide the neutral ground you desire. Does 20:00 on 30 April work for you? If need be, I can push that back to Friday.
Regards,
Jonathan Seabourne

It was a pleasure meeting you in person earlier in Baffin. If you can find 25 sympathetic personel who won't immediately trigger the interests of the Liberty navy upon a scan of the manifest, I'll track down the rest of the items on this list. Xenobiotic filters, industrial materials, alien organisms, a survey team, and a partridge in a pear tree.
I'll see you this weekend to see if we can't arrange a meetup and turn a motley collection of hardware and "civilians" into a functioning ecosystem to make the wildlife feel right at home. I'm looking forward to the challenge, truth be told! Then again, I'm not the one who has to personally keep the thing running, I wonder if my engineer shares my enthusiasm...

Shockingly, the Liberty Government has given full blessings for our plan (license request). I can openly carry 10 of your people in my ship, provided I give Liberty the necessary credits. I know we originally agreed on 25 "civilians", but I imagine being able to openly operate will open up your pool of applicants to bring on some more efficient staff. Shall we swap out the 25 civilians for 10 Gaians?

The Sigmas, eh? How about Sigma-19? Not too far from Hiran is a jump gate to Sigma-17. Should be a quiet enough spot to meet and transfer our latest staff members. I propose Monday, 4 May at 20:00 if that works for you.
