Isla may not have as many years in Academies as other colleagues of her, but she has gained a lot of knowledge through her experiences. Having worked as a Security Agent, Convoy Escort, Scout, Police Officer and both as an unaffiliated - and affiliated with The Sirius Syndicate - Bounty Hunter has given Isla the chance to fly through Liberty countless times, and learn her ways around, alone. She has faced many opponents, and the odds have been against her multiple times, but her situational awareness has always helped her get ahead of her opponent. Over the past year of her life, Isla has gained a vast amount of experience flying gunboat-class vessels and considers herself excellent in them, having spent countless hours both in space and in simulations, training her skills. Her knowledge, understanding and experience of snubcraft remains at a mediocre level, while her capabilities on larger capital ships never cease to impress.
Biography
Isla was born at Pueblo Station, after her parents were forced to migrate there, coming from Kusari. She doesn't know much of their pasts, all she's been told is that they were dismissed by their company, GMG, due to a training accident. Having no place to go, and no people they knew that could help with providing shelter, her parents fled towards Liberty and lived on Planet Manhattan for a few years, before moving to Pueblo Station due to life on Manhattan being more expensive than they anticipated and could fund.
Isla loved law enforcement from a very young age and she always wanted to be part of Liberty Police, Inc.; the Police authority that was taking care of Liberty's security. Her father, a valued pilot, saw himself in his daughter's eyes and taught her how to fly before she visited any academies, giving her a good head-start, and the necessary tools for the life that was awaiting her. Isla finally finished with her education and entered adulthood. She went to a flight academy and in her free time made money through escorting convoys and scouting regions. She got herself new equipment, a better ship than the one her father had managed to buy her and eventually, she was seeing herself executing private bounties and fulfilling security duties for private corporations. During the 4 years of her course not only did she gain the knowledge from the academy itself, but she also gained knowledge through the various missions she flied.
The 4 years quickly went by and Isla came out with a diploma in her hands and tons of experience in space. She knew though that she had a lot more to learn, and so she spent the next few months of her life flying around in space, going on patrols, escorting transports, getting to know Liberty space even better. Not a lot of time had passed until she felt ready to complete her goal, and signed up for the LPI, where she got accepted in her first try.
The next year had it's ups and downs for Isla. Working for the LPI was truly an amazing experience and she valued all the people she met during her time there, managing to make Deputy Chief of Police in what seemed like a very short period of time - an indication of how successful her career in the LPI was and how respected Isla was considered among officials. However, something seemed off. Isla couldn't quite wrap her head around whether it was the current command of the LPI or if it was the Board, but towards November 827 she decided she wanted out of LPI.
Towards the end of January 828 Isla, having done various side-jobs during those few months, including working for the known mercenary group "The Sirius Syndicate", being a respected high ranking member of the LPI, was given the choice of leading the Marshals Service, a long-gone, long forgotten department of the Liberty Governmental Police that is slowly rising back into activity. Without much to keep her, Isla accepted the offer. The Marshals Service turned out to unfortunately have been a failed experiment for Isla and the rest of the personnel assigned to them. During late August of 828 the Marshals officially disbanded with their assets being completely frozen. All personnel working for the Marshals either disappeared, or was forced to find a new job.
In the meantime, things over at the LPI side of things weren't looking great either. Chief of Police Jean Holiday had long retired, about a few months after Isla resigned, and ex-Captain Harrison took her position. However, the Liberty Police, Inc. was not doing well and Chief Harrison knew very well that the corporation wouldn't last long under his hands. Harrison resigned from the position of Chief of Police and ex-Captain Otonashi Yuzuru was assigned, being the only individual able to replace Harrison, however unhappy he was with that. Yuzuru being one of Isla's closest friends over the past many years, once he saw the press release on the disbanding of the Marshals, he saw hope that Isla would once again return to LPI and hopefully relieve him of his duties as a Chief - and so it happened.
In an attempt to 'revive' the corporation, Commissioner Nazumaki has made many changes into the LPI's ranks, departments, precincts and general structure, hoping to get the results she expects.

Tiffany's past isn't that good or was bad either, since way she grew up with her Father and Step Mother, who she always got very well along with since a young age when her mother been killed away from an bank hostage break within liberty's Main Bank on Planet Manhattan. When she was not even two years old, she was shown really Hyperactive and athletic for her age at the same time from moment she began to walk and shown strong interest in Sports and Gymnastics with reading on the relaxing moments.
Moments during her schooling, She began to show her interest in ways none others which may make the teachers think she might be a Hyper active disordered child, but there wasn't any signs in her records resulting this since she always moving yet rarely read books. She was somehow picked it up faster then other people her age or older by a short shot.
When she began to attend Planet Manhattan University years down the track. To start learning Law enforcement classes, Some of the class mates began to get easily jealous of her due to her everyday life on always keeping ahead of the class mates and always getting her assignments done, always on time and never is late to class for the whole course.
While she was there, she saw a few classmates that looks cute and hot, but she always kept it to herself. Mean while during the moments she getting, she began to show less and less attention to her class teacher that shown she began to fall behind really quick. Somehow she always manages to every time, bring it up to speed since she to focused on the guys she liked to much which got the teacher annoyed and her parents.

Biography
Tricia’s lineage goes way back to her mother, who was a woman of wealth among other Cretans. She was married to a completely barbaric Corsair, who wouldn’t hesitate to strip the last credit from every merchant who thought it was safe to pass through Omega systems. One day, after a long night of abuse, Tricia’s mother killed her husband in his sleep - a common practice among the residents of Crete. She claimed his ship for herself and fled the barbaric society, asking for refugee status in Bretonia. As a cretan, a national enemy, she had to undergo constant surveillance for a year. During that year, she encountered an officer within the Armed Forces, who would later on become her husband.
Her birth name was Tricia Carter, a girl whose mother mysteriously disappeared after Tricia was born. Since her birth, she was surrounded by people of wealth - most of her family’s business revolved around gold excavation and haul. In her early years, her head was overflowing with dreams, she could easily socialise with any kid she could find. The discovery of her extreme flexibility was almost unintentional, albeit, the girl herself showed no interest in sports. Neither was she easily groomed by her capitalist surroundings - only her father, who was a loyal serviceman in the Armed Forces, had an effect on her.
Adolescence for Tricia was not an easy one. At the age of twelve, the leadership skills that her father has taught her, allowed her and her team to win in synchronized swimming competition. The pressure from her family was growing with each day, for they all hoped that she would overtake their “golden empire” when the time comes, noticing her knack for leadership and exquisite control of those below her. Tricia kept dismissing the perspective of being an oligarch, following her real dream - to fly in space with her father.
At the age of twenty two, she graduated from the Armed Forces Flight Academy at Fort Winchester and was assigned to her father’s battlegroup. During the war with Kusari, the battlegroup was tasked with securing and protecting Leeds as a point of tactical retreat for Bretonians. Years later, when Gauls invaded Leeds, and Tricia’s father was killed in action. That day, the High Command ordered everyone to retreat to New London, and no matter how much Tricia prayed, the reinforcements wouldn’t come. After a long heated discussion with the Armed Forces’ command, Tricia was court martialled and relieved of duty.
A week later, she received her father’s last will. It was a letter about her mother’s sudden disappearance. Tricia’s mother, “a broken angel, who healed this poor soldier’s soul”, died by giving birth. In his last message, he described that day as the worst day of his life. The day when the only bright beacon of hope left him, he was berated by his family for even thinking about “marrying that cretan parasite, let alone having a child with her”. Shortly after, Tricia dismissed her family’s heritage, going forth into her life with a new name.
Tricia Reyes formed a small group of mercenaries, which consisted of her former Armed Forces’ wingmen and other bounty hunters she encountered. The group that went by the name of “Umbra” was methodically hunting down artifact smugglers and corsairs in Omegas, as well as cardamine haulers in western independent worlds.
In 823 A.S., she received a letter about her family’s unfortunate demise - all of her blood relatives were methodically hunted down and executed by unknown individuals. Tricia was the next in line of heritage. Yet instead of resuming the business, Tricia claimed all the financial residue and disbanded the organization, abandoning her past behind her with a hefty sum in her pocket.
A year later, Tricia and her small group encountered The Core. Shortly after, Tricia invested into a construction of one “Bullhead”-class Battlecruiser, with her and the rest of her wingmates joining The Core Paramilitary shortly after. In two weeks after enlisting into the paramilitary, Tricia was promoted to the rank of a Paladin (The Core equivalent of a Captain). During the shift within the higher ranks of The Core caused by Jack Daniels' retirement, Tricia temporarily left the paramilitary, returning to her position once the inner shakedowns within The Core Higher Ranks stopped. In 827 A.S., Tricia became the Guildmistress of The Core Paramilitary and AP Manufacturing.
During the discovery of Omicron Nu, Tricia showed initiative to parlay with the Libertonian Government regarding the system. Nonetheless, neither Libertonians, nor The Core’s Board of Executives showed any interest in negotiations. That, and the Board’s refusal to provide Tricia with proper support for her offensive against The Order, was the point at which Tricia decided to leave the Core behind, formally retiring and purchasing five square kilometers of land of Bayport’s Natural Preservation Zone on Manhattan.
During her "retirement", Tricia gathered all kinds of flowers from all corners of the Sirius sector, creating one of the most diverse gardens in Bayport. Ever since, she took great care to ensure Bayport's ecological stability by investing into a plantation of hundreds of tree saplings that were fit for the region. Months later, Tricia joined Liberty Police, Inc.; the reason for her application was, quote, that she "was kindly asked to".

Isaac Hartley was born on March 12, 782 A.S. to Cecilia Brown and Uther Hartley. Raised by parents with strong convictions and a deep-rooted sense of patriotism, Isaac applied to West Point Academy mere days after graduating from high school. Taking after his father, a lawyer and partner at a humble but successful law firm operating on Planets Manhattan and Denver, Hartley chose to attend law school parallel to his officer's studies and training. He graduated with both a degree in criminal law and an officer's commission in 804 A.S. and was promoted to the rank of lieutenant.
Upon request by - then - Captain Edmund Mallory, Hartley was transferred to the dreadnought Sierra Nevada of the Colorado fleet, where he quickly garnered the captain's favor. A promising young officer, Hartley enjoyed his commanding officer's personal tutelage, perhaps intended to one day take over command of the Sierra Nevada himself. Hartley, however, had no interest in spending a career aboard an aging battleship and, when presented with the opportunity, accepted command of the gunboat Pierton in 812 A.S., together with a promotion to the rank of lieutenant commander.
Several years of border patrols, anti-piracy campaigns, and contraband interdiction followed, until the breakout of war with Rheinland saw the Pierton redeployed to the Texas system to serve as an escort to the Mississippi and her battlegroup. The Pierton saw repeated action during the conflict and Hartley received several commendations for excellent conduct, bravery, and tactical command. Following the conclusion of the Liberty-Rheinland War in 823 A.S., Hartley was promoted to the rank of commander and transferred back to the Sierra Nevada to serve as Captain Mallory's executive officer.
In 827 A.S., Hartley was offered command of the freshly commissioned battlecruiser Confidence, aboard which he served until his transfer out of the navy and to the Marshals Service in January 828 A.S, following his former C.O. and mentor, Mallory. As an experienced naval officer and certified lawyer, Hartley was quickly promoted to the rank of Liberty Marshal and spent his brief tenure in the Service conducting criminal investigations, frontier patrols, and anti-piracy operations under the command of Deputy Director Mallory and Director Nazumaki.
Following the premature disbandment of the Marshals Service, Second Fleet Command offered Hartley to reprise his rank and command in the navy. This offer, however, was declined in favor of a transfer to Liberty Police, Inc., now under the leadership of the previous Marshals director, Isla Nazumaki. Rumors among the employees suggest that Hartley chose the transfer to the privatized police force - an institution he came to strongly dislike during his time in the navy and Marshals Service - only at the behest of now retired Rear Admiral Edmund Mallory. Some - entirely unfounded - rumors go as far as to indicate that he is meant to spy on LPI's young commissioner.
Leveraging his experience in the navy and the Marshals Service, Hartley succeeded in being granted command of LPI's investigations department.
