I want to make a recopilation of the most common and profitable trade routes.

I have tried to find anything that was about the trade routes around the game, but seems there isnt any real dedicated list of the best trading routes. So i need your help on gathering this information.

And before you post it, yes, i am aware of the utility of FLStat, but im looking for the commonly used by players, so everyone as much as possible can find this information wihout having to check every time the program.

A few things to stablish:
-Estimated cargo is 4300 for the average trading vessel.
-If you find shortcuts, please write them.
-If the sell point is on a different place than the other commodity you buy on the way back, write them as well.

Example for the cardmine/slave route

Faction: Junker or Freelancer
Commodity route: Buy Slaves on planet Pittsburg on New York, sell them on Planet Malta then buy Cardamine on Malta to sell on Planet Manhattan.
Profit/Time: A trip through Kusari takes around half an hour. So a full trip will cash you 50m
in an hour. 25m Slave travel/30m Cardmine travel.
Your rating: 7/10 Good route for smuggling runs, as long you dont get caught by the liberty authorities or the kusari authorities.

Another route you can take, while i havent tested it enough yet, is to bring your slaves to colorado, take the jump hole to ontario, move to magellan, take the leeds jump hole, then move through the taus until you reach omnicron alpha. Its a much longer route compared to passing through kusari, but you can almost certaintly avoid any authorities.

This route will also get you in good terms with Lane Hackers, Rogues and specially Outcasts, if you need to sneak safely Cardamine into Manhattan, ask them to create a distraction for a small share of the profits.

Commodity route: Mined helium on pennsylvania.
Profit/Time: 30m sell to New London, not sure what to buy on the way back, but cobalt on the Omega Ore Depot (Nottingham, in front of Freeport 1) can be bought for 3000 per unit and sold for 9000 on Planet Houston(Texas).

Anyway I really don't understand why would anyone (from a logical point of view) bother with smuggling for profits when the most basic Helium run (Penny -> New London) gives you the same 30mil for way less effort, and less chance of getting stopped... For the return trip just make a short jump to Nottingham and pick up any ores there to ship back to Liberty.

Of course if you are not a scumbag you will leave this easy route for other starting players to make their cash.

As for smuggling, I do it for the mood / playing true to the ID when I'm playing a quasi-lawful / unlawful character but even then it's probably more profitable to find a POB that sells Cardamine and try to sneak that into Manhattan for a quick run instead of bothering to do the full route ...
