Sir,

At the beginning of this day, May 17th - the Generalmajor's last logged position was on the Weisbaden residence. We have since lost all communication with the residence following 00:13. Following this, we dispatched a wing to investigate the situation and report back the status of both the facility, and the Generalmajor. The scout's report was.... troublesome. The entire facility was destroyed, investigations so far point to gunfire from hostile craft as a the primary means of destruction. All vessels inside were destroyed.

Despite these events however, we have not discovered any bodies on the surface. All transmissions have been deferred to myself, however until we uncover the truth and come to a decision - you are now the commanding officer of the Army.
