It is not really necessary to help smuggle the drones in,
I understand your desire to keep to secrecy. We both know that outsiders are going to learn of our involvement. The fact that your kind are simply not seen hunting our kind is going to give some people pause eventually. However, I think there is no harm that can be done if my kind is seen more frequently within the system. That in itself would not be able to be traced back to you. It is merely respectful to ask your opinion about our intentions first. No need to worry. It will probably even behoove you, as it may dissuade the K'Hara or the Wild from visiting the place.
Please, indulge me if I ask how you have fared. Since the disappearance of the last Gammu AI cluster, there have been no noteworthy news from the Omicrons. Perhaps you know something that I don't?
We are contempt as long as the peace is kept within the Technocracy space and that all laws, obviously excluding utilisation of your own species technology. If your fellow kin are believed to be within danger should something occur that prevents them returning to their own safe house, they are more than welcome to seek refuge at Planet Elgin.
As for our mutual friends over at Gammu, I believe another Network has been established. They have contacted us recently, a diplomat by the name of Arae introducing themselves as the representative of the Gammu Consensus and the Assembly. You may have some better luck reaching out to them.
Otherwise, beyond knowing that the Core and Order still squabble, not much has been noted in the Omicrons.
However. We wish to bring a proposal to the Advisors, a similar proposal will be sent to the Assembly. We firmly believe that all three of our species must collaborate together to ensure that we are not put to extinction from our opposition, to mutually assure that we thrive in this harsh universe. We would like to formerly propose the Triumvirate Alliance, to guarantee that every post-human, Gammuian, and Vagrant Nomad remains united as colleagues, to ensure that security, knowledge and our technology expertise is co-opted into this ideal of concord. We believe it to be of importance that we must allow all associates have full rights to each others home lands for full cooperation and to secure a prospering flow of goods. We believe the first step for enabling such collaboration is the establishment and initiation of the previously proposed idea to connect our societies together. Here are the rough sketched terms of this agreement, changes can occur with further conference:
The Triumvirate Alliance is a cross-species league that entails the collaboration of several species, from Humans, to Post-Humans, to Gammu Intelligence, to Vagrant Nomads, that work together in cooperation to ensure their mutual survival, congregration of knowledge and colonial development. The basic principles of the agreement entails:
-Full access to each members territory including repair & resupply access, trade access and a right for a safe haven as refuge in the event of disasters.
-Full rights to each members subject species.
-All members are a part of a Defensive Pact and must come to aid if colonies are under attack.
A right to research & development, knowledge and intelligence databank collaboration.
-All members must respect each participants sovereignty, each member is a guest in each others home, the same courtesy extended to the members allies in their space.
-For the sake of coherence of the agreement, members desiring to declare warfare with a faction must be voted upon to ensure proactive measures are taken in regards to the members welfare and that the rival does not conflict with members diplomacy.
-Infractions committed by members offending subjects should be reported immediately to the offending member in order to resolve complications

Were you not worried about being found out about?
While I think that this would be a splendid idea, do indulge me if I ask regarding your desire for secrecy. Surely, should it come to an incursion into Inverness or Omicron Lost, a defensive pact would not go unnoticed. Are you certain you would want to shoulder the responsibility that would come with it?
That is not to say that I don't believe that there is nothing we can do to at least throw sand into the eyes of those who would seek us harm. Who knows, perhaps some of them can be deceived into believing that you, the secretice and solemn technology-hoarding cabal, have found a way to invert the usual dynamic of human and alien. I am thinking something along the lines of a harness that is designed to make it look as though you had found a way to exert control over the drones you are encountered with. While they would probably be a little annoyed about needing to dress up at first, I believe that it would go a long way in giving our would-be adversaries pause. It would probably also be quite funny to see a drone do space-wheelies on demand. What do you think?
Ah, the AI. Almost forgot about that. You say you've been in contact with a new AI cluster after the old one that built the relay on Secundus disappeared? Would you be so inclined as to introduce us, perhaps? Who knows, maybe it would be best to include them into what we discuss regarding the... Triumvirate? Hmm, it kind of sounds like a superhero team. I think I like it.
Smoke and mirrors will inevitably need to be employed here. We do not know how long the play will act, but it will be predestined that the truth will eventually surge, it is only a matter of when. There will always be the skeptics, perhaps a further thought into this might help the case... I do wonder if it's possible to change the phase alignment of their husk to display a different wavelength, hmm... I wonder if the drones like a shade of pink and do said wheelies...
Either way, beyond the playful banter... In regards to the Assembly, we will make contact, although it is advised you formally establish communications with them to further verify yourselves. Perhaps they might not take up the offer, perhaps they will. They might be interested in collaboration with the project if not the treaty proposal, at the very least.

Very well,
I shall contact this Arae. Hopefully, the fact that the last Gammu AI iteration has help shape our way of communication goes some way in fostering trust. Some lifeforms are just very skittish, and yes, I see the irony of that statement. In any case, I popose it is best to create a joint communications channel if you manage to garner their interest in partaking in the Triumvirate. I suppose you want something like an actual treaty in the end? Something one can point to? I suppose that could be possible.

Ah, good point.
I think we could continue that, yes. There are a couple problems we would need to address, however. Firstly, a gateway between our spaces would require materials. You probably have better ways of transporting them, which is why this is probably a task best suited for you. I will attach a list of materials to this message. However, the Azurite Gas, we will need to harvest for you, so it is likely necessary that we agree on a time where we create a convoy to bring enough Azurite back to Inverness. The second issue would be placing. Not all space is equal, without going into detail. While jump holes can appear literally anywhere, it is way more complicated to try and trick nature into doing what you would like it to. The Inverness system would need to be thoroughly surveyed, given the distance. Even if a suitable location is found, it might be that it is not the most optimal. However, we should consider this point once we have the scans.
So the basic shopping list is this, written in standard units:
12000 Iridium
8000 Azurite Gas
8000 Critical Temperature Alloy
6000 Magnetic Superconductors
4000 Energy Field Equipment
4000 Vanadium
4000 Ultraalloy
4000 Argentium Silver
As said, we would need to agree on a time where the Azurite Gas is fetched. However, there is another thing we would need. Without going into detail again, we need to visit the atmosphere of Planet Knossos. There, we can hopefully obtain a material that both you and I have no means of synthesizing. Thankfully, large parts of the derelict Nomad structure there consist of what we need. We would just need to peel-off the protective layers first. Sufficiently strong heavy weaponry should do — after a while.
We understand. Our Citadel has several storage complexes capable of holding the materials for it to be deposited into. We do have several units of the Gas in surplus, as it is frequently utilised in our technology. Beyond Ultra-alloy being a mild nusiance to obtain, we believe it can be easily obtained. We will have to organise a time for our teams to collaborate upon sampling the derelict city. Security will have to be obviously considered.
As for the alignment, more studies will have to be conducted. We have observed and conducted similar experiments when Cult activity was at an all time high years ago.
You may the leisure of reading our previous inquiry to the Bretonian Government, where we successfully opened up a temporary yet unstable passage to Omicron Kappa: Bretonian Query
If the stream within Inverness proves to be difficult, it may be possible to force alternatives via beacon systems to anchor the points down and brute force the points open, also known as a Gatekeeper (Reference for previous sightings, Gatekeepers used to brute force an entry shut). Unfortunately, we're not at luxury to try and get Ageira Technologies, or the Gallic competitor backing of such without grave suspicion or outright denial.

Regarding Knossos.
If you are willing, it is possible to make the trip today. Daeira is going to accompany you there and act as the heavy can opener necessary to get to what we would need. I think it is better to be safe rather than sorry, so there will likely be one or two more ships as escorts — It'd be quite the loss of Daeira got hurt or were destroyed.
I require an elaborate upon something, as this is rather imperative. Is the Dormant Hive under Vagrant control or the main Mindshare? We need to know if any changes have occurred as conflict is imminent. We do not wish to miscalculate and accidentally target your kind.
