The Commonwealth, after multiple implications of cowardice and treasonous accusations, has been forcefully dissolved. The Legion will be acquiring all Commonwealth assets, and small-scale civil conflict may arise within Legion-controlled space.

In light of this, I urge you to keep a suitable defensive force within range of your dealings on Wichita to ensure their safety. Should any Commonwealth officials seek asylum, I urge you to return them to Legion personnel for proper trial.
