HMS-Pershing has been sanctioned for:

3.1 Swearing and insulting outside of Roleplay, or excessive swearing/insulting inRP
4.7 Unlawful and quasi-lawful Transports mounting equipment in a Cruise Disruptor slot are not counted as Transports for the purposes of ID attack lines.

Consequences:

You can't go around insulting people like that. Take seven days to cool off.

As far as ive been told when i asked for clarification because I didnt think it would be so complicated, transports belonging to a organization considered hostile by the attacker's affiliation/group you get the idea, can be shot down. I want to apologize publicly to that transport that I shot down in NL. If its to attack transports, knowing that I play gunboats extremely frequently, id have shot it down with a boat, not a damn BC. So apologies once again for the transport.

Regarding the insult: I will take back what I said, and if anything, though I hope not, we'll discuss things on a more civillized manner. Sure, you can keep the ship banned for the said period, I guess I deserve it. If my apologies are enough, id certainly appreciate it if you unbanned Pershing. But of course, probably not. I have the patience anyway so it's not much of a problem.
I personally talked with someone on the side of the ones who, im assuming reported me, and agreed to a couple terms. So between players at least, I hope, it's settled.

And no I don't want evidence. I fully acknowledge and take responsability for said and done actions.

Apologies once again for both instances, especially the transport. At least, even if its the hard way, ive been clarified on the transport engagement rules now, so theres still a win even if small.
