The time has come,
Few days ago one of your kind was observing the Royal fleet sieging one of many bases located in Bretonia, but that's not really important.
We tried to protect the light as much as we could without the need to reveal our true purpose and mission among the Enclave. However we weren't able to prevent its sudden destruction by one of them. However we managed to extract remains without suspicion, including one of your Nomad Fuel Cells. We wanted to know if you desire its return or if we should keep it for near future and for us.
I will use this stream to also mention we've met one of your lights in your rivers around Moros, during our expedition to homeland. Positive expectations of the encounter were fulfilled and we are looking forward to more interactions with your kind.

A wonderful evening to you,
I don't think we've spoken before, though I heard that there was some contact in Omicron Lost before. Let me say that I find it delightful to see such refined manners. No greed, only genuine desire to return an item to the perceived rightful owners. Delectable.
Now, I can't rightly recall that we lost a Power Cell somewhere. These items are most commonly used by our more native brethren. However, if you're willing to part with it, we'd still be able to find some use for it. As you might have garnered already, or not, the Ai station in orbit of Moros has been ever so generously hosting the tiniest of delegations of the quasi-human variety. Not the most comfortable, but I assure you it is one hell of a lot nicer than trying to build something on Moros. We're really squishy like that. In any case, you could either deposit it there and it will find its way to me, or you could always hand it over to one of your favourite neighbourhood drones you may come across. Whatever suits you best, dear benefactor.
Which actually brings me to the question of your motivation. I assume such an item would fetch a nice price with whoever would be willing to buy it, or you might even have an own use for it. Is this supposed to become a trade?

Ninkurra was it,
The fuel cell was retrieved from whatever remained of one of yours in Dublin, after it was blasted by torpedoes. Something I couldn't prevent from happening. I managed to get in touch with -yours- in the vicinity of Moros where we returned the cell as we weren't able to moor with outpost nearby.
Selling the fuel cell, humans don't know much about, to them wouldn't be wise and wouldn't really benefit our goal. Unless you want humans to find out more about your and our kin, but for that a really good reason would have to be presented.
And if I kept it on my board, I would just bring unwanted attention to my ship and that is something I would like to avoid if my infiltration has to remain in place.
