I am Dirk Danger of the Zoner group, Phoenix. I have a request to make unto the skilled shipwrights of Livadia.
As I am sure you are all to intimately aware, while the Omicron's continue to be a hostile and difficult place to survive even the usually stable house sectors have one again become rife with warfare. Our group has found ourselves often having to operate our usual trade routes on the ever changing front lines of various conflicts. The famed diplomacy that kept our ZBT 'Whale' transports safe in prior more peaceful times is not enough anymore it seems.
Therefore, movement towards better armed and armored vessels is necessary in these troubled times. And when it comes to moving large quantities of the most valuable of cargo's with not only security but with unparalleled style, there is no other ship more well suited for this mission profile in my opinion then the Renzu Shipyards 'Shukensha' Class Liner.
I am seeking Livadia's aid in completing the retrofit of this ship into a heavy, front line capable tanker capable of having its primary hull hold liquefied Helium-3 gas when required to. My technicians and engineers have completed most other retrofit work at our orbital facility in Omicron Sigma including the reinforcement of outer hull armor and thrusters to specifications closer resembling a light capital ship. Weapon suite is installed and geared towards anti-snub point defense. Most of the internal 'luxuries' have been removed and disposed of, including the removal of pools, spas and all facilities not pertinent to crew required for operation in its new role. My technicians tell me that we will now need the services of a full service shipyard for removal of internal secondary bulkheads and installation of new primary bulkheads capable of retaining liquefied gasses at enterprise amounts, along with related equipment for the on and off loading of said gas and of course conversion of the existing life support systems to keep the gas in its super cold liquefied state in transport.
The ship pictured above, (\^/)Ganymede, has been positioned in a holding pattern in close orbit of the shipyard and is standing by for your instructions as to its assessment and hopefully commencement of the final phase of its retrofit.
Please respond to this message with any requests for funds for costs related to this project or specialized materials needed in this construction and accept my gratitude in advance.

Ship modifications
Hail Dirk Danger!
I can tell ye' have a respectable name. I'm Bob "Bulldog" Bobberson the third, esquire, pleasure ta meet ya laddie!
Ya probably dunno me, but I'm the one keepin' this place runnin' at top efficiency for Velvet together with me advisor Milleh here.
*Bob nods his head towards what appears to be a coconut with a face painted on it*
She's a beaut' aint she? But dunnae get any funny idea's lad, she's married to her work that one is.
Tha' said we're always glad to see more Zoners around!
Yer request should be a simple one, we have most of the materials needed already but there is one complication.
Velvet is improvin' its fleet ever since our responsibilities to defend Zoner installations expanded.
Tha' said, if yer willin' to cover the material costs we can set one of the docks aside and I'll have some o' me lads work it over for ya.
The materials will cost a grand total of...
*Bob blinked for a moment before grabbing several dog biscuits and putting them on his desk, carefully counting them one by one*
13..14...15..YES! 15 million credits!
*Bulldog let out a loud dog howl to psych himself up followed by several dog barks*
Alright lads! Just lemme know when the moneys wired to the account Velvet|Bank and we'll get started on tha' ship o yours!
Funds have been transferred to Velvet|Bank as directed from (\^/)Ganymede's petty cash reserves.
I have been informed that the (\^/)Ganymede is positioned in dock and ready for commencement of service.
Let me know if there is anything further Velvet requires in this project. Otherwise thank you again for use of the shipyard, and please do not hesitate to reach out to our group should our assistance ever be needed in turn.
