I want to clear up certain formalities, though I want to highlight its importance. As you may remember our group coming from the deep roots of Zoner Trading Consortium, we were always allowed to use Order technology, and vice versa, provide Zoner technology to the allies, in benefit of our groups and afterall for the sake of humanity. Neighbors should help each other to prevent spreading the infection moreover the Nomad threat. I believe you still have Nephilims retrofitted into warships in your possession and I hope it still serves you well.
Thus, I would like to renew the license if it was removed, or keep the claim if its still in the charge. Just the same as from fighter class vessels up to gunboats, with all Order weaponry, including for capital vessels. I myself still have a very old Nephthys and corefleet remain several Hathor gunboats, while we were on the Great Voyage we used to mount borderworld shipline equipment and parts. While I would say it's a good equipment, but originals were proven way more efficient, we would like to service them once again on Order shipyards.
We remember that such permission was indeed given by The Order back in the day. The fact is indisputable and will be rectified within two working days within our databases. However we also have three points to ask of you, they are as follows:
The exact IFF codes currently in use by the Phoenix, so the records can be amended without any error with due haste.
Is Phoenix interested in acquisition of more equipment or merely retaining and conserving whatever you got left?
Furthermore, the exact listing of the hardware that survives to this day. We are trying to gauge just how much of our equipment remains in the hands of Phoenix today: list and names of the Hathors under your command will be most appreciated.

I’ve been ordered to my personnel to stocktack our ships. Unfortunately, several weeks ago Hathor gunboat was lost in the patrol in Omicron Sigma. So currently we have in our possession a Nephythus fighter holding IFF of my name and Hathor holding callsign “Enyalius”. Currently its all Order assets within Phoenix ownership.
Nonetheless, we would like to ask you to gain access for new ships and weaponry. As you are well aware, Omicrons are unforgiven in mistakes and everything less than capital-sized vessels is an easy target for Nomads and infected forces. Due to our limited possibilities in ship construction, as our construction deck is occupied with borderworld ship construction, currently we have no room for servicing these ships.

Ship servicing and technology permissions
Good day mister Burton,
Apologies for the delay, but we were occupied with a Nomadic presence in Delta. We do have a drydock available for your vessel on Fort Carthage in Omicron Epsilon, and you are free to make use of it. However, due to our limited availability of logistical vessels, we are unable to provide you with resources to help you speed along your repairs. You will have to source these yourself. We do however have engineers to spare, which can help your men speed up repairs in the form of additional manpower. I hope this answers your question. You have also been allowed back on the board to use our technology up to gunboats. Of course, all weaponry is also made available to you. Use it well. Do know that the Core will take offense at this, however.

This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.
Thank you for the reply, Luna Holt. The delay is understandable, our recon convoys as well noticed increased Nomad activity in the Omicrons and even faced with open hostility in a first time since our returnal into the Sirius. For some reason a LG tagged Outcast ship, thought it would be a good idea to assault our outnumbered ships in support of Nomad armada, that's something new for me.
That's indeed some good news for Phoenix, as Vega would be able to make a jump into Sirius the team onboard would be informed regarding further actions. Nonetheless, Vega failed to return in expected time on RV point and I regret to inform - I doubt it will be able to do that. Hyperion had to leave Vega in regard to cover poorly defended corefleet homeships and the team onboard of Bismarck had everything to finish off the repairs. At this moment we count Vega as MIA, although, but we hope it's our delusion.
Phoenix is appreciative for your decision regarding technology sharing, we will send our assets for technical examination, aswell Security department would be informed to extend our defensives with new Order ships. While I’d appreciate your concern about Core attitude of Zoners using your technology, the time have been proven better to keep ourselves prepared for the worst, especially when old BHG-Core and Core used to be a troublesome for Omicron Zoners in the past and I doubt the time has changed them.
