One of my men was recently contacted by a representative of Montluc Advanced Engineering. I believe they had something of a falling-out with you at some point recently. This representative indicated that they're interested in negotiations at a neutral location - they prefer Freeport 10 in Tau-37, but Monte Carlo Freeport should also be acceptable.
We would be happy to relay your response to them. We can also provide third-party security for the negotiations, if desired.

We wished we had received this message in a better day. I am the Marquis Grégoire de Châteauvieux, representative for the Grand Duchy of Burgundy. That is my personal pleasure to deal with you, Minister.
I would like to emphazise an important point. Montluc Advanced Engineering failling-out isn't only with the Duchy but with the entire Confederacy. Therefore such matter must be treated with a representative of the Confederacy as a whole and not only the Duchy.
However, the Parisian Assembly has expressed its will ito negotiate with Montluc. Monte Carlo sounds an appropriate place for this, as Tau-37 is known to have some important Outcasts presence and we would like to avoid any incident, especially in these dire times for Gallia.
