はじめまして, Hajimemashite,
I am Daimyo Kamakura Minamoto, leader of Clan Minamoto of the Nakai Blood Dragon Shogunate. Our sources informed us that the KNF fleet has left Rishiri (Tau-53) and has pushed into Lorraine and possibly into Burgundy.
As you already know, the Shogunate has been fighting the KNF scourge for a long time, we are here to offer our help and turn the tides in this war. But before you offer a response, I urge you to consider the fact that this help does not come without any strings attached. When the ordeal is done, and the KNF has been expelled from our systems, The Shogunate will issue a list of requests addressing geopolitic, economic and military matters.

Diamyo Minato or whatever your name is,
A large holographic image of Vaillant sitting on his command chair appeared. We could see the old Kingdom of Gallia emblem on the back of the chair as it was not facing the screen. Suddenly, the chair turned in a fast move towards the luminous screen showing up a determined Vaillant holding a glass of wine in his right hand.
I am the Admiral Vaillant of the Marine Nationale. A pleasure to meet an honourable Kusarian. I had heard about the Blood Dragons before, nevertheless your history remains somewhat unclear to me. Nothing that will impact our business, however.
It appears your clan has been waiting for a great opportunity like this. Obviously, we need to push the Imperial Naval forces back to their home. Or eventually destroy them. Hm, I hope we can work together, and that you are worth our trust. The Kusari experience is something that we are not going to forgive. But after all, you are their enemy, so perhaps we can find a common understanding wave.
We are looking for cooperation. Our main forces are holding the frontlines in Burgundy, since a large part of Lorraine has fallen into the invader's hands.
Operating behind the enemy lines is essential to ensure our victory. This is a work for the Gallic Intelligence, they are well experienced in such military operations.

In order to ensure that our fleet does not damage La Charite more than it has to, we are requesting all the data that you have on the spaceport's internal layout, defensive capabilities and lockdown procedures. Should there be found any Gallic Civilians, they shall be offered medical care and safe harbour until the end of the war. Thus, it would be in their best interest for you to offer us as much information about the population, in order to avoid unnecessary collateral deaths during the boarding of the base.

The Marine does not have the exact details of La Charite internal layout, defensive capabilities and lockdown procedures. However I believe Ile de France Shipping, which was the owner of La Charite before the invasion can enlight us on this matter.
I will enventually contact them immediately. Once the datas are collected, we shall share them with you and the military operations can begin.

Video-feed opens up with Miroslav de Gobineau in all his splendor comparable to a very humble and gentle bear is seen sitting in a small and cramped dimly lit office. There's several holographic screens on his side. There's also cup of hot chocolate and full ashtray on a table nearby. There also was a small picture frame on other side of a table. Several officers, one of whom was Miroslav himself. But those were not Royal officers, more like Conseil one. Miroslav is very calm but somewhat tired as it seems he was working too much these days.
Bonsoir or even konnichiwa, Monsieur Minamoto
I am Capitaine de Vaisseau Miroslav de Gobineau of Division du Train, at your service.
I might not be intelligence officer but I am head of logistical branch and thus I do have some valuable contacts, people-I-know, data and some personal experience with La Charite and thus I am the one who will give you all the valuable information we managed to get in two months.
So, let's start from the beginning. Internal layout of the station. In the attachements you will find image file of first Cluny-class trade port project that was submitted to Royal Buro that dealed with space building during those times. From that, we can see one very important breach possibility. Multiple breaches.
With a swift and quite elegant movement of hand, Miroslav pulls one holographic screen nearby and shows it to the video-feed. This was a blueprint of something that looked like a door. Of course! This is very famous Gallic door, Decocosmos La Porte 10001, the cheapest solution for airtight hatches used in space.
The hatches. They are very famous for being easy-to-break, a delicate piece of machinery that can take only one well-placed breaching charge, ri-i-i-ight there, you can see it, right there either on the top, above the moving parts, or in case if it's "big door" - right in the middle. Or if you want the 'sneaky' approach - you can 'hack' into the internal systems of the door using the datalogic-board located right where lock should be. Just pulse all the nodes with multitool until the blue light starts blinking. I did it myself, just don't forget to wear insulated gloves.
So, personell of station. The day when the invasion happened, it was middle of a weekly shift so the station was fully-manned with exactly 520 men and women. Unfortunately, we can't say such accurate number for the number of invaders. It's either 300 or 450 or maybe even more but it would be illogical to place more troops than there's crew but this station can be also used as 'staging ground' for Empire's snubcraft. We are not sure.
I hope this information will be useful and please, be gentle with a station, I think EFL would like to see their crew well and healthy. Remember the rules of engagement!

Following the previous information dump we have received concerning La Charite we have completed the action plans for the rescue operation. With the recent movements from the Kusari Imperial Fleet, we are positive that now is the time to strike fast and extract the civilians. We have taken in account the estimated number of personnel aboard the base and we are ready to extract each and every one of them.
We will contact you once the rescue operation has been finished and the people safe.
