Buenos dias, respected Xenos. *nods*
Don't think your efforts went unnoticed. You are alone there, surrounded by el buncho of enemies, but yet... you care about Artifacts smuggling paths and shelters for our smugglers. Manuel, one of our most experienced smuggler captain, did el expedition deep into Liberty territory. He reported high kindness from your patrols, base personnel and even some very prices for selling Artifacts and buying something we need a lot to defend our ruined fireplaces at Gran Canaria. El personal arms!
We obviously have something in common and we'd like to show our gratitudos. Your trade ships will be mucho welcome to bring us more pistolas, or even Military Salvages for our glorious shipyards. I promise you el highest selling prices and even more: low prices for buying Artifacts, Premium Scrapos, and freshest Xeno Relics at Knossos.
Granjero captain's log as follows:
~ REPORT ~
Manuel: Granjero's automerchant pinged bases in Liberty and picked Milford in Pennsylvania to dock and try to sell. We were welcomed by warm smiles and mucho nice selling prices. They had some rum, but it was also warm. They offered us some bitter booze "on rocks". But there was no stones in my glass. That means they put an ice in el drink. I tasted it to not hurt their feelings and it wasn't that bad. But, my pockets were heavy after I sold my load of Artifacts, so I thought I better leave.
Manuel: We reached our next destination, thanks to el tip from one nice chiquita at el bar (with boobs grandes). *sigh* She warned us we will not be able to dock to Rochester, or to land to Pittsburgh. Again, our size was el issue, hehehe *wide Latino smile*. At Ouray we bought pistolas we needed to defend our homes at Gran Canaria and we set el course back to home. This time we reached Sparta via very heart of Kusari and Sigmas. Some crates of pistolas we left on battleship Barcelona hidden in outer orbit of Kurile, as she was preparing for some action.
~ END OF REPORT ~
We are very satisfied with this trade route, amigos from Liberty. We would like to return your hospitality back, as soon as possiblos.
*he pressed off button with his hairy macho hand, to end comms. Button cracked dead, dead and happy how this all ended.*

Pepe, good to hear from you.
I'm Damian, Commander of the Xeno Alliance in Liberty. I don't think we've spoken before, but I've had a select few interactions with your people whenever they make the journey down to Liberty. Our origins couldn't be any different, but my people always seem to say that we share attitudes. Belief in hard work and self sufficiency, good things to strive for. I'm sure you agree.
I appreciate how willing you are to welcome us into your markets, but truth be told, it is incredibly difficult for us to make consistent use of it. The Pilgrim liner your shipyard helped restore is the only vessel really capable of making the journey between our very different worlds. And it's no less of a struggle.
I will confess, I'm a bit disappointed that a communication I sent your way in the past went unanswered. But it's no real obstacle to cooperation. Which is why I'd like to ask for two things. I would like for you to send us some of your more experienced engineers and technicians to educate our own in the finer points of ship construction, and also an instructor or two to help detail the doctrines, training and regimentation necessary to properly crew and operate warships.
I would very much be inclined to give you a preferential selection of the firearms we liberate so that you can better protect your own property in the Omegas if you'd be willing to do these things for us.
If there's one thing neither of us appreciate, it's being stepped on.

See see... *nods*
I was warned by older Elders that your side might be just interested in how to build ships. What ships? You already mastered more different transports, freighters and gunboats than us. More heavy snubs too. I'm sure you'd manage to make, or salvage at least, capital ships too. But...
You have no shipyards. Si, they are expensive.
I was also told that you shoot at foreign traders. Your job is to destroy them. Ok. But... Then you shoot their cargo too. Loco, si?
That's not how you make pesetas to build shipyards.
That's our field where we can really help. In case your rusty liner can't do all the job, we can send you one of ours. Shiny new Essedarius and young enthusiastic captain, right from el best Cretan academy, specialised in Goods Liberation. He would wait in shadows, wait until your job is done, come to scoop all remainings and sell... somewhere. Half of everything he would transfer to your bank. A step closer to your own shipyard.
Si?

Pepe.
I must first and foremost clarify that we do uhm - scoop up the loot left behind by the vessels we destroy. We use the spoils to barter with people like the zoners for supplies. It was part of an agenda the movement devised a long time ago to keep us operational.
What I'm asking for your expertise in is the technical side of ship production, and by that I mean producing ships to call our own rather than relying on third rate civilian technology. That and the knowhow necessary for our people to crew and operate a warship.
To do those things I'm requesting for you to have your experts in those fields educate my own people. As I already explained we're well aware of how to run salvage operations. But production of our own fighters and properly trained personnel would be key advantages we can use to bolster our cause in Liberty.
