Bonjour. Commandant Julie Lapierre of the Gallic Royal Enclave is speaking.
It has come to our attention that you have deployed a modular station in the system of Gironde without informing us about such decision. Moreover, you did not pay a fee for the deployment in our space.
To solve such inconvenience you have to pay us a fee in the amount of 50,000,000 credits for the deployment and start paying a monthly fee of 25,000,000 if your station remains no larger than core one. Therefore you have to pay 75,000,000 credits this month and keep paying 25 million credits every subsequent month as long as your station remains at first level. The payment should be directed to the following bank account: \*/~RES-Triomphant.
You also will provide to our vessels unlimited docking access to your installation, our identification starts from the \*/~ and MdG/-.
In the case of your wish to improve your modular station to core 2 and above you have to inform us and discuss the details prior to the construction or general upgrade. Every next level of your station will have higher monthly fee. But this should not be a problem for a person extracting and selling niobium ore, is it not?
Moreover, you are not allowed to deploy weapon platforms without our permissions, in the case of such a violation you shall be fined in the amount of 100,000,000 credits per platform.
In the case of any disobedience to follow the said orders your station will be annexed or forcefully deconstructed, depending on the gravity of your violations.
I'm sure this transmission is open, this is a response to Commandant Julie Lapierre of some faction or another.
The Junkers have every right to operate in the Tau-23 system. We don't bother anyone anywhere, and we're not
going to bother anyone here in this system. I recognize Languedoc is a neighbouring system, and that's where you
most likely came from.
Scrap is everywhere, and we would like access to the Niobium site for our own purposes. Profit, or otherwise.
As for your demands regarding my illegal construction, let me remind you that I built this station myself, and
there's almost no traffic that comes through here, mainly because of the giant Outcast presence nearby. In saying
so, my price for ore is lower than others across Sirius. I'm not here to make a huge profit, I'm here to stay. That
means I can only afford so much to keep my base here.
I'm not sorry about not asking for permission, but I'm sure we can work something out.
I've paid my first cost, that you've so abruptly asked for. But I do have a couple things I'd like to run past you if
we're gonna reach an agreement:
My counter offer is this:
Monthly fee of 25,000,000 stays, regardless of what I do with my station, upgrades or otherwise.
Your ships have been granted express permission. I operate in the same vein as Zoners, so this doesn't bother me.
Weapons platforms are banned. As I said, no intention of firing on others.
Gallia may be at war with Kusari, but for the love of god call this system Tau-23.
If you'd like to speak in space, I can arrange to meet you outside my station to discuss this deal.
Otherwise, I'll await your transmission while I stack crates of scrap metal myself.

You can call yourself whatever you want, but this does not change the simple fact: you are in the system that belonged to the Royal Enclave. You are not the subject of the Kingdom of Gallia and therefore hold no rights but obligations before the Kingdom and the Enclave.
You want access to the Niobium ore - prepare to pay to those who hold the system in their hands. If you did not realize yet - to us. We have no care how did you build the said station but where you did this - in the Gironde (or Tau-23, as you call it) in the system belonged to the Kingdom of Gallia and therefore belonged to us - the Royal Enclave.
However, it is good to see you realize the dangers of disobeying but our terms are said above and cannot be discussed. I shall remind and clarify one of the terms:
The first modular level costs 25 million fees per month. Second shall cost 50, third - 75, fourth - 100 and fifth - 150 million per month respectively.
As long as you follow the regulations of the weapon platforms your only obligation is to keep paying to the Royal Enclave and your station remains unharmed despite the commercial activity on it as long as your activity makes no harm to the Enclave economically or any other way. Moreveover, you have mentioned the Zoners... The majority of the said group have proven themselves untrustworthy, do not fail us as they did.
We may find your mining service useful for us what will provide both sides with mutual commercial benefits. I hope everything is clear to you, monsieur... JK-46?
Seems I have no choice but do agree and pay the 25 million a month. As by your words, as long as I do that, we're both happy.
I will ask though that despite repairs being underway, we're already gathering materials for an expansion.
I'll be applying for a Core 2 license with your green light. Am I able to proceed with this action?
It will allow me to supply myself with ore that you can use for your own projects, and also keep up my costs for the crew to maintain the station.
And if you'd like a special item built, I'll dedicate one room to it. The rest shall house the ore. The factory room that you choose to have, you're gonna
be in charge of it. My business is the ore. Yours will be whatever you want to make of that room.
PS: I'm still pushing for you to call it Tau-23.

Venk of the Ikraus Storage Facility.
Taking into account your wish to cooperate and calm negotiations regarding your installation you have been permitted to proceed with the upgrades. As soon as your station reaches level two you have to inform us and the next month after the fees will become 50 million per month. All as been said before.

It has come to my attention that attacks have been taking place against a handful of installations within Gironde. Considering that we are under a strict contract, I'd like confirmation of the safety of my home.
If my home is safe and once these attacks have ceased, I have setup a custom order to have a few personalized Hull Segments sent from my Junker brothers in Liberty. These panels have a new identity printed on them.
Seems that if there's some form of purge happening in this system, I'd like to have a chance of my home being known under a different name. Same owner, same intentions. I hope the contract we have in place will carry over as well. This is to re-establish myself within Gironde and hopefully gain more business.
With this recent activity close to my home, it seems that any business that these installations have been getting have been redirected to my home. Which has benefitted me, and guarantees that you will get your monthly payments.
I'd like to hear back from you about my request.
PS: I'm going against my own wish to call my home system Gironde.
This change will make it easier to communicate in future... I hope.

The cleanse you could observe – was the destruction of a pirate outpost. For long months this station enjoyed our protection as a Zoner trading outpost. However, the owner of it decided to change his allegiance and side with terrorists and drug dealers against us, the Enclave. And as you could see – he paid the price, the nest is no more.
I do believe now you realize the dangers of dealing with mutants and their allies and will stay away from the Cardamine business.
As for your request for a name's change for the station - you have our permissions to do this. Let us know as soon as your station begins to work under the new one.
Traffic to my home has increased over the short time of it's existence. Seems the Niobium Ore trade is busier than expected,
which is good for the both of us. In order to have a greater hold on the ore, I'm asking for my home to be expanded to allow
more storage, and to further guarantee your monthly payments.
I understand in doing so, the payments will increase by 25,000,000.
Since our last transmission, my personal account details have changed. The small ship I was using, callsign: JK-46, has critically
failed and is no longer in a condition to fly. In typical Junker fashion I have traded this old ship, some scrap and a few credits to
acquire a sturdier ship. This new ship's callsign is CX-81. All future payments will be coming from this address.
This month's payment is having trouble.
It seems the wireless bank transfer is giving me an error for the address " \*/~RES-Triomphant "
Is there another address I could send the payment?
