The Core will be conducting the sweep of a system for neutral bases that are not paying tax as per the regulations here.
Bases within the vicinity of Freeport 11 are unaffected by this transmission.
Located unregistered bases will be prepared for a siege if the owners do not notify us of what they are and their purpose, as well as have them comply with Core docking protocols: only vessels allied or neutral to The Core should be permitted to dock, including The Core themselves.

It is so nice to finally have your acquaintance. It would seem the Core has been somewhat absent from Delta recently and I was wondering when your organisation would be coming around looking for fees and such.
My question unto you and the Core is as follows, what exactly is this tax for? You must understand that the Core does not seem to provide any service unto myself or the other businesses operating in Delta. As I mentioned before, Core capital class ships have been a rare sight to say the least in the sector. I have personally seen far more Corsair and even Outcast ships actually protecting commerce there, not to mention the Zoner battle-groups the protect the Freeport.
Now, that is not to say that we or anyone else for that matter, do not wish to work with you. I also believe that the Core knows that having strong commercial partners in Delta is important to its own operations. Therefore I am happy to transfer the requested funds to a bank of your choosing when the information is provided to me. I only ask of your group in return to please step up your actions in the region, with all due respect.
Unfortunately, this week we lost a very expensive ZBT transport to a roaming Marduk trailed by some infected human pilots. That ship cost 150 million credits. To us paying 20 million for some official protection is a no brainier, provided we actually see something for that. Otherwise this is just another pirate like demand and threat of violence for non compliance that we already deal with on a daily basis. And I am confident that the Core are not Pirates, nor would want to be looked on as such. I think I can speak for most commercial interest in Omicron Delta that we would rather see the Core as an ally and partner, not as a pseudo-threat to be appeased when it grumbles about use of its un-administered 'property'.

Either way, wire credits to Core|Imperium and you can consider the tax paid. We also expect your base to refuse docking to The Core's enemies: namely Order and Corsairs, and to not conduct any illegal research and to comply with local trade regulations regarding the ownership of local mining areas - which at the end of the day ultimately should not impede your operations. The Core will gladly offer it's assistance in protecting your installation from local threats, and will also lend it's mining services as part of joint-commerce operations.
If there is anything else we can do please let us know. And there is no need not to be seen, by us at least. There is always hot tea and warm crumpets for your crew at our base mess. Especially if your mining with us.
