You have gone missing for quite a while now. No words, no nothing. You're making me worry way too much, friend. Where are you? Did some arrest you? Have you been caught smuggling?

Kyle, long time no see.
I wish I could give you a warm welcome, but listen here, buddy. Your beard is making me wild, for sure, but you guys abandoned me on Cambridge when f*cking Brets jailed me. You knew I was going to try to strike a deal and buy one of their ships, the battle transport, that we could use in Omicrons. Still, when I got jailed, you didn't come to rescue me. Were busy, beardie?
Anyway, these freaks somehow got data about who I am and jailed me as soon as I entered the office of this stinky corporation. Of course, it took time, but my team rescued me. Since then, we are no more welcome in Bretonia. Well, we either don't welcome them in our Taus.
So try to explain yourself – maybe you make me don't wish to crack your neck.
I am terribly sorry that you were captured by those brets, but the problem here is: you never told me in the first place where you went. Without knowing your position, I couldn't afford to send a rescue team blindly in Bretonia, as it could have definitely gotten you into an even deeper problem. Think about the scenario. A Junker is captured, and soon after a whole band of Junkers swarm Bretonia blindly. If you had told me and I somehow forgot in this entire one year I had to vanish, then I'm sorry - again. Damn cops sniffed something wrong with my ship. I couldn't get in touch with the Voltaic Junkers myself until a few days ago.
If I knew where you were and what could have happened to you there, I would've sent the IMG ships we got in our stock for a covert attack.

I'm absolutely sure I told you about Cambridge. Maybe its time for one of us to visit a doctor? You know, age has no mercy, especially if you drink low-quality booze, as much as you do. Anyway, nice to see that not only I screwed.
As for your power fantasy about mighty Junkers swarming Bretonia – this is nothing but bullsh*t. We may kill a dozen of them, but they'll just swarm us after all. Still, its kinda a pleasure to hear this. Maybe I was wrong about you.
I've got enough connections to achieve what I need, assuming they are still around. Regardless, don't think I wouldn't go to hell and back for any Voltaic Junkers that might be in deep **** - assuming that I do know where they are, and that I don't have a Police squadron chasing me through the Omegas.
Anyway, where have you been all this time after escaping the tea drinkers, if you don't mind me asking.

In the Tau. Since the war between Kusarians and Gauls has begun, the region became a golden vein for piracy. Convoys are floating between Bretonia and Kusari, Kusarian supply ships are going into Gallia but disappearing with their cargo. Military-grade weaponry is pretty expensive on the black market, but you know this well without me. Of course, their escort causing troubles, but I am not alone here: some despaired people joined my little gang to make money for themselves and problems for Kusari and Bretonia.
Resourceful as ever, I see. In case you consider tagging around the Omicrons among the Voltaics, feel free to do so. As of late we've had Libertonians snitch within the Omicrons, and that can't be good, so any firepower is more than welcome. Tarancon is not in the best position to tank a Liberty assault in case they feel like pushing us around.
