The Kaiserliches Registrierungsbürountil temporarily denies your request. Being the location of the base, and there is no records of the regions administrators having been contacted, we are unable to approve your request until proof can be provided that you have satisfied all requirements relevant to the area. Specifically the following points in Article Three: Trade regulations:

§2.3. In the Omega-7 system, all currently-known mining fields are divided between Daumann Heavy Construction and Kruger Minerals. Newly-discovered mining fields, however, may be claimed by any licensed corporation.

§2.4. Only vessels belonging to the company that administrates the area, in addition to Rheinland law enforcement vessels, can patrol and/or mine in said areas. This holds true unless an agreement has been reached between the visiting vessel and the area's administraton.

The Kaiserliches Registrierungsbürountil was unable to order a cease on the attacks. After a short investigation it was deemed you also completely disregarded:

Article Seven: Modular bases §2. requiring all modular bases to be a minimum 10k away from any currently existing installation or solar.

Due to such blatant disregard for a large number of our laws, the installation in question has been Denied.
