Fleet Admiral Creed here once again,
We have previously mentioned new protocols we are putting in place and have come on leaps and bounds in only a few days, so this is why we are giving a new role to an outstanding pilot and operative.
Romeo Darkbeat is to be put in charge of the classified protocol Recoil of which he will be running as a Commander of this operation and overseeing all protocols and missions.
All other protocols are still being looked at by the High Command and will be either initiated or scrapped depending on our proposals.
Also I am pleased to announce that operative Codename Black_12 will now be put in charge of all new recruits training in the simulator that we have just taken delivery of, this simulator can be used to reinact any hostile vessels movements depending on the size and dimensions which the vessel uses.
I am very impressed with all operatives at the moment and the outstanding performances of late. Every operative can and will be available for promotion if they continue to improve and also take a leaf out of Romeo and Black_12's book.
Our operation is improving in so many ways and our Armor protocol program is also doing extremely well and we have assigned Admiral Van Leer to oversee the Armor program seeing as he was the one who suggested it in the first place.
Improvements are always important to our organisation to push forward and improve our operatives skills and also we will be looking for more operatives to take charge of our other protocol implementations as we introduce them.
Any operatives who feel they can contribute to these protocols can step forward and contact me personally and we will take votes via High Command to initiate who will run the relevant protocols and get them up and running as soon as we can.
We hope that all the new operations and protocols will be implemented and operational very soon.

I am pleased to announce that High Command has been in long discussion about our new incentives which include new classified mission protocols and codenames for these missions.
So without further mention here are the elemets we are going to bring in and will have operatives on standby to spring these protocols into action when they are needed.
CLASS PROPOSAL : ARMOR
INTENT: Designed to define operations of protection and/or transfer of key materials or personnel when intel suggests hostiles are to be expected.
Has been under review since started and has been doing well.
DECISION: Keep operational protocols in place
STATUS: Operational
CLASS PROPOSAL : RECOIL
INTENT : Designed to define RECONNAISANCE operations, like information on smuggling routes, confirmation of enemy activity and scouting for hidden threatning elements. Put under the banner of the new RECOIL division, delegated to LtCmd Romeo Darkbeat by Admiral Van Leer.
DECISION : Operational protocols to be implemented immediately
STATUS: Operational as of now
CLASS PROPOSAL : LONGBOW
INTENT : Originally devised as what became RECOIL, LONGBOW has been idealized by Fleet Admiral Creed as long range, long term Operations. These can be from criminal investigations and Enemy Base sieges to log term operations, official faction business or war-time operations if Liberty goes to war with other houses.
DECISION : To be used only under extreme circumstances but has been approved.
STATUS : Approved and protocols are operational and ready to react.
CLASS PROPOSAL : SERAPH
INTENT : Originally proposed as the natural succession of RECOIL or LONGBOW operations, SERAPH would be highly classified missions that required cooperation with LSF, LPI or maybe even other factions, such as foreign allied military
DECISION : Approved for operational protocols to be implemented in stages
STATUS : Operational and protocols on standby ready for response
CLASS PROPOSAL : DOMINANCE
INTENT : Devised as a definition for operations that require a large fleet composed of multiple capitals, possibly with a snub or bomber element. Literally, asserting dominance.
DECISION : Approved unanimously
STATUS : Operational and protocols are on standby in an emergency
CLASS PROPOSAL : FOUNDATION/TOPGUN
INTENT : Proposed as training and educational operations designed to keep individuals in all ranks on a state of continuous learning and top performance,, from simple snub training activity on simulators to full rehearsals of patrols and operations of other classes. From previous experience, ARMOR will require special rehearsal and predefined Standard Operation Procedures. we are hoping that Lt Commander Black.Samurai be given the lead on this one, and his rank has been increased due to his excellent performances.
DECISION : Approved and NEW simulators installed
STATUS : Operational and training underway
CLASS PROPOSAL : KETER
INTENT : Proposed as extremely risky and delicate operations.These can be missions that require stepping out of naval normal bounds, wartime critical operations that have clear consequences involved or the risk of any Navy installation being destroyed or the lives and livelihoods of 46th members, Naval officers and Liberty citizens be put in Jeopardy.
DECISION : Approved unanimously again
STATUS : Approved and a full section of the 46th are on standby ready
As you can all see every single new classified mission protocols have been initiated and approved, some are being implemented in stages but others are full operational and ready to roll out.

Greetings Everyone,
It has been brought to my immediate attention of a certain number of Junker smugglers who seem to be operatig through Alaska of all places.
This concerns me and also reports of numerous smugglers are taking this route and using it as a corridor for illegal goods entering Liberty.
This situation has escalated since our introduction of the RECOIL protocol system and our operatives on this section of the 46th have been gathering evidence which is substantial to say the least.
This brings me to the point where we are now going to introduce two new Command ships to the Recoil program and they will be working closely with the other vessels within Alaska for the forseeable future until these smugglers are aprehended or disappear without trace like some of them seem to do seeing as they can't continue to operate.
So now we will initiate our new protocol Longbow of which I have just initiated as active and it will swing into action immediately, I will also expect any other operatives who can assist in this operation to be ready to respond. This operation will be ongoing until further notice and we will assume a stance of where we will not accept anyone to smuggle through Alaska.
This operation is now active as Longbow-1 and all Recoil operatives will initiate this with immediate effect and will be assisted by both Recoil Command ships one and two, these vessels have just been acquired and will need some systems updates and also added equipment necessary to do their operations succesfully.
As stated above this operation is on going for as long as it takes and we will attempt to intercept these smugglers with force if we have to.
One particular smuggler has been brought to our attention at High Command and this individual seems to revel in the fact that he is being chased, and has bee observed with goods ad also docking at a base to sell his haul.
This individual is known as Mark_Martin and here is a link to a recoil report already sent to me under top priority
I am also going to assign 46th|LNS-Tomahawk to the area as backup for the smaller ships and as a way of catching these smugglers with a cruise disruptor if needed and will use force if it is necessary under Liberty Law if these smugglers do not comply.
Without further mention I will now initiate Longbow-1 as active
Lets get these smugglers and keep Alaska safe and also secure.

Greetings Everyone,
After reading these two reports from Recoil-1 Reconnaisance of this target and also studying the Video evidence this particular individual is a high priority target for the recoil Task Force.
Starting immediately this individual will be stopped at all costs, obviously we hope that it does not come down to disabling his vessel but if need be we will do so.
All Recoil operatives stationed in Alaska have now to keep close monitoring of the situation and please accept my approval to investigate this target further and implement a strategy plan to aprehend this individual.
I am ready to also implement additional operatives to Alaska should they be needed for your operation to be successful.
Continued monitoring is authorised and also if this individual is not aprehended then we may have to authorise outside help to take this individual down if we have enough evidence to prove all of his contreventions of Liberty Law.
This will be my recommendation.......
Firstly .. try to stop the individual and if successful his cargo will be destroyed and the individual fined and warned that if he continues then he is going to face more consequences.
Secondly .. if he runs and tries to evade then we must again get evidence once again ad be prepared for more sterner action.
Thirdly .. once enough evidence is available we will hand this evidence to all Law agencies in Liberty so as to improve our chances of catching this individual.
Also because we are extending our operations and making seperate operational divisions we will need more people to come forward and take control of these operations, so I am reaching out to everyone again and would like even senior officers to be able to continue their normal duties ad take control of all of our new operations we have set in place.
So.. for now we concentrate on Recoil doing their investigation and also briefly may I say that the Longbow operation will stay operational aswell and will be a longer operation than first thought.

With Authorization from High Command and FAdm James Creed himself, our CO developed "Arms Race", a LONGBOW-Class mission designed to stop the flow of Black Market weapons and ammo from Liberty to the Omicrons. The Mission is motivated by the 46th growing concern with the illegal weapons trade, providing armaments to enemies of Liberty and one target in particular is rising in our attention as source of much trouble: Smuggler Mark_Martin
As previously stated by Fadm Creed, this is a high priority target and, based on recent RECOIL reports aswell as the experience of multiple pilots, we know for a fact that the target will not stop to ask for his rights or to hear anything the Navy has to say. When seeing any kind of soldier or Law Enforcement, his immediate reaction is to run first, then say he has a license for the cargo (a proven and verified lie) WHILE STILL RUNNING AWAY...
Target's usual entry point is through the Jump Gate between NY and Alaska.
Recoil_1 should start pursuit from CHECKPOINT RED in Juneau Shipyard, giving warnings to target, who will probably start to flee in a straight line to CHEKPOINT ORANGE, right at the Nu Jumphole. An aditional fighter should be waiting at CHECKPOINT YELLOW at the FG45 border, ready to Disrupt the smuggler's cruise engines upon detection, even if target decides to deviate to Virginia. Recoil_1 is very capable of CD duty even a few seconds after dropping from cruise, so the combined forces of the LF and the HF should be enough to disrupt, requisition the illegal cargo and, if target does not comply, disable the ship.
Our orders are to give him fair time to ponder his situation instead of just blasting him on sight. That means we intercept and keep his cruise engines unusable while we explain the law he's violating and give him the chance to jetisson the offending cargo. The cargo is to be destroyed on sight, but Mark can be let go with a small fine of 10 Million S.C. if he accepts to leave the cargo.
Due to target's history though, CD is to be performed in a continous manner as soon as achieved, and if target shows clear unwillingnes to drop the illegal items, lethal force IS AUTHORIZED.
An Additional Gunboat should be ready and with CD equipped right next to CHECKPOINT ORANGE, in case the first line of interception fails.
To ensure both the success and the legal grounds of the mission, even under these stressful circunstances, we recommend ALL operatives involved record their huds at all times, and the CO appointed these (suggested) roles for the Op:
Checkpoint RED: Recoil_1 should be piloted by Commodore Romeo Darkbeat. Checkpoint YELLOW: LtCmd Hideo Black should pilot his 46th|BlackSamurai HF. Checkpoint ORANGE: either LNS-Asheville commanded by VAdm Tanner OR LNS-Markus.Zephyr commanded by FAdm Creed, should be able to give a last stern warning or finishing the target if all else fails.
Aight lads, listen up.
I it were for me I would melt this guy to a tasty looking goo with my mortars right in front of Norfolk, but HC wants this done by the book. That means FAIR TIME before engament. Since we know the guy abuses our leniency, we have to be quick on our words and even quicker on our cruise disruptors.
Don't do anything you'd get court martialed for trying to be a hero, there is strong evidence the transport will be unarmed itself and should be only destroyed if target is actually bold or stupid enough to run. We are to operate as a team and do this with the minnimun required force. Let those pricks hiding in Vespucci be war criminals, we are better than that.
I think I do not need to express just how much this operation means to the 46th, the Navy, and Liberty. Every time this smuggler makes a successful delivery, 4300 of our own armaments are supplied to the criminals, terrorists, ruffians, insurgents, commies, drug dealers, aliens, drug dealing commie aliens and overall scum that hates our Freedom, our values and our lives. These weapons can and WILL be used against us, our families, our loved ones, our children, our DEMOCRACY.
And I'll die before I let my wife and son, one of you ugly faces or even this cup of Sunbucks right here be threatned by those fools.
Dude wants a race. I say we give him one. For His FREEDOM maybe.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you regarding the Science division request which you quoted below........

I am hoping this Division will be successful along with every other new Division we have just introduced and as regards funding I will grant any funds you need as you need it to save me authorising a set funding account which could run out and not be viable to us.

I suppose I called this on myself Fleet Admiral. I did say there is a need for scientific advisors, not that I am the best person to command the division.
But oh well, I thank you for your generosity in terms of providing the budget and giving the go-ahead. I do believe we need help in making sense of Omicron Nu and the strange artifacts being smuggled to Liberty and many other things.
Alas, unsurprisingly, I have no direct contact with scientists or the scientific community - I have therefore done the only thing I could think of - posting an advert on an open channel. I understand there will be some risks associated with this, and the applicants will have to be subject to rigorous vetting and long trial period before they will gain access to internal data - I have therefore made it clear that should they also want to be trained in our regular combat recruit programme that includes all the vetting and training they will be given a priority in the application process.
This is my first time dipping my toes into dealing with the brainiac researchers community directly, let's see what comes out of it. I do hope I won't make too many mistakes learning how to run the division.

Topic of Communication : 46th Annual Presentaion Evening

Greetings Everyone,
Details of the Annual Presentation evening for all officers who have been promoted within our ranks are now being finalised and it has been decided that we will hold this on 1st November which is a Sunday.
This event will be held aboard an Orbital Spa and Cruise luxurious Liner and will need certain vessels as protection for the event.
I am suggesting that we supply various class of vessels which can be used to do this and keep the venue safe.
Finer details of the amount of vessels needed will be passed on as soon as I have discussed this with the rest of High Command.
We most definately will be asking our Recoil vessels to take part seeing as they are doing Intel operations at present and are doing a fine job.
We will also have smaller vessels available as scouting officers to make sure any route we take is safe and if we are stationary we will have them monitor the area.
I am suggestig we have at least two Overlords at the venue and I will supply my own personal Overlord Bounty which will be under charge of my second in command for the evening.
Any other operatives who wish to supply vessels for protection can put their names forward and we appreciate all your help during the event.

Greetings Everyone,
The final details for our annual presentation night are well under way and we have secured catering which will be supplied by Hilda Weingarten who is an accomplished Chef of brilliant cuisine and we have an extensive menu which will suit both non vegetarian and vegetarian eaters.
The date still stands as the 1st November and we will finalise a time very soon.
We have established a number of operatives who have volunteered to do the security for the event and we will have a number of vessels present and each will be assigned a duty to perform whilst the event is on.
Some vessels will have stand in CIC's because we need the most accomplished vessels from the fleet as protection, and also we will have Argonaute the Flagship of the fleet in close proximity and will be commanding all vessels while we stage the event and we will have a stand in Captain on board.
We have also secured our venue for the event which will be the Orbital Spa & Cruise ship OS&C|Sanguine_Gardens and I must say this ship is an exclusively well turned out vessel and is luxurious throughout.
Final venue position will be relayed to Orbital Spa & Cruise very shortly and we may be able to get a DJ sorted before the event but that has been hard to organise.
Once all preparations are made I will brief you all once more.

These recruits have managed to stay focused under pressure and have also excelled in any classified operations we have been doing.
