Reason(s) for Construction: Salt Lake Station HQ has been already constructed for a long time and I am led to believe that the previous Freelance Owners bought the base some time ago and have unfortunately gone their seperate ways and sold the installation to us and we use it for our base of operations and we have changed the name slightly aswell to enhance our operation to HQ.

Topic of Communication : Improvement of Salt Lake Defenses
Recipient of communication:Liberty Governmemnt
Greetings esteemed Government Officials,
I am Admiral James Creed and I am Master Chief also of Salt Lake Station HQ, and I would like to apply to yourselves for special permission to extend the defenses of Salt Lake Station.
When we took control of Salt Lake we have bolstered up our protection externally of the installation, but we realise that also this installataion is slightly exposed behind Baltimore Shipyard and we would like to be granted permission to install another two defense platforms to compliment the existing two that we have.
We also think that extra defenses will enhance the area and can help with detering hostiles from the immediate area surrounding Salt Lake.
To compliment the hopeful acceptance of these platforms, we will be initiating extra patrols of our Strike Force fighters who, have made some very helpful arrests and have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with within the Liberty area.
Please look over this application, and I do hope that it gets approved
Many Thanks
James Creed
Admiral

Subject: Installation Reassignment
Director Hawthorne,
We are writing with regards to the registered installation, Salt Lake Station HQ, residing in New York.
Over the last several weeks, the Forty Sixth Fleet, due to operational restrictions and other unforeseen circumstances, have slowly been transferring all personnel and assets to Norfolk Shipyard; with a view to transferring ownership of the installation.
In light of this, I can confirm that a transaction has been completed and finalised today after thorough negotiations, and All World Enterprises and Securities (AWES), will be the new owners henceforth.
In line with Liberty Law, Article Eight, I would anticipate that their Senior Management will shortly be filling for appropriate paperwork transfers in due course. This communication is sent in advance and to confirm both legal and proof of sale.
Should there be any questions required of me then I am at your disposal, Director.
In service to the Republic.
