Good Evening, I am Commander Kingston of the Bretonia Police Authority. At 1800 This afternoon New Scotland Yard picked up a Warship not affiliated with the Armed Forces directly in front of Planet New London. I led the charge to intercept this Warship and it turned out to be of Gaian Origin, a Destroyer. The BRF Forces where mingling with this hostile entity directly in front of Her Majesties Doorstep instead of removing the threat. I come to understand that the Gaian in question was offering intelligence but the manner of approach was extremely out of place. These BRF forces should have arrested the Gaian for bringing a Warship to Planet New London given our not so distant past of having a war just outside our Planet. Our citizens were running for the hills at the sight of a hostile warship mere meters from their homes. I was questioning these BRF forces when the Vice Admiral of the Auxiliary Fleet showed up and seemingly allowed this Destroyer to linger at Planet New London, Even offering it an escort back to Edinburgh! I do not know how things are handled in the Auxilliary Fleet but allowing a hostile warship regardless of what they offer (which could be false information if not properly investigated by the BIS) could cause panic and can severely hurt the trust we are rebuilding with our citizens in the effectiveness of how we can protect them.
[24.04.2021 17:47:03] Artio: S: Before we leave- yeah, exactly. Thanks, miss Holland. We almost got melted when we reached New London.
[24.04.2021 17:47:06] BRF|HMS-Constant: Roy: That would be the Royalists, if I remember
[24.04.2021 17:47:17] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Indeed.
[24.04.2021 17:47:28] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Goodmorrow, Cromartyshire.
[24.04.2021 17:47:32] Artio: S: Probably shouldn't have followed that closely...
[24.04.2021 17:47:39] BRF|HMS-Minotaur: CIC: Maybe Bretonia Royal Fleet's admiral Oliver Myles or his superiors would be best option for you, Artio.
[24.04.2021 17:47:41] BPA)Cromartyshire: Why isnt this Gaian arrested already?
[24.04.2021 17:47:42] BRF|HMS-Constant: Roy: I believe their presence still lingers even within Bretonia
[24.04.2021 17:48:37] Artio: L: For what it's worth, we will inquire with our comrades and see if they can't aid with tracking the Royalists.
[24.04.2021 17:49:16] Artio: L: I cannot vouch for their behaviour or their willingness to assist, but I am fairly certain they still have any more love for
[24.04.2021 17:49:41] Artio: the Gauls than any of us do. Maybe even less than that, now.
[24.04.2021 17:49:46] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: I'm certain such information will be invaluable to both of us, Ms. Elwyn.
[24.04.2021 17:51:32] Artio: S: No doubt. Likewise, we'd appreciate it if you too could share their movements... but we should probably go talk with your-
[24.04.2021 17:51:58] Artio: admiral first. He'll probably want to hear about this all. Maybe even get a nice laugh out of it.
[24.04.2021 17:52:31] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Perhaps he would. I do not know him well enough to assume that he would or not.
[24.04.2021 17:53:25] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Good evening. We have a guest, it seems.
[24.04.2021 17:53:39] BRF|HMS-Minotaur: CIC: Good evening, admiral.
[24.04.2021 17:53:46] Artio: S: If he's got a taste for irony, he will. Oh - is that the one?
[24.04.2021 17:53:53] BPA)Cromartyshire: I am trying to understand why BRF forces are not arresting this Gaian.
[24.04.2021 17:54:06] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: I believe it is. Goodmorrow, sir.
[24.04.2021 17:54:14] BPA)Jr.Con.Graham: Whats this? [24.04.2021 17:54:21] BPA)Cromartyshire: Just seems like a convorsation to me.
[24.04.2021 17:54:50] BPA)Cromartyshire: A hostile entity at the Crowns Door Step and BRF just wants to make friends with it.
[24.04.2021 17:54:54] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Officer, this Gaian was seen escorting an Orbital liner to the capital, and has since offered to acquire intelligence-
[24.04.2021 17:54:55] Artio: L: This Gaian has no intention of fighting other Bretons, nor cause harm to any of you.
[24.04.2021 17:55:05] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Sir, there is no need for violence.
[24.04.2021 17:55:07] BRF|HMS-Hood: -against the apparent resurgenct Royalist threat.
[24.04.2021 17:55:11] BPA)Jr.Con.Graham: "This Gaian"?
[24.04.2021 17:55:25] Artio: L: Is this really the kind of talk you want to have when there's Gauls still knocking on your door, Cromartyshire? [24.04.2021 17:55:30] BPA)Cromartyshire: A hostile Warship at the Crowns Doorstep.
[24.04.2021 17:55:31] BRF|HMS-Constant: Roy: From what I have heard this Gaian prefers dialogue, rather than the usual terrorist ways
[24.04.2021 17:55:40] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Apologies. 'These' Gaians. There are two voices coming from the ship in question.
[24.04.2021 17:56:11] /fm jr.con can you not fucking shoot in an rp enviroment?
[24.04.2021 17:56:11] BPA)Cromartyshire: can you not fucking shoot in an RP enviroment?
[24.04.2021 17:56:18] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Police Captains, you heard what the Gaian said. They do not wish to harm other Bretonians. [24.04.2021 17:56:47] BPA)Cromartyshire: I am Commander Kingston. The Law is clear. This is a Hostile Warship at Her Majesties door step. This is an outrage.
[24.04.2021 17:56:48] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: I am sure we can allow them here so long as they do not pose a threat to us and civilians. [24.04.2021 17:56:56] Artio: L: Lefina Elwyn, admiral. Captain of the... well, you're seeing it. Gaian destroyer Artio.
[24.04.2021 17:57:10] Artio: S: Sean Winthrop. Her XO. [24.04.2021 17:57:34] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Vice Admiral of the Auxiliary, Oliver Myles on the line. [24.04.2021 17:57:49] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Commander Kingston, with all due respect, this matter is handled by the Armed Forces.
[24.04.2021 17:57:57] 2021-04-24 17:57:58 SMT Traffic control alert: BPA)Jr.Con.Graham has requested to dock
[24.04.2021 17:57:59] BPA)Cromartyshire: I will be speaking to the Admirality then.
[24.04.2021 17:58:05] 2021-04-24 17:58:06 SMT Traffic control alert: BPA)Jr.Con.Graham has requested to dock [24.04.2021 17:58:13] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Gaian, we will escort you out of this area.
[24.04.2021 17:58:54] BAF|HMS-Black.Prince: Talbot: G'day chaps.
[24.04.2021 17:59:03] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Good evening, Talbot.
[24.04.2021 17:59:11] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Goodmorrow, sir.
[24.04.2021 17:59:11] BRF|HMS-Minotaur: CIC: Good evening.
[24.04.2021 17:59:12] BRF|HMS-Constant: Roy: Howdy, Talbot!
[24.04.2021 17:59:24] Artio: L: Appreciated, vice admiral. We'll welcome the chance to talk... without all the very pointed attention of the system defences [24.04.2021 18:00:19] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: We will escort this Gaian to Edinburgh. Any objections?
[24.04.2021 18:00:21] BAF|HMS-Black.Prince: Talbot: Has been some time since I've talked to a Gaian.
[24.04.2021 18:00:41] BRF|HMS-Minotaur: CIC: HMS Minotaur is awaiting your orders, admiral.
[24.04.2021 18:01:01] Artio: L: Vice admiral, if we may, we would rather be escorted to Torshavn. It's a long story, but - we're severely damaged and in-
[24.04.2021 18:01:14] Artio: //*Cambridge
[24.04.2021 18:01:14] BRF|HMS-Constant: Roy: Copy that, admiral, I agree we should escort the Gaian
[24.04.2021 18:01:48] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Very well. We will escort you to Cambridge. However let it be known that any further incursions so close to the capital
[24.04.2021 18:01:51] Artio: -need of repairs. Edinburgh, unless it's changed, would lack the facilities to fix the Artio.
[24.04.2021 18:01:59] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: -will be dealt with accordingly.
[24.04.2021 18:02:05] BAF|HMS-Black.Prince: Talbot: Oh yeah.. congratulations on the promotion.
[24.04.2021 18:02:16] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Thank you, Talbot. Gaian, follow us.
[24.04.2021 18:02:23] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Admiral, sir. Shall you require the Hood in this escort?
[24.04.2021 18:02:31] BAF|A-HMS-Majestic: Oliver: Indeed, we do.
[24.04.2021 18:02:42] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Understood. Helm, prepare to mobilize.
[24.04.2021 18:02:42] BRF|HMS-Constant: Roy: Copy that. We shall follow the Gaian
[24.04.2021 18:03:01] Artio: L: Ah, well... that was kind of an accident. We were following an OSC liner... that's a long story too. Lots of them today.
[24.04.2021 18:03:23] BAF|HMS-Black.Prince: Talbot: We'll go last.
[24.04.2021 18:03:45] BRF|HMS-Hood: Holland: Understood. We will follow the Minotaur.

Good Evening, I am bringing more information concerning this Gaian Destroyer. This same destroyer was found again in New London today and when my Constable tried to intercept it and log an arrest with a secondary Fleet Battlecruiser, the Gaian mentioned Vice Admiral Oliver allowed them to be there. There has been no communication with the BPA and the Auxiliary Fleet allowing a Hostile Warship to enter New London.
I would like to point out that the BPA does not have this vessel logged in our Registry nor has the Auxiliary Fleet requested it.
Please take a look at my Constables Report. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for getting in contact to discuss this matter. It seems that there was a failure to notify you of this latest development, and I will see that it is properly investigated internally, and to ensure it does not reoccur in future.
I find it interesting that you bring up the war, the war in which the Gaians supported us, and aided us in keeping this house free from the clutches of the tyrant Charles. In fact, on a number of occasions I found the Gaian's coming to my own aid, assisting me in continuing the fight to protect our home. Yes, they are labelled as terrorists by our government, and for the vast majority that much is true, but I have found time and again that there are those in the movement that would work with us, who also wish to protect our home, just in differing ideals. Those few have my respect.
Let us not forget that de-escalation is chief in Her Majesties arsenal, and in this situation I believe it may well have been the best course of action. So close to the planet, as you so rightly put, a conflict could further endanger the people of New London. Stray gunfire would fall on the people below. The wreckage, tumbling down through the atmosphere to cause further damage to what I understand is an already weakened infrastructure. Combat would only have worsened the situation.
As for information, it is not for you or I to speculate whether it was relevant or not. The duty of all my officers is to collect the information, and submit this to the Defence Intelligence Staff, a team under the Ministry of Defence. If it needs investigating further, then the Intelligence Service would be contacted. There's no need to contact them about every "false lead", that would be a waste of their resources.
To conclude, please take this message as confirmation that your records can be amended and updated. Vice Admiral Myles' word should have been enough. Her Majesties Admiralty Board retains the right to authorise warships not belonging to the House of Bretonia, it is our area of expertise after all, however should you require it you may also add my name to the authorisation, until such time as the vessel in question breaks Bretonian law (ignoring it's affiliation), or a member of this Board notifies you otherwise.
I trust the above is sufficient, Commander Kingston?
In service to Her Majesty the Queen,
Lord Admiral Michelle O'Brian, Lord Oakington of Cambridge, KBE

You act as if I know nothing of what went on during the war. May I remind you that I was there like many of our brethren, the past is not that far behind us. If you feel the Gaians have paid their debt to the Crown so much then by all means petition the Crown to grant them protection under our laws and make their organization legal.
I regret to inform you that I will be petitioning this action and will be taking this to the Bretonia High Courts. I am sorry Admiral but allowing a warship of a hostile entity as described by the law is not something that I can allow. I was not informed prior that a Vice Admiral of the Auxiliary Fleet had the authority to bypass our laws on a whim.
Furthermore, saying further combat above New London was not a wise choice is in my opinion an error of judgement. Allowing a hostile entity as described by law to orbit Her Majesties Doorstep and not lift a finger about it is not something that should be allowed. I am sorry to say I am very disappointed. The Bretonia Police Authority like The Armed Forces is obligated to enforce the law at is is written not strike it down when ever we feel like it isn't needed. If the Gaian had information they should have used the Neural Net, Not bring a Destroyer to Planet New London.
The Bretonian Government is now patched in to review the conduct of The Armed Forces and the Police Authority.
