After my communication from yesterday operation LONGBOW was initiated and was immediately undertaken by one Recoil operative and Ensign newly promoted 46th|Martin Kemp-Smith.
Both of these operatives had spent considerable time in Texas and without any sightings of the base which we were supplied intel for, decided to make their way to New York.
Unfortunately Our Recoil Operative suffered dome engine difficulties and had to abort the mission, but Ensign Kemp-Smith continued his search. Low and behold, what did he find.... an illegal installation.
The Ensign in question has done a superb job finding this Insallation and actually worked on advice from the Recoil operative present to do a full sweep of the New York system and a full computer generated image of his search pattern is included in the Intel that he has gathered below
May I also inform everyone that we will be trying to establish if there is a suitable position for this installation to be sieged from, obviously because it has been spotted within an area that Navy and Lawfuls do not usually go mainly because it is crawling with unlawfuls who will not hesiate to attack you.
This operation is still ongoing and I am about to administer 46th|LNS-Bounty to investigate the area that has been confirmed by Ensign Kemp-Smith. Tomahawk will determine whether this station is within range of our big Vessels to be able to start proceedings for termination of the Installation. But before we decide what to do regarding this station, we will also be informing the Primary fleets of all of our intel regarding the installation.

Dear operatives and High Command,
Further to the previous communication, taking controls of 46th|LNS-Bounty I proceeded to make my way to the texas Jump Gate in New York.
Because of the sketchy position of the Installataion that Ensign Kemp-Smith has given us, I decided to skim the edge of the Unlawful Nebula that has taken so many innocent lives over the years.
As seen in the extra evidence I have provided, this base is within range of being able to siege it and all vessels who take part in such a siege will be able to stay outside the Nebula safely to be able to dismantle the installation. Also as pointed out this Installation does not let ayone Dock and we made sure that our vessel was safely manouvered to be able to try docking.
As of now, because of the health of this Installation it should be quite easy to demolish this and I am to believe that because we cannot dock here, that this base is involved in illegal activity.
My next step will be to inform all Liberty Law Enforcement about this installation and recommend that it be dismantled as soon as possible.
Whoever established this facility shall be sorry that they ever built it, and I mjust say they have established it in an area that would be rarely visited by Law Enforcement.

unfortunately because of interference from the Nebula you cannot make out the silhouette of 46th|LNS-Bounty very well but she is right on the edge of the Nebula and shows that Installation as being in a position so that we can siege it withoput being trapped inside the Nebula.
This image shows it is 21k from the Pennsylvania gate within New York.
This image shows the position of 46th|LNS-Bounty and is very close to the Installation and has had this base securely embedded within the ships radar system.
So my recommendation for this operation would be to have sufficient Capital vessels to take the Installation down and possibly initiate regular patrols around near the installation until we can establish what is going to be done about this.
Also I am recommending a full wing of fighters to assist all Capital vessels whilst this installation is under siege, which would mean using our Strike Force protocol and involving Bravo strike vessels and also all other Naval operatives in fighters to keep the Capital vessels safe from harm.
Also if needed we will scramble Delta section to assist in this operation once we can establish when it is going to happen.

Two 46th operatives have encountered this individual and when Bravo-1 piloted by myself,tried to stop this individual he would not stop and did not answer any of my hails.
In his cargo hold was Nomad remains which is illegal in Liberty and on top of this he engaged me when i repeatedly asked him to stop.
This individual should be watched very carefully if he approaches you, and as long as he complies he will be left alone. Non compliance towards a Naval Officer, no matter who it is will not be tolerated anymore, and we should make sure we do our duty to the Law and make these individuals learn their lesson.

Dear operatives and High Command,
After receiving an emergency call from various sources within the Liberty Law Enforcement about a possible incursion fron Kusari Naval Forces I quickly launched 46th|LNS-Argonaute our Flagship Carrier from Manhatten after we had just docked earlier from a patrol.
On launching Argonaute from Manhatten I was about to proceed to Fort Bush to assemble with other forces that had scrambled form Norfolk, when up on system chat were Kusari Naval Forces telling us that Liberty is now under Kusari control.
This situation could have ended in some very serious consequences, but as we tried to locate them they disappeared and we came to the conclusion they had jumped somewhere else after they realised we had a substantial force ready to defend New York.
As of this moment I would like round the clock patrols being initiated throughout Liberty and specially New York, because if this happens again we may be looking at a popssible conflict between Kusari and Liberty.
Every 46th operative must gather sufficient evidence, should anyone encounter these Kusarians again in Liberty.
As you are all aware, Foreign Naval Forces must have permission to enter our space, and this could be the start of frequent incursions, which will need sufficient forces to be able to defend Liberty.
Also I must commend all 46th Operatives, Commanding officers, and the Ensigns who scrambled their ships as soon as the emergancy went out.

Please consider the Kepler system as off-limits for the Strike Force, ARMOUR and any other division that isn't RDI or Recoil.
As a rule of thumb, if you see these hazard buoys during your patrol you are recommended to turn around unless in pursuit of high value targets.
The Recoil scouting division light fighters will be retrofitted with ablative armor plating and can enter the system for scouting purposes. Our RDI division is readying it's deep space explorer to evaluate the system as we speak. It will take some time as we need to contact external scientists, please stay patient, and avoid the system until we adapt our ships to it's environment.
It is a hazardour environment to say the least - the system is damaging our hulls and you are greeted by a wrecked Liberty Super Transport that entered without hull adjustments as a bleak reminder of what happens if you ignore the warnings.

Dear Operatives and Admirals of High Command,
It is now time to re establish our Recoil programme and get these operatives fully involved within the Fleet on more occasions.
I will be sending out an encrypted confirmation of an operation which will involve various vessels within the 46th Fleet and will give all the details to all operatives I need involved and also any Commanders In Charge of Capital vessels and snubs.
I will not leave any actual details of this operation, because it is very sensitive and involves a investigation after new evidence has been established involving a member of the 46th Fleet.
This operation is a search and possible rescue, if the information and the evidence handed to me is correct which has involved a lone vessel going undetected into a region where we need to visit.
What I will say is, that the Flagship 46th|LNS-Argonaute will be involved in the operation and will need extensive protection during the mission.
So for now, keep eyes on all of your monitors and your expectations of how we execute this operation will be explained and I will need everyone to be available with 8 hours notice from my communication to initiate the mission

Hello, we have been contacted by "Starflier NX-01" who seems to offer their surveillance services, gaining coordinates, that sort of thing.
I'd much rather use the LSF and LIA or our own scouting division, but maybe there is space to gain information of far flung systems that are too risky for us to stay in for prolonged periods of time. Like Vespucci, Inverness, Galileo and others. Just something to keep in mind.
