An update on my previous communication for the mission that will be done very soon involving a search and rescue attempt.
46th|LNS-Argonaute will be unavailable for this mission so I will be assuming command of 46th|Recoil.Command-1 which has similar capabilities as Argonaute if we have to leave swiftly from our mission.
This mission as stated before, will be announced just hours before it takes place to make sure that nothing can be assumed or leaked in any way.

We are currently dealing with the legality of D9 freelancers. Until we hear back from Liberty Agencies I am giving the units under my command a free hand. Treat their vessels on case by case bases as per your judgement in accordance to Liberty Law. None of our contacts have confirmed firmly, willing to put their entire reputations on the line, that they vouch for the D9 being a legitimate Liberty Force with the mandate of other official agencies and/or the Liberty Government.
Operational change
Our rear admiral lower half James Reyna will be transferring to the 5th fleet. Strike Force units under his command are to begin the handover period that will see them report to their direct superior on the operational level - yours truly. Many people ask me "Van Leer - isn't it a little power hungry to try to control other liberty fleets by letting your staff freely transfer deep within their structure?"
To that I say - we are not one fleet. What we fight for are duty, honor, and ...Liberty. The 46th fleet has been dominating in terms of patrols, activity and operational missions for many months now - it is in our best interest that the rest of the Liberty Navy thrives too. It is with great honor and pride that we will see James Reyna spread the 46th Fleet's procedural excellence into another branch of the Liberty Navy and elevate them to new heights. He might have started as a cadet elswehere, but it has been the 46th Fleet where he made his name and rose to prominence, and he has been one of our own.
Without the shadow of the doubt the experience he gained in the Strike Force and 46th fleet will see him quickly rise through the ranks of the stagnating fleet, and Liberty will be more secure than ever in the process. It wouldn't even surprise me if our own admiral Reyna will be running the 5th Fleet in no time. Joint operations between the fleets are to be expected to rise to an all time high once the transfer is complete as well.

It has been something that I have had on my desk in front of me all day..... D9...
These individuals or organisation, seem to not understand the concept of a Freelancer Identification using Liberty Navy Hardware.
As I have read a report fron Admiral Van Leer and pondered over it for a while, it has puzzled me as to why these individuals would also confess to being Liberty Security Force operatives.
As this is relevant to Admiral Van Leer's communication within the High Command, we need to get our Recoil division to keep hunting for information, or actual evidence of these individuals breaking Liberty Laws or for that matter being friendly with any unlawfuls or criminals.
This information is to be passed on to all Recoil operatives and explained that we need to push these individuals to the limit of their capabilities and hopefully they will make a serious mistake.
I am suggesting caution on this, and will monitor this situation personally alongside Admiral Van Leer.

Update is this - =LSF= clearly knows nothing and gave me this "classified" LSF bullshit to save face.
[LIA] operative Kaiju knew nothing, we are waiting for Wolverine, he should be able to tell us what's going on once and for all - Anything is possible at this point.
If you want my recommendation sir - I would let our people make their judgement on case by case basis regarding laws breaches by D9, until we hear back from Wolverine.
Not sure what this Skulls business is, but if I may speak freely sir - for the love of god, let's not involve even more LSF game playing secret having group in this.

If you encounter D9 ships do not stop them if they ask questions do not answer if you don't feel like answering let the LSF deal with it.

I believe you have failed to uphold my order of Kepler being off limits unless on Recoil craft, or when accompanying our RDI division.
You have not followed orders, you have put the assets of the 46th Fleet at risk, not to mention your own life. You have merely confirmed what we already knew - that the system is dangerous and it is not wise to enter it alone unless on reinforced Recoil scouts. Procedure is important, so is following issued orders. I am hereby issuing punitive duty that I expect you to fulfill prompty.
To remind you of proper patrolling procedures I hereby order you to:
Perform 10 patrols around the Pennsylvania system.
Perform a routine scan on all vessels you encounter on your 10 laps, no matter how mundane. You will be very thorough.
I expect a full report from yor patrol on my desk by eighteen hundred hours on 14th June 828 at the very latest.
There is no need to enter this into your personal record for now Lieutenant Commander if you manage to complete the assigned task. You will submit your report to Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Mission Debrief Reports.

Just at a moments notice Salt Lake operations centre has been able to establish a distress beacon which has a signature that resembles Admiral Tanner's ship escape pod.
This communication is to be dealt with, immediately and all Recoil operatives that are available will need to report to Admiral Van Leer to discuss the protocol procedures for an Emergency launch of all Recoil vessels as soon as possible.
The Launch will be discussed within the briefing room of Salt Lake station which has just been completed and the new design of the Station HQ is looking excellent.
NOW ..... all Recoil operatives, please report to the command centre at Salt Lake for a briefing about the mission.
Location of the mission will remain CLASSIFIED, until we establish the beacons origin.

Good Evening to you all,
After a very long mission to a CLASSIFIED system, we have managed to find our Vice Admiral Aden Tanner.
This mission was dangerous and very worrying for all involved ......
I was present aboard 46th|Recoil_Cammand-1 which initiated a jump into the unnamed system and carried three operatives from Recoil squadron and 46th|Summers.Wrath a bomber class vessel.
I will not go into lenghty detail because we have initiated full reports regarding the operation which will be forwarded very soon...
All I want to say is .... excellent work everyone, and I am really pleased we have Admiral Tanner back and he will hopefully be fit for duty very very soon after the doctors aboard Salt Lake Station get him checked over.
