I bought 1 0f the cargo at Durham Station, then bought 11 more, since I could carry 12 in my Big Dragon. When I sold all 12 at Yukawa Shipyard, the server unregistered me from the event for selling more cargo than I bought, so I didn't get the bonus whatever that was supposed to be! Apparently, the server isn't smart enough to figure out that 1 + 11 = 12 and it forgot that I bought 1 before buying 11 more.
Being robbed of event rewards due to a server glitch is beyond annoying and frustrating!

On the first leg, each cargo takes up 2500 space and on the second leg each cargo takes up 250 space.
The Server will register you for the first load you buy. Any further amounts don't register. Likewise, if you arrive with less than you bought, the Server sees you as not completing the Event.
If you buy less than you want, then what you should do is sell it back to the Base and then re-buy what you want to transport.

I wish those rules had been clarified earlier. I delivered 12 cargo on the second leg with a Big Dragon, but didn't collect any event bonuses. Can I get those bonuses? I'll PM you the character's name. I've noticed a similar problem buying optronics at Shinagawa Station (i.e. the Kusari HQ in New Tokyo) with a Kusari-IDed character starts a "Shipping Event," but I haven't found the sell point to get any bonus.
