First of all, it's impressive to see independent supplying Inter-Sirius groups who have a wish to help us, but...We actually don't know, who you are and where did you come from.
If you know us, you should also know we are at war against the Nomad menace and Core fascists with their so-called "Imperium Omicronis", which means non-authorized Houses, groups, and factions don't have any kind of access to our inner stations. We must know how actually loyal you are to the Order and the Core before we can grant you Silver access with certain limitations.

Thanks for your reply Agent Hurricane, First, I am a big fan of The Order and I really appreciate that you are still fighting the Nomads on behalf of the Human race. For that reason we want to help The order in this war, of course we don't have the military power to join the battle but we can still supply The Order with any materials you might need.
As for the Conflict with The Core group, we see it as a political situation between two organization and we like the Zoners don't like to be part of it. For example The Outcasts and Corsairs are having a big conflict but we choose to remain neutral to both and we can supply both of them with materials as well so It's the same case here. We always choose to remain neutral to all parties.
As for how I reached you, I was buying some Iridium from Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta and I heard from some rumors that The order is working on a big project and a lot of suppliers involved so I said to give it a try and call you offering my help if needed. I must say you are walking on the edge of the knife if you are brave enough to supply both Maltese and Cretan people. One side will reveal you are helping their biggest enemy and your next trip might be your last one.
The same might happen if you will work both on Order and Core. Do you need to take such high risks? I don't even say about specific regions like Omicron Delta or Omicron Zeta with high Nomad presence.

I just told you the truth because I want to earn your trust. I can tell you that we hate The Core, The Outcasts and Corsairs but then I will be liar and by the time you will know the truth you will never trust us again. So I told you the truth from the beginning. We don't have any problem with anyone and we don't take any part in conflicts. We are just flying around to make our own money. Today we can have a contract with Outcasts or Corsairs. Tomorrow they can force us to pay taxes to bypass their home lands. This is how it goes it's all about business so we are not allied with anyone except with Freelancers.
As for our documents, this is our reputation towards The Order, The Core, The Nomads and other groups like Outcasts and Corsairs.

They leave you no choice, but to pick the side - us or The Core, since you are carrying only about money. What will happen if they offer better price? That's the question.

Good day, mister Logan, I am agent Starfire, Commodore in the Order Overwatch.
Considering your recent communication and honesty, we decided to grant Freelancer Associates Silver Clearance on certain conditions I list below:
Omicron Epsilon and Wall of Seth nebula are under strong control and FLA are not allowed to visit without special permission. You must follow the green corridor which is marked in the attached file;
Before landing on Akabat or Damascus your team must dock at Taba and pass medical check-ups to make sure you don't bring any infiltrators;
Worship on the Core or extra-terrestrial parties are forbidden, especially mercenary work;
Breaking said rules will result in immediate termination, so strongly instruct your haulers to follow them.
Our requirements sound severe, but you also get benefits: Access to Akabat and Damascus Research Station. Currently, we export palladium and plenty of Kemwer Munitions into the Sirius sector for our friends and parties which are helping us within Houses. Don't hesitate to get some, but Houses lawful forces consider Kemwers as contraband, keep it in mind.
