I would like to make a follow up to what Captain Summers said from my perpective. After we absolutly rinsed Hatten space of the squids and rejects i was attempting to go on a date with the junker known as Silent Sunflower but Lt. Bennet discovered this and started acting like a collossal jerk saying something about wanting a diamond back and was mad at her for going on date with people who weren't him even though Sunny said that bennet said it was ok if she did such. then bennet went and called her, and i quote, "one of THOSE girls" meaning, and forgive my crude language, a hoe. She was heartbroken, dropped the diamond, and ran back to Rohchester in tears. i ran after her tying to comfort her but she said that she needed some time. i told her i would wait for her when she was ready then she moored at Rohchester base i then returned to Hatten orbit where bennet and a 5th fleet operative were there discussing some ombat situation then Captain summers showed up in LNS Lady of Leeds and events unfolded as she reported. I highly recommend the pscyh profile that Captain Summers recommended and i also Recommend we check Bennet out for any squid infestation

Sender ID: Rear Admiral Blake Wayne Van Leer Recipient ID:Captain Camille Summers, High Command, Lt. Tony Storn Subject: Disciplinary action
Captain, Admirals, Lieutenant
Psychological care will be provided. However the Fleet and Navy itself will not work without discipline.
Admiral Kemp-Smith, Captain, I recommend disciplinary action to be taken against Bennet along with said counseling. Subordinance cannot be tolerated without consequences as it can lead to massive loss of life in pressure situations where the entire Navy relies on orders being carried out to the letter.
I can remind you of the Pennsylvania patrol laps that were used multiple times. However I am sure officers with your creativity can come up with a new punitive task as a fitting reaction.
I have full confidence in your handling of this situation, I would ask Vice Admiral Kemp-Smith - sir, if you do not mind - to take charge of the situation.

It has come to my attention that you are concerned about my psychological health , to ease your concerns I've never been better Admirals. It has also come to my attention that I am to be disciplined?! which I don't actually know of the true reasons. If the reasons are because of me not following Captain Summers orders, I should at least be given a chance to explain. I'll put it in short, Camille Summers is no way in shape or form competent enough to analyze threats, assess danger or even deal with it. I understand the "Captain" is not from our midst and may have different approaches to different situations. So the question is " Why" do I think she is incompetent, let me show you. We were in Cortez facing Insurgency capital ships (which the captain forgot we are at war with them) , she also somehow missed an Unknown ship Callsign: Cipriani.Adimari who claims to be of Maltese origin which is bad enough. We were outnumbering , outmatching them the Insurgency wanted a fight, what did our captain do? Tuck tail and started yelling "I ORDER YOU TO RETUN" . Of course facing one of these Unknown vessels before and knowing how strong they are I disobeyed, which the Captain doesn't seem to be used to that, I suppose her little minions aboard the ship bow at her feet. Well I don't, after her screaming in comms and whatnot a dozen of unknown ships appeared and started to attack civilians which I successfully defended and defeated the unknown ships. While miss Summers was running for her life in a dreadnaught, I was fighting in a snubcraft and somehow the Adimari slipped through and escaped.
I knew that was not the last time we'll see him, while the captain was drinking tea and sleeping taking nice baths in her home. I was on patrol with none other than my fellow friend Sam Gorski, we received word of a sudden Rogue attacks in California. Went there immediately destroyed the dozen of Rogue vessels and more of them came and surprise surprise, Adimari was with them mocking us. We could not shake off all the Rogues to chase him, but caught a glimpse of him using our gate to New York. After we cleaned the trash basically, we made haste to New York in search of Adimari, which we found on the side of the beautiful planet Manhattan/ He came to threaten us and civilians, a couple of words were exchanged me and Sam opened fire, unfortunately Sam Gorskis ship was destroyed , but in the blink of an eye I caught his life pod and proceeded to battle the Maltesian. It was one of my hardest fought battles which I'm proud of to say I came on top. Everything could have been avoided if Camille Summers did not choose to run in Cortez rather than fight and deal with the threat there, her incompetent leading skills and spewing bullshit about being two ranks above me ever 5 seconds lead to both me and Sam Gorski almost getting killed. So while the "Lady" of Leeds drink her Tea and I bust my behind fighting every hostile that threatens our people, I am the one being punished? From this day on forward consequences or not , I Dayvon Bennet of the 46th , DO NOT recognize her rank or authority in the battlefield and will not ever obey any of her orders or associate myself with an Incompetent "Overlord" commander who just sits there and drinks TEA. I choose to fight rather than be the next "Leeds". Bennet out, going to patrol the Liberty spaces so the "Lady" can safely drink her tea.

I seem to recall only too recently having to speak to you aboard my flagship, the Anchorage, regarding concerns over your conduct out in space. More importantly, in the eyes of citizens and other officers of Primary Branches of the Navy.
It has been brought to High Commands attention that you seem to disregard the authority of Officers senior to yourself. Specifically, Captain Summers.
For transparency, and the stave any potential confusion on your part and for your own convenience, where I mention "the report", I am in fact talking about this one.
Firstly, to begin with, the Captain mentioned that yourself and Lieutenant Storn were having a public debate. Not only were you publicly airing grievances, which is not how we handle things in the Navy, but you were doing to in the eyes of a fellow officers - Lieutenant Commander Wilkes of the Fifth Fleet. Not only that, but proceeded to ignore many a command from Captain Summers to cease.
Moving onward, it seems that both you and Lieutenant Storn fraternize, or attempt to do so, while in the performance of your general duties. Do you really think this is appropriate? Because I can tell you that is a sure distraction that you could be doing without, at least while on duty and certainly when representing the Navy in the public domain.
I am not blind, Bennett. I know what you went through when you got sucked through that nomad gate. Lieutenant Storn, whom sees you in the highest of lights, reported another nomad incursion right at the heart of Liberty - which you both reportedly repelled. I know this sudden shift in attitude and demeanor stems from this.
So, where do I go from here? Let me tell you.
First of all, you are to report immediately and give me a detailed account of the above points that I have made. I want to know your account of what happened, and more improtantly, why it happened. Secondly, you will thereafter report to the Medical Unit at Salt Lake for a full evaluation, both mentally and physically. I want their medical opinion on your viability in being able to perform your duty.
Finally, in the matter of conduct, failure to obey lawful and proper order of a senior officer is entirely unacceptable. You know this, I know you know this because I watched you sign on that dotted line. Therefore, you are hereby ordered to complete remedial patrols of what is considered an otherwise back-water system with little to no prestige, at all. The system in question, Ontario. You will fly to Ontario and patrol around the indicated route, shown below.
You are to complete this route no-less than 5 times in total. You will greet and scan every transport you come across, if there are any even in the vicinity of your patrol. You aren't to use any tradelane and you must not, under any circumstance, veer from the marked route. Only exception is unless you become engaged and you need to immediately evade.
I, along with the rest of High Command, eagerly await your account of the incident mentioned above. Get yourself checked in to Medical, too. You're a good officer, Bennett. You know the rules. Play ball and solider up, Lieutenant.

Good day to all Staff and Admirals,
It has been a great delight to lead this faction for as long as I have, but it is finally time for me to retire from the Fleet as your Fleet Admiral and take a well deserved rest.
The Fleet has had its ups a downs and also its triumphs over the period that I have been in charge, and I would also like to praise the other Admiral's who have hepled me so much during this time here.
I will be leaving the Sirius sector completely and retiring in style, in a new place.
I would like to thank also all operatives for all your hard work in keeping Liberty safe and I bid you all a fond farewell.
Keep the good work up and keep Liberty safe.
Good day to you all and good luck.

Firstly, I want to say how empty Salt Lake feels without you here. I know for a fact all of the Mid and Low command officers are sad to see you leave. No one deserves retirement more than you, but I will admit that I already miss our early morning debriefs together.
You have left me some rather large shoes to fill, but I can assure you I shall rise to the occasion. I wish you the best in your travels, and I think it goes without saying that I hope you return to the Fleet one day.
Take care my friend. You will be sorely missed.

Good evening Creed,
This has come as rather shocking news, to both the High Command and also the rest of the Officers of the Fleet. Like Fleet Admiral Tanner has pointed out, you have left some rather hefty boot space which needs feeling. In saying that, I have nothing but confidence in Aden and I suspect we will continue to be an effective leadership team going forward.
I do hope you find some happiness and get some very well deserved rest, where ever it may be that you end up, boss. Check in with us from time to time, or even stop by Salt Lake, should your travels bring you back to Liberty at all. And from me, personally, thank you for everything you did to ensure the success of the Fleet, and on their behalf also.
Wishing you the very best for the future, James. Godspeed, fair winds and following seas.

I am incredibly grateful to the Fleet to granting me my personal leave I have been on for the last few weeks - it is the first in many years, and my family is very thankful as we are together dealing with the situation I would prefer to keep to myself for now.
The news of recent movements have gotten even to me - even though I cannot be right now with you on active duty or visit Salt Lake HQ to thank you personally I want to do just that at least in this form.
Creed You might think you are right now but are not a man suited for retirenment and we both know it, see you soon. With my recent experience I can promise you that some time off refreshes you and recharges you with ideas. I am already itching to return to active duty, I only cannot do so because of my personal situation just yet. Mark my words, soon you will feel how I feel. And unlike me you don't face the struggles I am that prevent my immediate return you lucky old badger!
Black, Freeman
Thank you for your service, you have been with us from the beginning. I have been out of the loop and am not exactly briefed on the details of your departures but I have always trusted your judgement - god speed!
The Fleet
As I am dealing with my personal situation right now, away from active duty, I have been able to take a step back and come up with many great ideas already that will elevate the 46th Fleet to new heights when I am able to return, likely in several weeks to a couple months.
The Supremacy project will be completed and our ties with Crayter will be stronger than ever.
The campaign against Insurgency that has just started will be taken to a succesful conclusion - those that fight against corruption yet openly are allowing our children be poisoned by foreign drug dealers and enemies of Liberty will be swept off their already shaken moral grounds.
Please forgive my absense, me and my family will be forever grateful that you are upholding the Values that make Liberty great while I am away. You might be somewhat shaken by the recent changes, but believe me when I say - changes are merely the inevitable stepping stones on the path to greatness.
See you in a couple months.
For Duty, Honor and Liberty,
Van Leer
