Kaliste, Hermanos and Hermanas!
Forgive my impertinence in writing to you all, but I feel the need to stress the gravity of the situation.
Chances are that you've already received information from our brave Petra Outpost scouts regarding the sudden surge of activity in the Sigma-15. It appears that a lot more than usual Gallic shipments are reaching the Jump Gate construction site there. Should this gate construction be finished, it would greatly benefit Core in more ways than one, this cannot be allowed to pass.
If it were possible, I'd do my utmost to rally a fleet to just demolish the thing before it can benefit our enemies. Alas, most of Deterrence capital fleet is locked down in a staredown with the Outcasts over the Knossos dispute, and until Esteemed Executor Nagash is done parleying with the Maltese addicts, all we can send are wings of strike-craft raiders against the transports ferrying materials for the Jump Gate, and whatever escorts they may bring along with them.
To my fellow Deterrence Hermanos and Hermanas at arms, go out, loot, kill and pillage all that support the filthy Core! Let them know they are not welcome in Omegas, Sigmas nor Omicrons!
To remaining members of Crete familia, I implore You all to join us in this venture, lest the Core threat becomes greater than ever!

Khaire Capitan,
Your worries are founded. I hear that there are already strong defenders guarding these transports from both the Core and the Rheinlanders.
Believe me when I say I am aware of the current situation. There is no way we can send all the fleet as things currently stand. To this end, I have 3 craft of the Cerratus family that I can send. Unfortunately, I will be unable to take to the field myself, but I shall ensure that my family members will do their part for Deterrence.
I will send my cousin Melius in his Centurion, he did good work in escorting the zoners before. Hopefully his lack of experience won't be his downfall this time.
I shall also lend my Legionnaire Scout to a trustworthy pilot from my crew. While not suited for combat, it could theoretically be used to investigate a situation and warn of escorts. This could save lives against the vicious and overeager Rhinelanders.
Lastly, I will ask my brother to collect my personal bomber from Simga-17, where it has been languishing since the dust-breathers announced this cold war on us. Sadly, due to the urgency of the situation, I will not have time to get it refitted as an official vessel of the Deterrence Fleet. But we need every ship we can spare to respond.
As for myself? I am currently tied up here on the "Adianoete Niki". Although this newly recovered and restored cruiser has just become operational, we are still completing the final fit & finish and I would not trust it out on the battlefield at this point. It makes me wonder what the shipwrights of Tripoli were doing when I walk down the hall and half the doors don't even function.
I blame the lack of Premium Scrap and Military Salvage that we can use for spare parts.
Respectfully,
-Multannus Cerratus

We're all aware of the current situation, we will take the necessary steps to deal with the problem.
As you probably know, Petra does not have enough supplies to supply large ships, at most a couple of bombers. So if you want to bring something bigger than a gunboat, you have to bring it from Rhodes at least.
The gate is in an advanced state of construction, so we don't have much time.
