You've probably heard of me, so I'll skip the introduction. I have only recently returned to duty, after a long recovery away from glorious exploits and great battles, and the first thing I see when I check my service computer are notices to ignore Xenos, well known for their unwarranted aggression against foreigners.
Although I have never cared for who brings supplies to Crete, such things make me raise an eyebrow questioningly: should we expect meanness and intrigue from these Libertarians? What does the King command?
Glad to know you're alive and well.
You see... A lot of men tried to venture into Liberty to trade relics, and a lot of them never returned home, either because they have been destroyed by the Liberty Navy, or attacked by some other misinformed Xenos.
To be honest and in my personal opinion I wouldn't take such a risk, it's not worth it. Although it is well known that illegal weapons from Ageira abound on Xenos bases.
So, after a small talk with El Rey, he has been clear on one thing: Liberty is far from our cause and doesn't care too much. He has told me that those who dare to try this route, be ready to face death itself, nothing assures them anything in these places. As for the Xenos, we know little about their leader, a certain Cobra a distrustful one in its entirety, he seems to be one of those guys who likes to pull the trigger at the first opportunity, so, we shouldn't expect any kind of welcome from them. My advice: Treat them like we treat Zoners... that if we ever get to see a Xeno.

Warlord Almagro,
After one difficulty, another. This time the Gauls, who work with our enemies from the Core; although I frankly don't give a sh*t about what the Gauls do within our lands, the fact that they cooperate with our enemies is alarming. Our alliance with them has been held by a common enemy: Bretonia, but now their state is not at war with hypocritical sycophants, and even the new regime is incompatible with our notions of power and honor.
Therefore, the question is: how should we deal with the Gallic snobs? Their supply of food and water to our worlds is fine, but their cooperation with the enemies of the Empire is not. At the same time, I'm more than sure they won't listen to us, considering us barbarians unworthy of attention. Their worlds are too far away for us to show them how wrong they are, so the best thing we can do in our situation is to sabotage the gate while pointing to a completely third party, like the Kusari. at least I think so.
What is your opinion, and have there been any instructions from the King regarding the situation as to how we should proceed?
Guzman,
We're a in a deep sh*thole in there, one of my men managed fly-by the construction site and to stop a EFL transport, apparently going out from the construction site, according to Arriaga, only workers and engineers on board, but he gave'em a message.
El Rey has been informed already about the Sigma-15 situation; Orders are to "CANCEL" the EFL operation.
Ahora bien, as I see this, we cannot "cancel" the gate construction at this time, it is in an advanced state of construction but we can delay it as much as we can and in the meantime fortify Petra that still is a small modular base, it doesn't have the capacity to supply any larger combat ship.
We need to gain some time and be prepared, once the gate is finished Core ships will have a easy passage through Sigma-15, but in this I am optimistic: They will not have it easy once in the other side, we will be waiting...
So, Guzman, about the "third-party" sabotage thing, I wanna know more, what do you have in mind?

Warlord Almagro,
The idea is extremely simple - to involve our "friends" from the Kusari - the Hogosha. They are quite capable of sabotaging construction, and do it in such a way that the shadow of suspicion falls on someone like the Chrysanthemums, the Dragons, those Rheinland liberals, I keep forgetting what they call themselves, or anyone else. The plan is not perfect, but time is short - we need to think fast and act clearly, preferably without any consequences for us. If you have anything better to offer - be my guest.
