Message: Greetings to you. I am a representative of the High Command of the Sirius Coalition, and my name is Alexander Shmatko. The coalition has heard quite a lot about you and we would like to talk about a potential "partnership". Our forces are not so numerous to help you openly, but I am sure that we will be able to help you, so hated by both you and us, the monarchical system in Gallia. Perhaps you may be interested in quite valuable intelligence data related to the monarchical forces, assistance in spying on the movements of Bretonian ships and their routes, as well as some goods that you can get if we become partners. I am sure that together we will be able to overthrow the monarchical hydra from the throne and make Gallia united. The choice is yours, comrades.

Sender:Commandant Jonathan Truchon Recipient:Colonel Alexander Shmatko Subject:What do you know about the Gallic Union?
Bonjour,
I am Commandant Jonathan Truchon from Gallic Defense Authority, a former member of the Council. I am authorised to speak on behalf of superior officers until they decide personal intervention is a more productive method of dialogue.
First of all, Colonel Shmatko, I'm afraid your suggestion is no longer relevant - the institutions of the monarchy have ceased to exist, King Charles is dead and his family is outlawed and on the run. The Council's objectives have been achieved, in whole or in part, the future will show.
Unless, of course, you mean the other monarchical scum, Queen Carina and her henchmen. But we don't care about the old woman as long as she stays out of our borders. Alas, our experience has shown that we can't trust Sirius, we need proof of loyalty or at least lack of malicious intent, and while the Coalition has been a distant ally of the Council in the past, helping to deal with the repressive absolute monarchy that reigned in Gallia for centuries, you have not proven that the entire Union can trust you.
Secondly, Gallia now, since the beginning of this year, a stratocratic state, or simply a military republic, governed by a seemingly confusing but effective hierarchy. The official description is in the attached files and perhaps you, Coalitioners, can learn from our example.
And finally, thirdly, I doubt our Ministry of Trade would have any interest in promising to supply any goods without prior quality and compatibility checks. However, to open trade relations you must first prove your loyalty to the Gallic Union, and how you do so is left to your discretion, but I might hint that some of your allies still hold a grudge against Gallia for what happened to their orbital settlement at the King's command, and we all share a common enemy in face of Bretonia; I hope you understand who I am alluding to.
Message: Oh, it looks like we had outdated data on the situation in Gallia. It's quite nice to hear that you overthrew the cursed monarchy, but the offer of help would rather be more attributed to the Kingdom of Bretonia. As far as we know, they at least represent the main force in anti-Gallia issues and probably push other houses to act against your people.
We would also be able to conduct intelligence operations in the Kusari Empire, but this would have a pretty bad effect in an alliance with blood dragons and golden chrysanthemums, which would lead to disagreements. And that's why our relations with Kusari are mostly commercial. Bretonia is zealously restoring its damaged or destroyed infrastructure, which may be the first warning to the upcoming military clashes in the coming years. That is why our proposal mostly concerns the Kingdom of Bretonia. Since in the event of a conflict, we could attack those of their military facilities that were left unprotected and make a discord there in both military and civilian moods, which would affect many aspects of shipbuilding and resource extraction.
Oh yes, I almost forgot, the Coalition is the leading "forge of weapons" in the omega worlds, so we can offer our weapons. I understand that our technologies are different, but they can still be useful in various situations when it would be too difficult to use Gallic technologies openly. We also often study and use the achievements of Bretonia, although most often they are useless because all they do is a bunch of armor, mold a bunch of guns and call it a ship. Although we are not junkers, we can still get various valuable samples on a level with them that could be of interest to you.
And if you are not interested in military resources, then we could supply Uncut Diamonds in our places, there are enough of them and your citizens could find them interesting to buy after processing. And I'm not talking about Omega-48, maybe you have data about the system, but I will still mention that it is quite rich in resources and IMG will not let us lie, you can check with them.
As for the Mollys, I think you meant them, then everything is extremely difficult there, unlike us and the Hessians, they do not have a single government and I do not want to offend them, but if I call them a bunch of terrorist cells, then I will get to the point. Of course, we can find the biggest and most active and discuss with them an attempt to establish neutrality, but I think it would be fair if you could offer them something in addition to buying gold if you are interested in it.
From:Amiral Emile Dandonneau Subject:Contact.
Colonel Alexander Shmatko,
I am Amiral Emile Dandonneau, leader of Front de Libération de Gallia's Military Arm and Commander of The Council Capital Ship Fleet remnants that now operate under the Maquisard banner.
I must inform you that your information seems quite outdated. The Royalist Gallia has been defeated, but our victory was short lived. The former Royalists have usurped power after the Kusari invasion, most of the former Council has been either wiped out or joined them out of fear. What is left of us true Council remnants now fight against the oppression of the newly formed Gallic Union military state, under a banner of those that were once a simple off-shoot of our forces if you could believe it.
We are fighting a desperate battle against an oppressive House Government, all our gains we bled for lost - if you can send any help, we would welcome it with open arms. Information we have and don't need more, but currently we are in a desperate need for materials and resources as we are in a re-building phase after a recent succesful capture operation.
In order to trust each other, I propose a mutual testing exchange. You can request the money, or ask to barter something in return, god knows we need anything we can get. Proposed contract: We offer: 150,000,000 Sirian Credits Goods required urgently by our Ex-Council MIlitary arm: Battleship bolstering materials - Hull Panels, Munitions, Ablative Armor, Volgograd Ordinance anything of the sort. Destination:Roussillon, Caussade Depot Quantity:Whatever you think is fair for the sum offered for travel expenses. Timeline:At your discretion
Let me know if our fleet of former Council vessels can expect your assistance.

You stopped being called Admiral the moment you betrayed the oath you took when you joined the Council Liberation Navy, Dandonneau. Don't disgrace your uniform, take it off and never wear it again, you sneaky traitor. The multiple crimes you have committed and continue to commit against the people of Gaul will never be forgiven or forgotten, you and what remains of the Royalists are parasites that must and will surely be exterminated, your alliance with the Bretonians is just further proof of the futility of your goals and promises, and the terror wrought on an already damaged world only confirms my words. Get lost, you rot.
Colonel, while the defector desperately asking for resources to be used against people of Gallia, order and stability in it, we can proceed with our matters. Privately.
