Yunoki Misaki, Shinibana of the Gen'an Sisterhood, was feeling bored with the Christmas season and how grumpy a lot of the people she stopped during her patrols seemed to be. She wanted to do something new and exciting. While intoxicated, she suddenly had the idea to organize a contest for the Sisterhood. She immediately started pimping her cardiflea with Christmas lights, humming Christmas songs.
To bring the spirit of Christmas to Sirius, and perhaps get more people hooked on cardamine in the process, she decided it was time for something new. She convinced some of the other Sisters of her idea, however silly as it may seem, to join her in the making of it. Together they raised enough money and stole some high grade stuff to act as prizes for those Sisters who want compete in her little Christmas game.
Operation Cardi Claus was born.
During the Christmas week, GC- ships can score points by giving a bottle of Shigeakiki to any ship they come across. This must remain in roleplay. Points can be claimed by reporting the giveaway in this thread. Minarai rank are also eligible, but will need help with the purchase of Shigeakiki.
Event Duration:
From 20th of December until the end of the 26th of December
Details:
Top 5 scores earn rewards for this event with possible added scores in terms of ties.
When in a group, points go to all GC within scanner range so there won't be difficulties about who gets the points.
Event area is Sirius-wide.
Evidence must be posted in this event thread. [log + timestamped screenshot]
Points are earned as follows:
- 1 point for giving Shigeakiki to an allied faction.
- 2 points for giving Shigeakiki to a neutral faction
- 3 points for giving Shigeakiki to an enemy faction. [ooRP behavior or when the Shigeakiki is demanded invalidates the points] Bonus points can be obtained for creativity.
Notes
Quantity of Shigeakiki given does not matter, so it can be done with any ship class. Score is kept based on the number of ships Shigeakiki is given to.

Today I was Spreading the Christmas Spirit by Giving out our Most Beloved Christmas Drink the Cranberry Shigeakiki. It Started Pretty Well as i and Miri Encountered 3 Ships in Kepler that was Realy Interested in our Special Christmas Presents. Even when I have to say that it's a Bit Sad how Litle the People seem to Know today about this Wonderful Christmas Tradition. They were really interested in the Potential of Shige and I think we got some new Customers in them. At the Jumpgate, to Colorado, I Encountered the Bristol Ship B|-BCV-Endeavour and gave another Present of Shige to the Poor Overworked Crew of the Ship. Sadly the Grinches from the Liberty Navy and Police Caught me in Colorado and Decided to Ruin my Christmas Run for the day. Sadly one of them Was a Robotized Human that was Turned into an AI after an Accident, so he had no need for our Shige. My second report of the day about the contest, this time I have repaired the system of the photo proves, now I have them along with the logs. Right now I can make my full prove of my crazy adventure.
To start things off I met a very nice friend of mine Scorn, although it saddens him to admit and to come clean personally that he is not a Freelancer, he was undercover agent for the Gallic Navy Intelligence. I didn't took it personally, however I did offered him a drink to remember our good old days. And then here is the crazy and freaky part, I was traveling in the Rheinland system through Frankfurt and Munich, I was thinking for the first time to check out Omicron systems, the first Omicron is Xi. It was a really beautiful green color, but encounter those squid species also known as the Nomads, I had to flee and was flying too far and ended up in a green cloud nearby a Planet called Knossos. I entered in it was a really a freak show and I was terrified, knowingly that I was lost and cannot return back, I explored the lonely planet and saw carnage and .. I wish I wouldn't of explored that place again. Luckily I met one of the Corsair members also known by the name of Marraco. He was too kind and disciplined, he knew the way out .. he probably was mining and returning back, he showed me the way and glad that he was the only human being. After we went out, the Nomads bursted out of nowhere within the cloud and trying to take us down, we were lucky to flee out of harms way. As a reward I gave him our finest drinks.
