Each division has its own fun and enjoyable recruitment process to accommodate your personal interests and preferences.
Our Divisions
Research & Development (R&D) Division // a.k.a Forumlancing Division
Our R&D division consists of the most talented and resourceful scientists. We are always on the lookout for new medical breakthroughs.
To join this division, your char must have a relevant degree and background in any of the following subjects: Medicine, (Xeno)Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacology.
R&D division involves the responsibility of actively writing Cryer RP on the forum, therefore good written English is a must and will be a criteria for judging your application. If you have an RP idea you'd like to implement on the long term, please discuss it with the executives first.
Logistics Division // a.k.a Truck Drivers / AO Miners Division
Our logistics division is always on the move, carrying medical supplies and other related commodities throughout the houses of Sirius.
Joining this division does not require you to submit an application on the forum, albeit it's still recommended. Instead, you should complete at least 3 trade convoys / mining operations as an independent char with one or more of our staff members.
After completing this requirement, you'll receive the appropriate role, and if you do desire so, you may post an application on the forum as an exposition for your char.
Security Division // a.k.a Escort Division
Our escort pilots are aces to be feared! Whenever pirates see an escorted Cryer convoy, they should know better than to engage with them.
Much like Logistics division, joining the Security division does not require a mandatory forum post. Instead, show up as an indie Cryer escort ship to at least 3 convoys / mining operations with one or more of our staff members.
Once completed, you'll receive the appropriate role. And, just like the Logistics division, you may still post an application on the forum as an exposition for your char.

Biography
I was born on Planet Houston and was raised in space as part of a small, independent shipping company run by my parents. I was shown how to fly transports and basic combat skills in order to help escort said transports. One day i was doing a trade run with my dad and a couple friends and an Outcast showed up and wanted to pirate and try to get us addicted to Cardimine. Typical Outcast stuff. We declined to get addicted to the stuff and bribed him to leave us alone. After that I looked into what cardimine addiction does to a person then the desire to help those addicted get out grew.

Biography
Born to a wealthy family, Felcher grew up with the mindset that all assets are within reach. Despite his fascination with the aliens present in Sirius, his parents always insisted that he'd study pharmacology and keep the family's local pharma business running.
Being a brilliant student, he decided to accommodate his parents by earning a pharmacology degree first, then proceeded to get a degree in biotechnology.
Rooting for an academic career, Felcher decided to abandon the family business and moved to Cambridge. Later, his family suffered an unfortunate fate when the Gallic army invaded Leeds.
Living in Cambridge, Felcher continued to chase his dreams and began studying Xeno Archeology, while also teaching Pharmacology at the local university as his inherited funds were running low.
Dedicated to his academic career, Felcher successfully pursued a PhD with a solid thesis about the usage of alien resources in pharma and health products.
One of his students told him how his father workes as an independent contractor for Cryer Pharmaceuticals, and tossed a word about carrying dangerous artifacts into Liberty space. Shortly after, Felcher put his resignation letter on the principal's desk, and applied for Cryer's R&D department.
I would first extend our condolences in regards to your late parents. Many a family was torn apart by the Invasion, irreparably damaged.

I was born to a couple of underpaid workers on a manufacturing planet. I have basic education, as all Liberty citizens do.

As such, I am a man of great life skills. I been around Sirius a couple of times, faced my share of trials and tribulations.
I may not have a medical or corporate background, but as an ex-Freelancer, I have some contacts capable of procuring almost any resource you could require.
My contacts are the ones who told me Cryer was looking at exanding operations at Atka. This sounds like an opportunity for me to get back into business as things have been quiet in the freelancing trade.

Biography
Despite his origins in Malta's lower aristocracy, Giovanni decided not to follow his family's path and become just another drug baron selling Cardamine left and right, vying for power and influence with other similar individuals - no, he decided to devote his life to solving his mutated race's age-old problem: addiction to Cardamine.
Studied at the Università ta' Cadiz-de-Malta in pharmacy, a field which was not particularly popular among Outcasts, he obtained a Master's degree in just a few years and published several papers on the effects of Cardamine on the human body as well as its possible use in the treatment of diseases linked to genome disorders.
However, his main aim was to find a way to free the Maltese from this dependency, allowing them to travel and explore other worlds freely, without relying on Cardamine supplies from far away Malta - but without finding support among his compatriots, he gathered his small belongings and a supply of Cardamine sufficient to reach neutral stations and even live there for some time without having to seek the source of the drug: he went in search of contact with Cryer, who were widely known to be engaged in Cardamine research, developing a "cure"-filler for those hooked on the "needle", or rather an inhaler with a charge of the coveted Orange Dream.
I must admit this application has turned some heads among the Human Resources Department here at Cryer. Never before in the over 500 years of our storied history have we considered for employment a direct citizen of Malta. Not that it is impossible, but alas, nothing we've prepared ourselves for.

Been well domesticated in Bretonia space during the war I helped move pharmaceutical goods towards the front line to help our Bretonia and Liberty friends. After finally completing University with a BSc in Pharmaceutical Science. I was sure there I needed to go.
