Gaia is in turmoil. The scattered survivors of the Leeds genocide and sundering of the Enclave huddle upon a world blessed with a garden so bountiful it may rival Eden herself. But all is not well, for the people cannot see eye to eye and believe the only course to stability is the eviction of the other. The Mollys, sensing an opportunity to cultivate grass roots support after the loss of Leeds, devise the cunning plan of backing the refugees upon the planet to see the stranded Gallic subjects ostracized or worse. The inverse applies for those that were either unable to join the Enclave in its retreat, or were simply left behind for their lack of utility. The most notable of which is Count Moreau, styling his holdings upon the pristine emerald surface into a self proclaimed County of Gaia.
But there is a third arm to this tug of war, one that is not fighting for a people but for principle. The idea of a world unmolested by man and his machines or any other machination of the mind. The Gaians have grown embittered watching the world they acted as stewards over be cut in two, as if the victim of a biblical tale. Their resolve has hardened into spite, and they have determined that the only option is to force the foreign bodies out of a precious and fragile ecosystem before conflict sees a green jewel turned to ash.
The stage is set, the Count will use his money and influence to call upon the Corse to deliver his people mercenaries and essentials alike to strengthen their presence. The Mollys will send experienced members of the movement to directly assist the refugees that escaped Leeds, as well as fan the flames of hatred. While the Gaians go for the throat of both parties, having developed their own brand of extreme measures - a potent bacterium that will wipe the intruders from the face of the planet, but leave all that is natural alone.

Is there any Royalist participation here? Considering their home system is only one system away from Edinburgh, I feel they would play some role here as unlawfuls.

You don't want to be on the plugin, believe me - last event Mollys had the wrong end of the stick as them having only a kill bonus on transports meant everyone avoided them and Royalists got way more interactions.
Just pirate the convoys and resistance will come if the event is popular
