Delta 4 sends it's formal greetings to the Phoenix team.
Some time ago we had our main vessel, the Stormhawk set down at Livadia Shipyard for maintenance. The results of this were of great benefit for Delta 4, as improving the exotic sensor system aboard the Stormhawk has had a great deal of positive effects for us. Our detection rates of Nomad technology and the ability to inspect their structures were somewhat increased. Since Phoenix shares similar goals to Delta 4, we have decided to request another inspection of the Stormhawk, including a second opinion and potential diagnostic on a new hybrid system we are developing to further enhance the Stormhawk's systems.
During the last several months, the Delta 4 Science team aboard the Stormhawk and in conjunction with some crew we have on Corinth, have explored the scientific properties and potential applications for a gaseous element known as Azurite. Until more recently, it's existence was unknown to us, but at the same time we were not the first to uncover it's existence. We would like to know if Phoenix has conducted any research of their own in relation to it? Our tests and research data has shown us that it does have applications with direct regards to adapting Nomad or otherwise Alien technology with better efficiency into our own systems.
This has caused us to experiment with it further with our active Nomad Fuelcell currently on board. Our hopes is to tie it in with our Cloaking Device by using the Azurite as a catalyst to greatly improve it's power-flow. Our initial simulations have had much promise, but despite this, we may need a second opinion on the matter.
Since Phoenix has had some experience in regards to using Nomad tech in their fleet, we request that your people examine our new Azurite system aboard the Stormhawk and evaluate if any further improvements can be made. Your previous enhancements to our power relays and conduits were quite helpful and any further help you can render would be greatly appreciated. We will submit all of our pertinent data on this matter as part of this communication. We are confident that a collaborative effort between our organizations can provide results.

Whilst it is truly questionable how you have acquired information about Phoenix fleet and technologies its utilising. Probably someone has big mouth within our ranks though. I suggest you to not spread the following information to third parties for the security concerns. As it may have grave consequences, some people are truly xenophobic even in regard of the alien technologies.
Nevertheless, my team and I are stationed on Kadesh Orbital Colony, so we can take a look at the apparatus of the Stormhawk. Though if any major repair works would be scheduled we will have to move to the Livadia Shipyard.

Ms Young, to your first point of us having knowledge of Phoenix operating with Nomad technology, you do not have anything to worry about. The command staff of Delta 4 were made aware of such things by your operators at Livadia Shipyard. Such data was divested to us during our last stay there where we required some additional maintenance on our exotic sensor system that your team supplied to us. You may be assured that Delta 4 takes it's privacy and the privacy of it's allies very seriously. We have never up to this point nor have any plans in the future to reveal such classified technology usage to 3rd parties. We are quite well aware of other groups nearby not approving of such things. The only reason it was mentioned here was to draw your attention to our similarly-used technology.
Now to the business end. We would very much appreciate your team's examination of our systems as stated before. Anything we can do to better facilitate this we are happy to comply with. The command staff of Delta 4 will be made aware of our progress here and the Stormhawk can be directed to Kadesh Orbital Colony as soon as possible. The Stormhawk is not in need of any repairs at the moment, so that should not be a issue. Please inform us as to when a appropriate time the Stormhawk can arrive at Kadesh and we will pass that on.
