the Registrierungsbüro has reviewed your application for your Modular base, Handelsdepot, and we have decided the change of location has been denied for the moment.
You lack the requirement to show us your hostility to the enemies of Rheinland. Additionally there already is a ALG base in the vicinity. You may re-apply during the next month after delivering the necessary additional information and a new location for your base.

My own actions have shown I am a friend to the Rheinland people and value our continuing relationship.

Subject: Base registration in Rheinland territory
Good day Dieter Schneider of the Rheinländisches Registrierungsbüro,
The Freelancer corporation of All Worlds Enterprises has struck a deal with the previous ownership of Bochum Depot, agreeing to take over operations of the station and have secured computer and physical access to the facility as a result. The base was in a complete state of disrepair prior to our involvement, with no crew or supplies of any type. We have brought the facility back to operational status.
I would please seek your blessing on our arrangement, as I now seek to continue approval for registration, that was previously sought for a brand new installation, but instead will just be utilizing a portion of this existing station for our purposes in New Berlin,
We will adhere to base standards and protocols. ALG staff will continue their work from our facility as their base of operations for the clean up of the nearby Dortmund wreck site.
We ask that our registration fees go to cover the quarterly fee for this installation instead.
At your earliest convenience, please advise as to any further actions required to make our arrangement suitable to the Rheinland government laws.
Sincerely,
Jeff Simpson
President, All Worlds Enterprises
the Registrierungsbüro has reviewed your application for your Modular base. We find it lacking. The location proposed does not disclose the system where the base is intended.
We also find a lack of reasoning to build a second installation in the same system as your previous installation, if that was the intended plan.
The Registrierungsbüro also think that there has become a lot of modular installation in Frankfurt, so any further installation in that system will require some a reason.
