"It's a rare to see physician not making a large pile bucks for their personal yachts filled with horny chicks, especially around Liberty.", Virginia smirked a little and looked around to make a way for passing personnel around her, "But don't worry, Doc, I've managed to squeeze out some money out of my budget plus with savings from these people, so MFE won't be running itself completely dry in here.".
She slided hands into her coats pockets as they have been getting too cold for her taste, "Will you need anything else from me?", she asked and then began thinking out loudly, "You know your destination, the safest route out from here, what needs to be done... and oh yes, and I've given out MFE clearance to start the evacuation just before we met.".
Virginia really stressed and made her best to conceal such fact, but all of these preparations and waitings in middle of war were taking a toll on her. She just wished that all of this gets into motion at last.

He just gave her a kind smile, "Captain, we have this. You do what you have to do. For us, there is little else you can do now save yourself."
With that, he continued his work. Refugees were boarding his ship. It was luck that no one required any major surgery and what little needed to be done didn't keep them from boarding. A medical team kept watch over all on board.
"Doc," asked one of his people, "are you going on this flight?" He only shook his head and replied, "when everyone else leaves, I will."
"Don't be stupid. The authorities may kill you if they see you here," replied the man.
"I said go!" ordered Doc. "I have work to finish. The man could only nod and walk away. Nothing more was said as Doc kept working and his ship began departure procedures.

Virginia nodded with her head at him and smiled a little, "Very well, Doc. Good luck - you'll need it - and I'll be in touch, if anything.", she turned around and left Doc Holiday and his men to deal with the situation.
After all, her presence was making those refugees uneasy at best which could in turn complicate matters further.
Virginia lit one her cigarettes and made her way back to her shuttle. There were arrangements to be done aboard Roanoke.

In the middle of his work, he just looked up to her from his now kneeling position and nodded only saying "thank you." He started to turn his head back only to turn back again as she walked away. He sighed to himself, "Something tells me I will be seeing her again." It wasn't meant in a good way considering her stress and habits. He then turned back to his work.
