I will be to the point so I will forego formalities, are you aware of the on-going Insurgency evacuation? And are you aware of their intention to evacuate individuals to Crayter?
For whatever reason, they appear to have arranged some form of agreement with Crayter to accept refugees. Corruption, desperation or otherwise, does not matter. What does matter, at least to us, is that these people do not go to Yuma. Undoubtedly, you are aware of their mandatory military services doctrine, and how Crayter is serving within Liberty's interests in the Independent Worlds to expand their influence.
What we are looking for is alternatives within Liberty for these people to go to, or the bordering neutral zones - away from Liberty's subjuguation. We need to find a place to put these displaced people, as we predict we will inevitably be forcefully re-routing these ferries away from Crayter's destination.
You will remember that part of the agreement forbids us from fully operating within Liberty, that is why we have contacted you, we cannot mobilise ferries nor fully investigate for valid refugee havens. You stand for freedom of the individual man, from what I understand. If I am right, then we believe you know best where these refugees may go without fearing prosecution from Liberty. And we will need to know where to direct these transports, should we need to capture or escort them away.
I believe it serves neither of our interests to allow these people to be subsumed into the Liberty's expanionist machine, who'm of which appears to be ever more interested in cleansing the Independent Worlds of those who are ... independent. Independent from Liberty's shackles.

Yes, I'm aware of the fact that the Insurgency wants to evacuate people. And for future reference, if you want to keep these messages short then you could afford to leave out all the politics, I'm acutely aware of things on that front. I highly doubt Liberty will allow anyone that helped prop up the Insurgency to get away, they'd naturally want to have them "punished to the fullest extent of the law" and that just leads to Huntsville. We have briefly investigated the status of the Independent Miners Guild due to their silent stance as of the late. We do not know your reputation for certain with them, but they have remained unharrassed from the Liberty and Crayter forces. They may be able to provide some insight regarding the movement of the Liberty forces, whether it be prison ships or troop movement, from the borders. If you are interested in them, that is.
Pennsylvania is clearer now than it was before. The Navy is committed to this invasion, so for the time being they've left the system without any significant deployments.
Beyond the LPI, whose response times can be measured in solar cycles rather than minutes, there's not much else for you to deal with.

It seems an opportunity has arisen within the Pennsylvania community. Dissidence is strife, and people are hungry for a taste of freedom, while Liberty is occupied with their genocidal crusade in the Independent Worlds.
Allow me to get to the point: some of our specialist are interested in backing this movement to guarantee independence, particularly in support of the medical & research communities present there, that is our stake there.
They will be vested in harassing local Libertarian forces, and escorting convoys throughout Liberty. Meaning, they may need to fly ships down from the Kepler-Galileo corridor to Pennsylvania. The specialists will primarily be running anti-cloak operations. Large vessels aren't desired for use, beyond ferrying supporters to drop off points within docking bays and returning home. We may be interested in gathering hyperspatial coordinates for the militias to utilize. Unless more serious cloak-breaking equipment is needed in Pennsylvania.
Do you take problem to these intentions? Or do you wish us to keep the stance of no activity in Liberty? And if desired - although we do not know if the Free Republic utilizes hyperspatial rifting-capable craft - we can share these coordinates.

There is no strings attached to so, and we would rather not have the corrupting influence of Liberty's Government "freedom" spread into the Independent Worlds. You are right on the regard that we do not need to fight for them, it is their home, but we do not wish for them to be subjuguated and to starve out. They must be free.
And do not forget that Liberty is expanding your colonies borders to our own. We have every right to resist their inevitable attempt to subjugate us, but we do not seek to claim conquest - it bares no purpose either. Make no mistake, our home, will always remain here in Inverness, and within our site of heritage - far from here.

Fine. I'm not a creature of pride and I'm capable of conceding when principles align. Supply them and make sure they can pull through this and resist any kind of suppression from Liberty. The only condition I have is that you allow them to self determine what they are when this is all over, you follow through with that and I have no reason to bar you from trying to help them.
