Hail elders of the Brotherhood,
I hope this messages finds you all in good health.
Please allow me to reintroduce myself to those who are unfamiliar; my name is Xander Parothia, an Admiral of the Order more commonly known as Solandros.
I reach out to you on behalf of the Order in the hopes of further improving the relations between our people.
Much has changed since the last time we spoke of this, as you are no doubt aware;
The Core and Outcasts have formed an alliance.
Something has riled up the Nomads once more, making them more active than we've seen in years.
House operatives have started venturing into the Omicrons more and more.
The results of our previous talks came down to agreeing that the Corsairs and the Order stay out of eachothers way while we dealt with our own conflicts.
That said, with these new circumstances it is our hope that we can renew old ties and confront these new threats together.
I indeed know who ye are and i'm pretty sure ye also know who i am so i won't need further introduction. Unlike my predecessor, Senor Ladron, i am a straightforward hombre. I don't play politic the same way he was nor my mentor senor Buonocore was. I know we currently have some common issues within our shared sectors and recently a new player joined the omicron's game: The auxesians.
While those aren't much of a threat right now, their arrival within kappa sector coincides with the resurgence of the nomads activity. Maybe it's only chance of life or maybe Santa Muerte playing a trick on us but they still have a carrier in the vicinity. As for the pesky cores and outcasts, they always been a threat to the safety in the omicrons. We both know that sooner or later, we will have to deal with them. I prefer, personally sooner. And for the houses, we only had Rheinlanders on our side of the fence so far but we know that houses, especially liberty, are known to send their operatives in the Omicrons to gather intel on nomads.... or maybe on you... who know?
Now which bring us to the matter at hand, why now? What have you to offers to us or require from us which would benefit both side? You came to us so the ball is in your court senor Solandros. Impress me! *grin*

I appreciate your candor, as a sign of respect I shall get straight to the point.
We would like to propose a military treaty between the Corsair Empire and the Order;
The Core, Outcasts and Auxesia are a menace in the Omicrons, one that only seems dedicated to having the Nomads overthrow humanity.
If we stand together against our common enemies we would be able to curb what little momentum they have made.
The Order has been open about improving our standing with eachother for some time now, it is our hope these new developments in the Omicrons have made the military benefits to such an arrangement clear.
What we propose is the following:
Both the Corsair Empire and the Order open their borders to eachother.
Both the Corsair Empire and the Order allow basic docking rights for the vessels beloning to the other.
Both the Corsair Empire and the Order assist eachother in combat against mutual enemies in the Omicrons. These include but are not limited to: the Core, the Outcasts, Auxesia, potential rogue AI and, of course, the Nomad threat.
Now, in the spirit of full transparency there have been two matters that have soured previous attempts to improve our standing with eachother:
One such point being the Orders relation with the Coalition.
To say the Corsairs and the Coalition have bad blood between them would be an understatement, that said, the Order wants to make clear that it has no intentions of siding with either the Coalition or the Corsairs in a skirmish between your two people. I say this to assure you there are no under the table dealings or intent, this treaty would be for the betterment of the Omicrons as a whole. What the Corsairs do in the Omega's, or the Coalition for that matter, is entirely up to yourselves.
The other point would be, as you probably have guessed, the artifacts and relics the Corsairs sell throughout Sirius though varius middlemen.
Needless to say the latter one has been a contentious matter even since the original Corsair-Order alliance, but I believe we may have a compromise that would be acceptable to both parties.
Should you agree the above treaty would be ammended with the following articles:
Order protectorate law 2.1 will be altered to reflect that the Corsairs (and only the Corsairs) are allowed to carry inactive artifacts and inactive relics through Order space.
The Corsair Empire commits to providing any active artifacts or relics they obtain to the Order in return for a finders fee, the amount to mirror typical artifact selling profits.
As an addition to Order protectorate law 2.1: The Order reserves the rights to inspect incoming corsair ships for potential active artifacts or relics, any that are found on ships that are not specifically heading to an Order facility to deliver them are freely confiscated without a finders fee under the assumption that ill intent was in play.
Seem like it's ye lucky day *Grin*. Earlier today, we been called into Xi as a situation there was developping. We had an outcastss infestation supported by a lone Core War Vessel. One of ye pilot, Colonel Lundgren showed up and supported me attack on the core ship and we did get rid of that one. Unfortunatly, we lost many ships during the operation and had to regroup in Gamma to limt the lost. However, i see this action as refreshing and a solid proof the Order will to help us, once again, secure the Omicrons.
I just got out of a war meeting with other brotherhood elders and your proposition was put up to vote since your terms we're deemed reasonnable and will profit to both side. . The only issue raised was indeed the stance between the coalition and you but we do understand that what happens in the omega, stay in the omegas BUT we hope, in case they start to make trouble in the Omicrons, the Order will review their current neutrality stance in our favor.
Be aware, some non affiliated corsairs might at first, disagree with this agreement but i'm sure most will understand the reasons behind our renewed cooperation. In the name of the Empire i , Elder Rodriguez of the Brotherhood, accept your terms and welcome you back, once again within those we call amigo. Hope this alliance will last for many decades.
The council of Elders will officially make an announcement to all the corsairs regarding our new stance toward the Order soon.
