Good Day CEO - Don "The Closer" Vega,
▰Allow me to introduce myself:
My name is Helmut Schmid and I manage the Neuss mining factory in the Frankfurt system.
My business has been running for a little longer, but as we unfortunately had to find out, the supplies that are essential for the survival of the company have become fewer.
I sat down with my manager of the logistics department and together we came to the conclusion to contact your company.
▰An employee of our company noticed that their ships fly through our system.
Since your company also takes care of logistical things, your company would be perfect for our requirements.
Furthermore, there are large construction projects on the table for the company, for which we could also use support.
▰I summarize again what our company needs and if the offer also appeals to your company, nothing stands in the way of a future together.
1. Miningfactory Neuss needs FOW and repair materials to maintain the company.
2. Supplying the company with materials needed for the expansion.
3. A miner to help us mine the ore.
▰On the one hand it will be about warehouse expansions and if everything works out as we can imagine our company will also produce ship components in the future, but this depends on the aluminum ore business.
Of course, if it came to that, your company would get a discount because of the previous collaboration.
▰The prices for the respective goods can be found on our information page. You can call up the information page by clicking on the Neuss button at the end of the transmission.
Our docking ports are currently online for everyone, but unfortunately we cannot offer you ore as we are currently understaffed. We'll be getting a new miner soon, but unfortunately we can't predict when the colleague will be able to start.
On behalf of all employees of Miningfactory Neuss, I wish you, your employees and your goldfish the best of health and I look forward to your reply.
Best regards: Helmut Schmid Director Miningfactory Neuss

Good day Herr Schmid!
It is a pleasure to finally speak with you after observing your base in Frankfurt for so long whenever I'd tour our operations and routes!
You are correct that we do assist other bases with logistical needs on a contract basis from time to time, and would be happy to help out on any projects or operations you see fit to assist your base in running at its peak efficiency.
We already have experience in Frankfurt doing repeated mining operations with one of our trade partners, another Daumann base called Swift's Mining Co.1 in Frankfurt, and would be happy to do the same for your base - provide coordination between mining contacts and haulers to ensure we get a good mining run so you have plenty of supply for your customers.
I can see also incorporating supplying the general base needs of the crew and maintenance materials into our existing routes without much hassle.
For this to work out fairly easily on our end, we'd need a few things to get started. Usually this part would come from our Logistics Officer, Alexei. but in the interest of saving a communication I've had him compile a short list for me to provide you.
-Access for AWES- tagged Interspace Commerce vessels to Neuss facility
-Access to the shop view for the base inventory, to ensure we don't oversupply or mine the capacity of your base
-A small reserve fund contribution to cover security of any mining operations on your behalf - to be used in the event of piracy or to repair ships damaged during any attacks upon the operation. This fund would only be used when necessary (evidence would be provided of incidents), but would need to be refilled if used by your base with another contribution. Amount: 30M to AWES-Bank1
-An exception to the cargo scan requirement for FOW, Base repair materials and Aluminum brought in from AWES- to your base. Our Logistics will report on quantities delivered regularly, but the overhead of the cargo scan requirement is too much of a burden of time and reporting, and given the many bases we already supply, it takes away from those operations' availability.
If you find this all satisfactory, I see no problems getting this relationship established and adding our capabilities to ensure continued success in Frankfurt!

Good Day CEO - Don "The Closer" Vega,
I am very pleased that you have responded to my query.
I'm glad to read that you already have experience with mining operations, that makes things a lot easier. As my Director of Logistics suggested, we would first focus on expanding Storage Room 1 so that we have enough storage space for the ore.
I actually planned it like this:
First I would order the storage room extension.
Next, I would like to tackle the supply of basic needs and maintenance materials, which means: filling up all available storage spaces that are intended for this.
And then the storage rooms for the ore would have to be filled, for that I would need a miner to fill my train with ore to make it easier for the company to unload the ore.
▰The other Materials for the expansion are supplied by us. MFN|Michael will take care of it and present the evidence in a separate channel for confirmation. We hope the prices for the goods are reasonable, if necessary you can call up prices at the bottom of the Neuss banner or on site at the dealer.
▰This brings us to the second point: Your Company does not have to provide proof for every delivery. It is sufficient if you send us a summary of all deliveries. How you handle this is up to you.
▰We would be happy if they would take care of the basic needs of the crew and the repair materials if their planning allows, but since we have Planet Holstein in the Frankfurt system we really only need repair materials and food for the crew. Our Crew misses the Rice from Kyushu, they would like some variety instead of just eating Synth paste.
▰Now we come to their List:
Markus Meier sent me the Documents confirming their access to our Company. Furthermore, Mr. Meier set up a Shop view for her Company, the Password is AWES-.
The reserve fund contribution has already been transferred to your bank.
I accept all terms and conditions of the post.

Good day CEO Don Vega,
My name is Markus Meier and I am in charge of the Commercial Department in our Company.
I will provide you with Information here on the Channel as well and as quickly as possible which Materials are required.
This includes Food supplies and Repair Materials.
Materials for Construction projects included according to the contract as Mr. Schmid informed me, if this is not correct, please contact me.
Currently the company requires the following Materials which I will now list:
The Materials are not urgently needed, the workers still have enough supplies for a week, they should be able to plan their routes in peace for the time being.
By the way, the rice from Kyushu was very popular with the Employees, but unfortunately the supplier didn't contact us anymore, I hope he's doing well, maybe YOU can make our Employees happy by supplying us with delicious Rice.
If there is any ambiguity or discrepancy, please contact me immediately at this channel.
On behalf of all of the staff at Miningfactory Neuss, I wish you, your staff, and your goldfish the best of health.

Good Day CEO - Don "The Closer" Vega,
▰First of all, I would like to apologize to you because I can only get in touch now because I also have a lot to do privately.
As I can see, the work on the extensions has been completed, which makes me very happy.
Now we can concentrate on replenishing the storage (ore and maintenance Materials).
Since the supply of Oxygen and Water is internal to the company, I do not list the two things.
The staff are more than satisfied with the quality of Kyushu's rice and have asked if it would be possible to supply a larger quantity.
All we really need from them is more shipments of food and upkeep Materials. We need both 20000 times.
But as you may have noticed, that's actually what I said.
I still need something from them.
In fact:
I need 1-2 miners from you during the week (2 might be faster, but you are free to decide) to help me adjust our inventory of Aluminum Ore. ▰I had the following compensation in mind:
Our Storage now has room for 100,000 units of Ore.
According to calculations, that would be 20 trips to the company, fortunately the distance is very small.
If you provide a miner he would get 30,000,000 SC.
However, if they provide two workers, I would increase the total to 50,000,000 SC.
Of course, you can also provide two miners and an additional Transporter.
But since this also represents a high risk for everyone involved, I leave the decision to them.
The ulterior motive was: the faster we are, the better.
▰Oh yes: I would be willing to pay another 20,000,000 SC for the additional Transporter.
Please let me know if you agree to this and if so, when and how many staff you will make available so that I can contact the bank and prepare my ship for Ore transport.
On behalf of all employees of Miningfactory Neuss, I wish you, your employees and your goldfish the best of health and I look forward to your reply.

Esteemed client,
All Worlds Enterprises & Securities is happy to provide your necessary base supply shipments and ore recovery logistics, but some pricing discrepancies seem to need discussion:
Here's a breakdown of the food sources and their nearest purchase locations:
Synth Paste = Mecklenburg Station, Sigma-15
Kyushu Rice = Planet Honshu, Honshu
Food Rations = Wichter Station, Sigma-15
All Worlds Enterprises & Securities has no problems delivering the supplies requested so you can suit your crew's desires, but only at a base purchase price that takes into consideration the delivery time and supply costs.
You can see the issue - Rice is 3.5x as far for delivery as the alternatives therefore cannot be expected to be priced the same as the locally available product.
Coordinating the supply of local ores to mining bases is a task we have been required to take up as part of our base operations package of offerings, and we've managed to handle it fairly well for all involved when manpower and ship assets suitably available.
We have developed a simple formula for compensation that ensures there are no disparities between the pay of the mining operations detail and the base that is being supplied.
Formula
(Local Market Sale price - 1000) / (Number of Mining Ops ships) = payment per participant
The base being supplied is included and ensured 1000 credits minimum so they always profit and have pay for base needs. Base owners can ensure more profit through active participation in base fill operations.
To accommodate this structure the base purchase cost can be setup in a few ways:
1) Full price buy and sell - Base ore price remains at market price and the base's share of the mining operation is either transferred to the base owner at end of operations or deposited back onto the base if owner not present. Benefit to this availability of ore to traders even during mining operations.
2) Buy only price - Base ore price set to 'buy only' but at 1000 credit per unit less than the local market rate. All credits made by mining team during operations are evenly split at end of operation. Base sets ore price to sell at market rates afterwards.
Which brings us to the proposed pricing structure vs our existing policy:
AWES structure
2 ship operation - Neuss ship(1) plus a miner
4000 -1000 = 3000 / 2 = 1500/unit * 100,000 = Miner paid 150M
3 ship operation - Neuss ship(1) plus 2 ships, balanced miner/hauler ratio so little downtime on hauler end
4000 -1000 = 3000 / 3 = 1000/unit * 100,000 = External Ships get 100M each
4 ship operation - Neuss ship(1) plus 3 ships, balanced miner/hauler ratio so little downtime on hauler end
4000 -1000 = 3000 / 4 = 750/unit * 100,000 = External Ships get 75M each
Frankfurt is sort of a special case given the inflation of prices not experienced in most other areas of Sirius - typical market rates hover around 2500-3000 credits / unit.
Yes, the pay per ship is less as the mining operation grows in size, but also the total time of the operation goes down, thus so does the risk and the time per ship needed involved. You can also see how easy it would be to get crews involved in operations when pays are such that it makes their time worth as much as trading the same ores that they are providing the base.
We realize that base costs might be different for different areas and circumstances. This is a guideline rather than a strict policy rule and adjusts to the formula used in the expenses ('1000') would likely be the easiest way to ensure accurate payment per unit delivered to the base during a supply operation.
We appreciate your time for reviewing the above and hope we can find a reasonable middle ground for compensation. We strive to achieve base operations and supply so that the hauler, miners, and the base supplied benefit equally by the efforts.

Good day Chief Logistics Officer - Alexei "The Gypsy" Tarasovich,
Thank you for reporting the discrepancies immediately.
Furthermore, I am very sorry that there are inconsistencies, but we will now clear them up in the area of basic supply deliveries.
I have looked at your estimate for the supplies and have decided to approve it.
But since the Price of the Rice is so high, we reduced the Storage to 12000 units, in exchange for that we now have room for 18000 units of Food Rations.
I will list price changes below and have them changed on our Homepage.

Good Day Chief Logistics Officer - Alexei "The Gypsy" Tarasovich,
▰First of all I have to apologize for the delay in replying to your message.
At the moment I am unfortunately very busy in my private life, which I think is a shame for everyone involved, as the company's operations are suffering as a result.
I'll be brief on ore delivery: ▰I would be willing to pay you 180million SC for the 100000 units of aluminum ore.
I had the company set the purchase price at 1800 SC per unit so that if we were not present, the filling can still take place. ▰I hope to be able to convince you with the offer and am waiting for a message from you.
Everything would be set up by the company to start, you will receive payment from our company when you deliver the ore.
On behalf of all employees of Miningfactory Neuss, I wish you, your employees and your goldfish the best of health and I look forward to your reply.
