On a separate note, we are adding a rule concerning battles our vessels participate in.

Code:

In engagements where Deterrence fleet is present, a written permission by the fleet's commander must be given to be eligible for bounties.
Deterrence will decline to provide such permission if enemy forces are not strong/numerous enough to be considered a threat.
Intention of the rule change is to avoid hunters claiming bounties in fights where their involvement would not have affected the battle's outcome.

This change does not apply to kills made before this change was announced, kill timestamp will be the deciding factor.
