From: Inoue Makoto, Keishi-chō To: All units Date: 23.06.829 Subject: Appointment of Keishi
I am pleased to announce that upon my sincere recommendation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs & Justice has appointed Matsushima Shigeru to the position of Keishi (superintendent) of the Kusari State Police, effective immediately and to serve at the pleasure of the Minister. Matsushima-san will be involved in officer management, including training and discipline, and will participate in the overall management of operations of the force. Please join me in congratulating Matsushima-san.
From: Inoue Makoto, Keishi-chō To: All units Date: 13.07.829 Subject: Dismissal of Keishi
It is with great disappointment that I announce the dismissal of Matsushima Shigeru from the position of Keishi (superintendent) of the Kusari State Police, effective immediately, due to dishonourable off-duty conduct. It is the expectation of the Kusari State Police that all officers uphold the highest standards of conduct, both on-duty and off-duty. Any misconduct, even committed while off-duty, reflects poorly on the entire police force. We appreciate everything Matsushima-san has done for Kusari State Police, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours. The position of Keishi will remain vacant for the time being. That is all.
From: Fukushima Ayado, Inspector To: High Command Date: 22.07.829 Subject: Newly Commissioned Prison Liner
Konnichiwa to High Command.
As of this evening we have just received delivery of our newly commissioned prison liner |KSP|Keimusho-Raina.
This vessel will be used to its full effect, in securing prisoners to various houses in Sirius if it is needed to exchange prisoners, and will also be a permanent asset at Fuchu prison.
Signed, Fukushima Ayado
Inspector, Kusari State Police
From: Fukushima Ayado - Inspector To: High command Date: 23.07.829 Subject: Prisoner Transfers
Good day High Command members,
|KSP|Keimusho-Raina, which is our newly commissioned Prison Liner is now operational and will be transferring prisoners from Kyushu to a more secure location aboard Fuchu Prison in Shikoku. These prisoners will be moved in stages and will mostly be prisoners of Libertonian origin, who need to be eventually transferred to Liberty. So hopefully we can arrange for these prisoners to be eventually handed over and put where they belong.
Until this can be arranged the |KSP|Keimusho-Raina will be doing regular journeys mostly under heavy escort in case of any attacks that may occur, specially with the amount of hostiles we have to deal with on a daily basis.
When the time arises we will make sure that our allied forces will be present during prisoner transfer and also we will have scout ships making sure the route is clear.
From: Fukushima Ayado - Inspector To: High Command Date: 24.07.829 Subject: First Prison Transfers
This report is being filed after a successful Prisoner Transfer using |KSP|Keimusho-Raina, our new Prison Liner and will now be undergoing some slight adjustments within Renzu Shipyard in Shikoku.
831 Highly classified Prisoners were transferred to Fuchu Prison today, and will await a possible transfer to Libertonian Authorities once we can establish contact with them through Government channels. This transfer of classified prisoners will continue until we can establish a good influx within the walls of Fuchu, and hopefully establish more within the next few weeks.
The |KSP|Keimusho-Raina was accompanied by |KSP|Watanabe.Aika and also |KSP|Kitagawa.Ike and we encountered some low threat hostiles which they despatched with relevant ease on the way. Considering it was a short journey we arrived successfully and with no casualties.

From: Fukushima, Ayado, Inspector To: All Operatives Date: 06.08.829 Subject: Outcast Incursions
It appears there are more Outcast incursions going on , and we need to step up patrols within our region so we can get quick response from both our Officers and the Imperial Navy.
Also we appear to be getting the Prisoners safely to Fuchu prison ready for the transfer to Liberty, once we can get both Governments to approve this.
