Today I had the pleasure of running into your associate, Marc, who demonstrated that, even in just finding work, your group seems willing to do what some others might not. So I presented an assignment we could use someone's extra attention, and he suggested the best avenue for expressing it was through this communication.

Our corporation is looking to determine the cause and effect of the trade lane destruction and subsequent gate closures surrounding the Tau-53 / Rishiri system. Kusari sudden withdraw been the explanation, but we are curious what's been going on in system since this News Article was first posted.

Here's what we are looking for:

• First and foremost, we need firsthand information on how ships are still moving in and out of the system without use of the gates. To our knowledge, the Raw Hydrocarbon industry hasn't slowed to a halt, so product is still moving by other routes.
  
• We would like to know the status of bases around the Raw Hydrocarbon field near grid coordinates F4 in system. Any degradation will point to complete abandonment, but if repairs are minimal, then obviously they have support from outside sources, given all Kusari bases were moved out.
  
• Finally, we are looking for more concrete evidence of what is happening in system, for our own planning and trade analysis for the long term. Is the Outcast presence in system such that Kusari forces were overwhelmed? Is Gallia involved in some covert operation for control? Perhaps through criminal or semi-legal methods without becoming directly involved?

Depending on the thoroughness of your report, this could become the first assignment of potential many I'm working on completing.

We have started the survey and have moved a recon craft in the Taus, ready to confirm the readings of one of our partner located in the Taus that has the informations you demanded from us.

Agent Marc is currently handling this recon craft, and the survey. His first draft of his report being too long (we will hand it over when complete), I will give you what we have as of now, our roadblock to finish this being our partner, and our many other contracts. The benefits, and the disadvantage of having a wide network. I suppose you are familiar.

We are almost certain that the Maquis have a base located within Tau-53, and is actively use by them, which means there are at least one way into Tau-53 regularly used. It can also be used by the same miners you have mentioned. This also means that other Gallic unlawfuls are operating within this system, alongside the miners.

We can also confirm that the flow of Raw Hydrocarbons has not suffered from a halt, which means the companies, or the unaffiliated miners have the knowledge necessary to travel to the spot(s) within that system rich in this aforementioned resource.

Once we will have confirmation of all possible entryways, we will start scouting this region as you demanded.

It will be processed via text, and we will give you the visual data our Gallic contact gave us. What we know is that there is some lawful activity in the system. But it may be considered as abandoned at this point. The only faction fighting for control here are the Outcasts, and the Gallic Brigands, and the Maquis, and probably other irrelevant Kusarian terrorist group(s) that we have not encountered.

The ways to access Tau-53 are indeed solely by jump holes. They are stable enough for large influx of ships of varying sizes, and of different warring factions, therefore showing a good level of stability to them.
