Esteemed Admirals,

The United Kingdom of Bretonia, the Republic of Liberty and the Crayter Republic -- long-standing members and the founders of the NATO Alliance -- have been partners for decades. In spite of setbacks, be they caused by a foreign, invading, force, or by disagreements between the respective ruling governments, cooperation has continued and NATO has remained a stalwart opponent to those who wish to cause harm to our peoples and put at danger the democracy we so rightfully defend. As turbulent times lay ahead, and due to a constant increase in presence and combat capability of outlawed forces, it is the shared desire of His Excellency, Admiral Harold Sommerville, and the Admiralty Board members, to organize training exercises within the Coronado system, under the guidance of our respected partners, the Crayter Republic, so that pilots of all three militaries may cooperate better and with higher efficiency to safeguard the Independent Worlds and beyond.

Such a grandiose cause would also therefore reaffirm our support and commitment to maintaining the NATO Alliance as a protector of freedom in the Sirius Sector and as a reminder to both the nations of Gallia and Kusari that military action against any member will be treated with highest degree of seriosity and responsibility.

We will continue to strengthen our cooperation in the field, and ensure that the capabilities of all three participant navies remain an equal and able component of NATO. It is also our desire that the Alliance be expanded upon, so that it may better fit the need for inter-faction operations and allow for larger deployments around the sector, should such a need arise. No one single nation that respects democracy, freedom and justice should be allowed to bare the burden of facing invasions by other states, as has occurred in the past many times. The Royal Navy condemns moves to annex parts of the Independent Worlds by any single state, done in the past by the House of Rheinland and Kusari. Such attempts to violate sector-wide agreements should be met with force, so that the Independent Worlds remain a bastion free of foreign oppression.

We eagerly await a response onto our proposal to hold training operations within the Coronado system to reaffirm NATO commitment in the Independent Worlds.

Good day!

The Office of Naval Intelligence deems the most significant immediate threats to the Coronado area to be the Outcasts, Technocracy of Auxesia, and the remnants of The Insurgency, namely The Enterprise that has been last spotted in Inverness. A joint exercise would be a great show of force to these parties, potentially preventing them from attempts to disrupt trade in the area.

The First Armada has been at the vanguard of cooperation with forces in the area already and we have a presence in Coronado. We have worked with the BAF task force in pursuit of the Enterprise, and I am happy to report that one of your vessels, the HMS-Ravenstone has assisted the First Armada in Vespucci in our final push against the Insurgents.

Exercises
We must inform you that the job is not yet done - the First Armada has most capital assets tied in Vespucci. Our limited Yellowstone garrison however will be ready to join the exercises. We propose the Crayter Republic take command during the exercises, our pilots will be ready to join the temporary command structures during the exercises and follow Crayter orders.

I applaud the initiative of the Office of the Admiralty, and we shall be awaiting communications from the Crayter Republic that will tell us if these exercises will take place and in what form.

Esteemed colleagues and Admirals,

I would like to begin by sharing in the remarks passed by my colleague, Admiral Van Leer. I, like him, share in the prospect of such an initiative.

The Navy of the Republic of Liberty has long welcomed and cooperated with such partnerships with our allies. With that said, I see no reason at all why we would let down the strength and unity that becomes of the NATO group. We will continue to play our part such that Sirius and our respected Houses may persevere and share in the combined efforts of striving for peace.

With the on-going Campaign against the Insurgent Forces within Vespucci, this leaves the Forty-Sixth with few ships in reserve - but what can be spared alone with personnel, will gladly be assigned to participate in combined arms training. I can say proudly that my Junior and even Senior Officers revel in such trainings and I look forward to working alongside you all in a closer, more tight-knit capacity.

I look forward to hearing from the Crayter Admiralty with regards to planning and coordination.

Esteemed Admirals of the Liberty Navy,

We are highly pleased to see such a positive response to our proposal. Though it will certainly take time to implement, a success in doing so will be a success not only for Bretonia, but for Liberty and Crayter too. We pride upon being reliable partners, and it is our desire to assist our allies in maintaining beneficial relations in the field of work.

As has been well-said already, the Crayter Republic shall have the final word. The Admiralty Board patiently awaits their transmission so that we may initiate the steps towards a more mobile and capable NATO Alliance.

Respected Admirals of House Bretonia and House Liberty. It comes as no surprise that our nations relationships with each other has held strong with the cracks showing within all groups around us. As it our duty to ourselves and our peoples to not end up in the same sorry state of the nations around us.

It rings true that the outlawed forces of Sirius have been growing in strength and have become a struggle to keep at bay from the innocent. Only through fire and tribulation will this task be upheld. I agree in the proposal of a joint exercise with all NATO members within Coronado. That brings into question what exorcise should take place.

I suggest first a test of our own strength against each other to first evaluate our equivalent strengths and weaknesses. A WARGAME if you will. Where our respective navies are pitched against the others to test their metal. I await your responses to my proposal.

Esteemed Allies,

The Kingdom of Bretonia and the Armed Forces are thankful for the given opportunity to hold joint military exercises within Coronado as part of coordinated NATO Alliance operations. We are indeed planning to hold such wargames in the future as well, and, for the present, plans are being drawn up to solutionize and concretize the discussed topics in the days prior.

It is of great importance that the members of NATO work together to ensure the safety of commerce and civilians within the Sirius Sector, more so due to events that have occurred within the recent past. Furthermore, it is the Armed Forces desire to ask that the NATO Alliance be further expanded in terms of capabilities, so that forces from all three participant states may coordinate operations beyond the limitations of the present agreements in the Independent Worlds, with an emphasis on taking moves to limit the expansion of outlawed groups that are currently known to maintain bases within the reach of the joint forces of the Alliance.

We will transmit additional details of the wargame that is to take place within the Coronado system in the coming days. The Royal Navy of Bretonia will begin to relocate several ships to the Cortez system as a first step towards initiating this noble mission.

I want to stress that our resources are limited due to The First Armada's leading role and commitment to Vespucci. We will be able to participate in the War Games, but in a limited capacity.

Furthermore, the Yellowstone patrols we do have in Coronado presently are running into trouble - Auxesians seem to partner up with aliens that somehow found the way to Coronado, perhaps using dangerous artifacts. Our patrols are forced to use extreme measures to protect the Jump Gate Construction Site and avoid nomad infestations.

Please take the imminent dangers into account - our exercises can quickly turn into heavy combat. And while we have this channel open - we would appreciate if Crayter could reinforce patrols in the Sierra Vista Nebula where the Gate Construction Site is located.

NATO Allies,

We are thankful once more for the dedication shown to continuing the shared legacy that the NATO has created over the past years. It is our solemn duty and an honor to be able to collaborate on this noble mission.

The proposed plans have been drafted and are awaiting to be approved and confirmed by our colleagues from the Liberty Navy and Crayter Republic. We invite officials from both participant nations to freely suggest amendments, so that the plans of operations may be approved in time and without problems.

Under the current proposal, the schedule for the exercises is as follows:

11th November, Friday - BAF & CR
12th November, Saturday - LN & BAF
13th November, Sunday - LN & CR
