Veteran from 2012 - Up to date wiki/lore?

I stopped playing around 2012 a few months after Player Bases were introduced, I was mainly a Core player and was wondering where I can get up to date lore development from ever since. What changed both lore and gameplay wise? The wiki is not up to date as well what's up with that? How's the community these days and what to expect when i come back?

hello there!

the short answer is... a lot... Full lore and gameplay explanation could take a while, so I will just leave it to another (hehe). the wiki, from my understanding, was meant to be replaced, but never really did. the community is smaller, but we still have raids, battles, and events. overall, things have continued on, and I doubt disco is going away soon.

I'm having a nightmare the same as you with this. So many things have changed- Old timer doesn't like it! Joking, it's all good!

I’m literally in same s**t as you are.
Start of with a veteran aid program. That’ll fix you up with some traders, miners and a fighter loaded with codenames.
You can sell a trader on forum for bunch of money if you want to…
Then hit some miners to help you load up on ores. I have a great experience with IMG crew.
If no miners are online, check POBs near the fields, buy ore there. And that will get you going.
In the meantime study lore and join some active group and enjoy the game.
Yes those times of waiting in line to jump on server are gone but I have been enjoying the game for the last month or two just as before.
