Unfortunately not for a couple hours yet. Presently finishing up other tasks and overseeing other projects and what not; ensuring that they meet the deadlines they've been given.
I should be free afterwards, however. Provided that works for you. I'll let you know once that is.

I was able to weasel out of the remainder of the work. Brad took over for the rest of the evening. I've made it down to Freeport 14. Let me know when you're here, I'll be in the bar enjoying a drink and some blessed down time in the meantime.

I just recently got back to Ikarus. My old friend and I decided to go shot for shot and chew the fat. That bastard can drink, that's for sure.
As we discussed, I'll monitor things even closer out here. Especially that particular item we spoke about. I'll let you know if it does anything odd or out of the norm. I've instructed my team to watch for changes in Photon values, specifically. If it does anything unusual (or more unusual that it's existence already is) then we'll collect data and reach out.
Also, thanks for the drink. I needed the few days downtime. It's time to get back to work, though. More later.

I hate to send you a communication so fast after the previous one...but that discussion we had a few days ago about the object in system...it's properties are changing.
Nothing off the charts or anything, but it looks like it's waking up. It's activity quotient has increased considerably in the past 24 hours and it's photon count is elevated outside of normal. I've attached a drone shot of the anomaly. We don't dare get much closer to it at the moment as it's radioactivity has increased along with the photon count. Additionally, the area around the anomaly appears to be in flux. We noted increased space/time distortions per square millimeter similar to that of a jump hole but much more dense. As such, we've place aside our normal research to keep a much closer eye on this for the time being.
If you wish to send up one of your people to supplement ours, then feel free to do so. However, we would appreciate using some caution. We don't want a lot of attention in this region of space or any hostile entities to Auxo being nearby our station. This is our home, after all, and despite the pleasant conversation we had last week, we are aware that there are entities that consider you and your people hostile. We don't want our home being caught in the crossfire of any hostile action against your ships.
Looking forward to hearing back from you. We will monitor this situation in the meantime and advise of any changes.

Salutations,
I'm writing you tonight because I just received a report of a Nomad in the Tau-23 system from our head of Security, Julian Hargrove. He didn't see the Nomad itself, but an individual in the region reported to him that a large Nomad entity was sighted in the area. I wasn't able to get the information that was said to the person in question, but they did say that the entity flew towards the stable singularity in system when it departed. It is unknown at the moment if it manipulated the anomaly or simply flew near it.
Either way, I figured I would report it to you for your information considering our discussion a month ago about the situation. See attached.

[17.02.2023 00:24:12] SLRC-RS>Commutator: Henderson: Good to see you, Mister Hargrove. We're bound for Ames soon, but you need to hear this.
[17.02.2023 00:24:31] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Go ahead.
[17.02.2023 00:24:53] Lost.Research: Simon: Howdy, captain of the J.Hargrove
[17.02.2023 00:24:57] SLRC-RS>Commutator: Henderson: The gentleman on the bridge of that Corvo says he saw an honest-to-God Nomad battleship in-system.
[17.02.2023 00:25:05] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: [The man chuckles.]
[17.02.2023 00:25:12] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: J. Hargrove is my name, actually.
[17.02.2023 00:25:32] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Hmmm. Interesting. What was it doing?
[17.02.2023 00:25:32] Lost.Research: Simon: My apologies sir. I'm Simon Soloman, sir.
[17.02.2023 00:25:56] Lost.Research: Simon: It literally... appeared out of nowhere.. spoke to me for a while... Said some pretty scary stuff
[17.02.2023 00:26:01] Lost.Research: Simon: and left...
[17.02.2023 00:26:13] Lost.Research: Simon: I can go into greater detail if you like...?
[17.02.2023 00:26:14] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: They have tendency to do that. Did it do anything with the stable anomaly in system?
[17.02.2023 00:26:37] Lost.Research: Simon: do anything with the what in the system?
[17.02.2023 00:26:48] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Follow me.
[17.02.2023 00:27:37] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: I've been instructed by our Director, Dr. Montgomery, to report if any Nomads or their thralls mess with THIS anomaly.
[17.02.2023 00:27:52] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Don't get too close.
[17.02.2023 00:27:53] Lost.Research: Simon: forgive me.. Yes. it flew toward it just before it left...
[17.02.2023 00:28:18] Lost.Research: Simon: it spent all of a few moments by it
[17.02.2023 00:28:21] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Henderson, I need to report this to Sailas IMMEDIATELY.
[17.02.2023 00:28:49] SLRC-RS>Commutator: Henderson: By all means, sir. We'll continue onto Ames as scheduled.
[17.02.2023 00:28:57] Lost.Research: Simon: *Panic in his voice* I haven't done anything wrong have it? surly this is something I should have been told about before
[17.02.2023 00:29:00] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Thank you Mr. Soloman for the report.
[17.02.2023 00:29:13] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: You are fine, thank you for reporting this to us.
[17.02.2023 00:29:23] SLRC-RS>Commutator: Henderson: Relax, man. Nomads are just no laughing matter.
[17.02.2023 00:29:25] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: I cannot go into specifics at the moment, it's considered sensitive information.
[17.02.2023 00:29:53] Lost.Research: Simon: Can you at least fine a way to tell me what I -need- to know going forward?
[17.02.2023 00:29:58] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: All you need to know is if Nomads mess with those stable anomalies, bad things can happen.
[17.02.2023 00:30:01] Lost.Research: find **
[17.02.2023 00:30:06] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Very bad things.

[17.02.2023 00:30:34] Lost.Research: Simon: are we talking about worm holes or something? <Static>
[17.02.2023 00:31:28] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Excuse me, I need to reach out to Sailas. Henderson, head to Ames. He should be there. I'll pass on the report.
[17.02.2023 00:31:36] Lost.Research: Simon: well, anythign you need from me... just say.. I honestly had no idea .. it was so... harmless to me
[17.02.2023 00:31:41] SLRC-RS>Commutator: Henderson: Commutator actual copies all.
[17.02.2023 00:31:52] SLRC-SEC>J.Hargrove: Julian: Nomads are anything but harmless.
Apologies for the delay, I was on an assignment where the comms were disrupted.
I took a look at your initial readings as forwarded earlier, such erratic activity does seem to be the norm, but there has been some curiosities regarding how these levels are affected and how they are interlinked with the interaction of dark matter, and how it may be a clue for forming jumpholes. The density remains a concern in the makeup of the anomaly, meaning it's still possibly a path that could be forced open...
We could re-assign a covert researcher to your facility, if you wish for it. They could assist you in identifying potential issues in the patterns of the anomalies, or appropriately calling for containment as necessary.
But this unknown alien entity... did they mention what it was precisely? What did it say? When was this encounter? Any data or imagery?
...
I feel as if this is a prudent time to forewarn you of an energetic lifeform, a being with no form, that may be interested in these anomalous formations. I... don't quite have the access to an information terminal as of now to forward you the full specifications, but I will pull data from my neuralband. Forgive me if the data is blurred, my memory is illusive.
...pulling data from local.uplink
...reading neural.pattern...writing memetic.visual.data.. permutating data...generating image.(forwardExternal):
If you encounter a being similar to such a form - to which it turns into a cloud of stardust as it metamorphs, ensure you keep an appropriate measurement of distance, and do record and/or document your encounter. I would be very grateful if you forward any data gathered, but do keep yourself safe above all else. For the most part, despite its possible radioactive nature, it alone will be unlikely to harm you on a physical level, not without any augmentation of tools, beware your mind and whether it disturbs the anomalies to cause harm - should you anger it.
I don't generally tend to recommend antagonizing incorporeal beings... All in all, it is incredibly unlikely that you will encounter this individual in question, but it is good for you to bare in mind to retain a calm mind and to be prepared in the event that you do happen to encounter it.
Are you doing well? We can talk, if you wish. But I will be occupied for a few days. mainly starting tomorrow and the following days.
I'm willing to help you out on covering materials costs. Thankfully, I've come to learn that the trouble in question isn't used to your er... scent ... so, for now - try to avoid any future ventures into their part of the wilderness, unless you wish for them to start following. I'm more glad that lives were not lost.
Medical supplies, material goods... Whatever is required. If necessary, I can offer you the support of the techies from my department, if something is horrifically wrong with the Carrier's power core, they'll know what to do.

Interesting. It would appear this is a...automated system? At any rate, I'm assuming Revenant is unavailable at present and you're taking over for the time being. Alright then, sure.
We're not getting involved in the conflict in Pennsylvania. Even if they're fellow Zoners, we're not warriors and we aren't capable of lending aid besides positing the differences between weapons signatures. Not much we can do. I've given people some time off to aid their families if they need and I haven't explicitly denied any of our security teams from going down to lend a hand outside of SLRC official orders. These are their families after all, I couldn't in good faith tell them not to go help their loved ones.
As for other threats, our security teams are more than capable of defending us from aggressive parties. Whomever they may be. Your communication isn't the only one I've received today either, mentioning vague threats to our safety. I'm not overly concerned. I thank you for your worry though, everything is well. If anything changes, however, we'll let you know if we need assistance.
