It is a pleasure to meet you, albeit I wish they were under different circumstances.
I was hoping our relocation to New York and our home space would have been seamless, but with all plans, certain hiccups arise along the way. We have been extremely fortunate to have been previously secure near the Battleship Myoko and Deshima Station in Shikoku, and now even more so with Fort Bush, Norfolk Shipyard, and Battleship Missouri within almost shouting distance of our new station.
As head of Security for AWES, I can assist in any way I can with problems LPI has with our vessels and any problematic cargo.
Please elaborate on what issue you have discovered and let's see what we can work out to resolve the incident at hand.

Attached below is footage of one of my officers Ship Cams that read everything they do, from weapons firing to scans of other ships. The Officer was making his rounds through the lanes when he comes up on one of your transports. Upon scanning the ship he finds Alien Materials headed towards your new base. Care to explain this?

Ah, I had a feeling it might be regarding that incident .
I have an explanation and being the Chief of Police I'm sure you are cleared with the multiple authorities both local and abroad regarding the harrowing journey this ship had that day.
Our Bustard Civilian Carrier AWES-Trustee is typically our quick go-between when it comes to accessing the distant systems of the Omicrons without either being in breach of Liberty law by accessing Virginia and Omicron Nu or taking a much longer route via Kusari and Rheinland.
On this particular occasion, the crew was tasked by our manufacturing sector with the objective of obtaining a sampling of Iridium from our Core / Zoner acquaintances in Omicron Delta.
The jump to Omicron Delta was by the numbers - coordinates accurate to within 20k of Freeport 11. The ship docked with the station and proceeded to restock while obtaining a valid sample of Iridium as requested.
It was on departure that the story takes a dramatic turn for the worse. As per safety protocols and respect for the Freeport Zone, the ship usually waits 20k from any other ship or station just in case of anomalous events with equipment. While maintaining this distance and waiting for equipment readiness, a Zoner research ship from the Freeport passed by onroute to explore areas unknown. As the two ships exchanged well wishes for safe journeys, the scanners lit up with reports of hostile contacts all around. In the first few minutes, the research ship was a casualty, with almost all crew assumed lost.
The ship was able to take out 2 hostiles before long, but was still being swarmed with bombers with malicious intent. Bridge crew were surprised to notice survivors of wreck had managed to eject in reinforced capsules pressurized with limited oxygen.
Another 2 enemy ships were destroyed as the ship closed in on the pods and began using multiple quick tractor beams to recover survivors from all across the battlefield.
The crew at this point had options to stay to fight, hoping for an answer for their call for reinforcements, or disengage, completing the mission and assuring safety for themselves and the survivors. As they were already prepped for the latter option, they jumped home.
On safe re-entry to Liberty Space, an assessment of damage was taken now that they were safely headed to the station. The survivors consisted of the research crew, a marine commissioned as part of the crew security unit on ship, and several hundred of the Zoner crew who reacted quickly when it was known the ship was lost. It was only at this point that the cargo bay crew noticed the areas around each pod piled with the remains of the enemy Nomad ships.
Once back on Salt Lake Station, arrangements for the safe return of all personnel was settled, at Interspace Commerce expense. The remains were turned over to Norfolk Shipyard and the Liberty Navy, who arranged their pick-up from us, as we were not eager to break a known Liberty Law on this type of contraband, without pressing reasons as had occurred prior.
As it was dealt with by the Navy, and we were not aware of this report, we were told by that authority to leave the matter as is and consider it resolved.
Now that you've heard our side of this camera footage, how can we best resolve this impulsive but necessary transgression?

This is a very compelling story and I hope this act of mistaken tractor beam wont happen again. Remember there is an option to jettison unwanted cargo and then destroy it by use of your weapon systems before making your way on public lanes. Could help avoid mishaps like these. I hope those in the pod make a full recovery. I will waive the fine and wont process any legal action.
