Good day to the clients, faction partners, and independents,
It's not often that I make an appearance to announce items, projects, or areas of interest that AWES is participating in these days. I leave such things often to my delegates to bask in the glow of said attentions. But today's announcement is somewhat different, so I felt it best delivered personally.
All Worlds Enterprises & Securities has prided itself on being the 'go-to' corporate contact that would answer the call for aid when often such supports were unavailable or infrequent in reply. Building relationships amongst traders and bases in various areas has been a strategy that requires constant monitoring and vigilance to maintain positive results and customer satisfaction.
To that end, it was the long term goal of the corporation to develop the means to satisfy these commodity needs both at the base and infrequent project level but at the same time improve both trade and profits for the areas involved. This strategy involved the establishment of a permanent presence in most regions of Sirius - ambitious to be sure, but for a time, manageable and hopeful for the synergies of their combined network to more easily allow the service level we sought to achieve.
However, in the end, after much review and consultation, it was the consensus of the Executives that we need to refocus our efforts so we have the time and energy to provide and interact with our customer base on a more regular schedule. Maintaining the base network was actually accomplishing the opposite of that intended effect, adding more overhead and 'chores' to be done just to maintain presence without the corresponding results.
So, today I announce that we are decommissioning a large number of owned base assets and redistributing their components and materials to Shikoku, in advance of a yet to be released Headquarters upgrade project in that system.
The following bases either have been, or will shortly be decommissioned from their current locations permanently:
Trader Hub Port 34, Colorado
All Worlds Gallia, Languedoc
Cronics Trading Facility, Omega-3
Equipment And Repairs, Magellan
Mirai Enterprise, Kyushu
Bochum Depot, New Berlin
Yuudoku Depot, Honshu
The remaining bases will serve as focal points for our efforts in different regions and in some cases kept for special efforts in local economies.
All Worlds Enterprises & Securities does this action with the intent and refocus towards providing Sirius better availability of services, more funds for investments, and a large liquid asset base to draw from in order to cover insurance claims from our customers.
Thank you and our continued appreciation for all your efforts in helping us in our goal of Uniting the Worlds through Finance!
Sincerely,
Don "The Closer" Vega
