My name is Colin Parsons, an All Worlds Enterprises & Securities Executive Officer in the newly christened Extraordinary Investments division.
I'll admit the division name catches a few off guard, but it's basically Interspace Commerce's way of catching all the non-consumer, non-House, unconventional investments in which our corporation has interests, into one tidy area, to watch very closely.
Our investment in APM nicely falls into that category and given my appointment to this new role was only very recently, despite being well versed in the corporation's reports over the years, I thought it was time to have some discussions on how APM has been achieving its objectives and where Interspace fits in on a few returns on investment.
Major points I was hoping to discuss with the Upper Management include:
Iridium supply and distribution - our new HQ in NY at Salt Lake Station will have production requiring supply of this valuable commodity
Technologies that can be made consumable and sold on the mass market
Ship Projects - including the Titanic Upgrade Project in which we assisted in delivery of base model
Ship procurement - discussions regarding the AWES purchase and use of Core ships for purposes of Omicron security for its convoys.
Synergies with present corporations operating in Omicrons - Is there a possibility of improving and expanding relations with Daumann at Ennibeck?
As you see, there's a bit of topics to take up our time on review.
Please let me know how you'd like best to proceed with discussion of said mentioned issues and I will make myself available. We are looking for ways to best support over and above our current level, albeit with a little bit of take-away involved.
AWES is working well inside the business environment of House Space - but with the help of the Core and APM, there's always room for further profitable ventures abroad...
I look forward to hearing from you in due time.
Sincerely,
Colin Parsons

APM is currently facing a challenge in pursuing the Core's progress deeper into the Omicron Kappa system. The goal is to capture or eliminate objects that pose a threat to Core commercial vessels in the deeper Omicrons, originating from the habitats of the Kappa system. To achieve this, APM has had to focus on manufacturing new equipment to replace damaged or destroyed equipment, and repairing ships that participate in battles in the Omicron Kappa. Human resources are not a concern at the moment. For information on casualties, please contact the Core High Command or the Guildmaster and Guildkeeper.
In addition, multiple installations belonging to proxy organizations that are focused on stealing Iridium Ore from Core-controlled areas are also a concern that APM will eventually deal with. However, the idea of constructing a storage facility for licensed buyers has been considered.
As for the Denebola, also known as the Titanic Upgrade Project, it has been deemed inefficient for the Omicrons and is planned to be dismantled or returned to AWES. However, the project Behemoth is planned to replace it if enough financing can be secured. The aim is to construct an ultra-large spaceship with multiple storage and processing facilities, similar to the Barge-class, but with better armor and APM-made propulsion and power core complexes. If you would like to discuss the project further, you are welcome to visit the Nauru facility related to the project.
Due to ongoing projects, APM cannot provide sufficient logistics assistance for your projects in the Salt Lake unless all other matters are resolved or an ongoing contract with other stakeholders is complete.
The Core ships of the AP-series were designed to operate in environments like the Omicrons, Omegas, and other Edge Worlds. Your normal area of operations is within House Space, so these vessels are likely too powerful for your needs. Therefore, we require elaboration on the purpose of procuring the AP-series vessels or related equipment, how they will be used, and where.

Good day Director Anthony McReady,
Thank you for your prompt response to my query.
I understand your point on Core assets being tied up to the point that support of New York projects doesn't even make the list - but in your explanation of Core's activities, Salt Lake Station might have a role in assisting to manufacture equipment lost in Omicron Kappa battles. We don't need Core trade ships to supply, but access to Iridium helps some more advanced equipment production. Something to keep in mind.
The installation setup plan I see has been put on hold, but not canceled. AWES will be able to assist when the Core deems this project is fitting in their Omicron Delta objectives. It is agreed that Freelancer and Zoner installations seem to have operations working without oversight or license from Core in Delta - I'm glad to see you are aware of how lucrative maintaining a monopoly over such an important resource is to funding faction controls and expansion.
AWES would definitely be interested in buying back your Titanic, at a reduced market rate, should you no longer use it. It would be a waste to scrap such a new useful ship. Feel free to contact our Logistics Officer to arrange purchase and pickup from your location at your convenience.
This Behemoth Project sounds like something I could take away and speak to with our Major Project Financing. If you have any non-classified details I can pass on in the short term, please do so. I will also prepare to visit Planet Nauru as you suggested to see more in person.
It has been decided to pursue stronger deterrents to predatory tactics on our convoys outside house space, far from military assistance. Too much power isn't a concern and plans are to use any escort vessel strictly in the Core's operational area, not house space where such vessels would be subject to several political concerns regarding Interspace Commerce corporate direction. Such concerns do not exist beyond trade lanes.
Basically we are looking to obtain an AP-430 "Thresher" Core Destroyer, of used or damaged status so we aren't pulling from your existing forces on the line or new ships coming from shipyard production. We will cover cost and materials required to bring it up to escort level status, and would be accepting of all efforts for any sensitive classified technology to be removed prior to our possession. As a defensive escort, this ship would never be involved in fleet activities from the point of our purchase. Please let me know, with Core permission, what resources would be needed to get this process started on the right vessel, when available.
I also noted no response on the item of inter-corporation cooperation in Omicron Delta - was this an intentional omission? Or will any consideration be given to potential allies in the local area such as Daumann that have similar enemies?
Sincerely,
Colin Parsons

Should we set on deploying a modular installation for stakeholders' use you can count on an Iridium flow to be set to the New York system and never run thin, however this matter will only be prioritized once the Mars is done with its current task and we can ensure the facility's safety. I believe you never been to the deep Omicrons and don't understand why such precaution is necessary: well, it's justified by what and who inhabits this area.
We will either disrupt their operations with force and set assault on every station in the Delta system or seek for cooperation and assistance to each other, making us a big friend of everyone in the system, providing our protection, security and logistics services in return for sharing the Iridium or not selling them to certain individuals - we'll figure something, be sure of that.
As for the Denebola - we are ready to return her for 130 million credits sent to Core|APM-Denebola. The Behemoth on the other hand require at least 15 billion credits of financing and this isn't something we can easily afford without withdrawing resources from other ongoing projects. If you feel like involving yourself deeper in our affairs, you may begin with providing finances to cover the project.
I will leave both AP-series and Thresher-class Destroyer matter to the Guildmaster, as I am not authorized to sell out large combat vessels and honestly don't want to deal with the matter right now. As for the DHC matter: there's no real friends in the Omicrons, only partners. The Daumann doesn't seem interested to continue their business on Ennibeck since the Iridium operations failed and most likely will withdraw from the station in the years to come.

Good evening, gentlemen.
I've been asked by Mr. McReady to shed some light on the whole "Thresher" conundrum. At this point of time, we're in no way capable, nor willing, to part ways with a Thresher. Or other AP line ships, for that matter. There are three very good reasons I can point out straight away.
First, we don't have Threshers to spare. If anything, we're short on Destroyers, as is. We're fighting multiple well armed and organized groups and our shipyards are up to capacity on production, just barely enough to meet our needs.
Second, "handing" over a Threshers means I gotta get something with similar firepower in return. It has always been the case for us.
And last but not least, giving you a Thresher means we gotta educate, outfit and dispatch a whole maintenance team, just for that ship. I mean absolutely no offense when I say this, but despite your relations with McReady, I personally don't know you or your organization, not well enough to send my boys over to your facilities. A warship contains many sensitive and classified elements, materials and technologies. Unlike the Denebola, for which I am very grateful, this is some serious stuff we're talking about.
Keep in mind, all that I have said might change in the future, but as of right now, I can't make it happen.
Daniels, out.
~Yours Truly, Jack Daniels, Guildmaster of the Core and STILL the most hated person in the Omicrons.

Good day Guildmaster Jack Daniels and Director Anthony McReady,
It is a pleasure to meet you, Guildmaster Daniels.
While I do admit some mixed feelings about the frankness of your response, your reasoning is sound.
I arrived to visit Planet Nauru's facilities on the assumption that Interspace Commerce was seen positively in Core space, but I guess that only extends so far outside of the realm of our partnership and investment in APM. Duly noted, and challenge accepted.
So let's continue building relationships!
Mr. McReady: You will find the 130 million credits sent to Core|APM-Denebola as of this communication. We look forward to receiving this vessel and returning it to active use on the house trade lanes.
Other take-aways from this conversation:
The Behemoth 15 billion credit project - we can look at the details further and see what we can do to help here.
It sounds like you need both Logistics and Production aid. We'll see what we can do to improve both so you can build more ships with more commodities, manpower, and facilities.
You want a trade for the destroyer - we were planning on paying for it, but barter works too. We will return to this discussion at a much later time.
And biggest item of all, you don't trust us enough. I'm thinking small or large gains on any of the prior items listed will improve this over time.
Thank you for making this meeting of our groups as productive as I had hoped it could be.
Please do not hesitate to contact us to assist with what we do best - companies all over Sirius can attest to our potential and capabilities.
Sincerely,
Colin Parsons
