In case the hype hasn't reached OS&C Offices, Interspace Commerce has completed all our station construction in Dublin associated with the 'Racing Experience'.
What's this, you ask? It's what we hope will be the draw that brings people to Dublin, outside of the usual gold rush! It is an entertainment venue that supports the local existing race track in the asteroid field. I'll leave the Information Link with you for full details.
Sounds interesting... but where does OS&C come into this picture? PROMOTIONS! Each event we will include advertising of all the great corporations across Sirius that lent their support to bringing this awesome entertainment event to the people - Does it not make sense that OS&C is on that list?
If this type of opportunity interests you, please reply back with the type of advertising you'd be most comfortable pursuing at this time. We have options such as:
Prize donations - individual competition or participation reward draw - 'donated graciously by OS&C ' or 'Donations by OS&C , Legendary Hospitality Across Sirius!'
Advertising - Event ads will have custom displays provided by your advertising specialists on our outgoing event communications, including links to your company information!
Parts or All of the above!
The main sponsorship of the event will be supplied Nebula Shipping Express, but our goal is to get as many sponsors as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to promote their corporate image, as well as have great prizes to draw in a large crowd!
Our ask today for promotions in our next event is 150,000,000 Sirian Credits, which can be deposited to our trust account for the event: AWES-TrustAccount1.
Prizes - currently we are considering two reward systems for clients participating in our events:
Competitive - time-based successful completion of the track, with all players 'buying-in' prior to participation and the winner receiving the lion's share of the pool collected (minus a cut for the house to cover expenses of station operations). These pool amounts could be bumped up in amounts with equal player shares provided by sponsors.
Participatory - A random reward draw involving all players involved payed for by the station and its sponsors at the end of the event or as a follow-up afterwards.
Advertising - Event ads will have displays provided by the sponsor's advertising specialists on our outgoing event communications - we offer flexibility here and post what we are given to ensure you get your branding images out there, on the event!
Security - not only would most of our guests be likely in armed highly maneuverable combat craft but our station can be quickly set to fully combat ready in defensive posture in short order in the event of program interrupts by hostile entities. We are also a fully registered base with the Bretonian Government and in the event of problems could contact the BAF to assist deter hostiles away from innocent tourists participating.
Insurance Coverage - All Worlds Enterprises & Securities Insurance would attempt to cover any claims for reasonable damages occurring as a result of any problems with the event or happening as a result of, or response to, the activity in the system.

We have appreciated your team's help during our initial setup phase, I am very pleased to hear from OS&C again to support our venture which lands squarely in an area of their expertise - making sure their customers have a great time and an exciting experience!
All of the ideas you've proposed are incredible! Sirius-renowned chefs, gambling opportunities setup on-station, and a prize offers worth well over the initial amount I had asked - when OS&C brings the support, they deliver without reserve! We happily agree to the opportunity to have our station host your great chefs as well as your Gambling operations.
For the prize support, either option 1 or 2 works, we leave it up to you. However I will mention that depending on the final prizes and amounts we have, credits might be a little more easily split into more numerous prize amounts.
As well, unless OS&C is sponsoring a racer in the event too, we would recommend having one of those exquisite ships on-site for all attending to see what luxury OS&C offers it's clientele! That is, if you don't already plan to have groups scheduled to attend the event aboard one such vessel!
On the promotions front, is there a specific image and slogan you'd like us to use for the OS&C promotion to be included in the Event Announcement?

We have Chosen Option 1 for now, but we can Later Expand this support of course should the interest in the Race demand it. You will find the Payment in your Bank Account. We have also sent an Orbital Delegation to your Station that will Inspect your Station to see where and how we can set up the things that we have discussed. As for a Slogan for Advertisements, I would say you can use our Logo for Advertisement Purposes, but we have no real Slogan, at least not one for the whole Company. Our Captains mostly use a Ship Motto for Advertisement of their ships and Services in the OS&C Catalog. But I think our Logo with the Slogan "Enjoy the Race of Luxury, with Orbital Spa and Cruise."
We don't have our own Racer yet, but we have many Race enthusiasts in our Organisation and I am sure we might be able to find someone for this. we would need an Exact Date and time of when the Race takes place to Plan for our Team to arrive then. I am sure that one of our Taurus Shuttles would make a Fine Racing Ship that could show Orbital's Fine Engineering Qualities.
As for Representation Purposes, we could send an Orbital Liner Or a Yacht to Anchor at the Station and be both a help for the Cooks and a Place for Orbital VIPs to enjoy the Race. I am sure we will have a good Buissnes Relationship and I look forward to having more Events with AWES in the Future.
