I was recently informed that you were looking to sell the installation which orbits Kreuzberg depot, Handlesdepot. While that is indeed an attractive offer which already has a bid, I was looking into another one of your depots which is closer to the Dortmund clean-up site - Lagerhaus. I have made inquiries into ownership registrations of both stations and paid them a visit. I have to say that I am impressed with what I have seen.
While I do not know the reasons behind you wishing to sell Handlesdepot, I would urge you to consider the sale of Lagerhaus. The company I represent is eager to jump-start clean-up operations around Dortmund, and your station is almost in the ideal location for such an operation. While SEO considered making a bid for Handlesdepot, we are concerned that the approval process for the relocation and refurbishment of this station would take just as long as the request we already submitted regarding another seller. Seeing as Lagerhaus is already in position and serves a somewhat similar purpose to what my plans for it would be, I believe we would be able to cut through a lot of bureaucratic delays relating to its new registration if we agreed on a sale.
I await your response. If you do not wish to sell, I wish you the best of luck with the bidding for Handlesdepot. If you are interested, I am prepared to enter negotiations, or to make a first bid in a public auction. Our company is not without funds, and they will back me up in this venture.
