Med Force took every opportunity to hinder the investigation with stupid claims about upkeeping some Hippocratic Oath. Had I not kept them at gunpoint half the time they wouldn't have moved a finger. Specifically the renown Doc Holliday. He needs a stern reminder that Zoners aren't immune to consequences. That body on Sprague is just some pile of meat drowned in acid. But what substance was used is up for debate, as his peers are utterly incapable of identifying mere compounds. Maybe Sonja isn't infected. Or maybe she is. Or was.
At this point I have suspicions that Doc was actively helping Sonja weasel her way out of this. He never got to know anything or was able to control anything about one of the Department f*cking Leads. She just happened to disappear without anyone noticing, somehow found her way on Sprague, murdered by someone. That same someone killed themselves over some skank that couldn't have the courage of visiting a doctor for some quick, insignifiant inspection.
I've lost my patience the moment Holliday said the suspect vanished. Now? Now I'm considering to have MFE pay for the massive risk of letting some vagabond flee into oblivion. And miraculously die when the world crumbled around her.
Think I'll throw this pile of molten meat in the trash for starters. If Sonja Wilke truly is dead, then she won't have to see her former colleagues suffer because of her own insolence.

It appears that an uninvited guest has taken up residence in your mind. Given your advanced cybernetic condition and the information shared by your she-stalker, it seems unlikely that the situation can be remedied through simple surgical or pharmaceutical means - as there may be nothing physical to remove.
Nevertheless, I have devised a theoretical solution, albeit one that may prove difficult to execute. In the past, when my people still believed in 'Spirits', a small group of Outcasts on Malta possessed psychic abilities. It is said that these abilities were enhanced by not only high doses of Cardamine but also certain 'active' artifacts that amplified their supernatural abilities. I do possess such abilities and they may be effective in permanently or temporarily imprisoning your unwelcome guest, albeit not without a similarly enhancing artifact.
Herein lies the main challenge: all of the known artifacts on Malta were either destroyed with the end of Nomad worship on our planet or they are jealously guarded by a few Maltese dons as prized trophies. As such, they are beyond our reach. I suspect that the Order may possess some of these artifacts in their vaults and laboratories, yet the question is how to acquire them. It is doubtful that they would willingly relinquish anything of that nature to us - given our mutual relations with them especially.

I'm on my last leg, Fiorella. Trying to help me right now with that parasite would be a waste of effort. Don't involve yourself into this. It will only end badly for the both of us, and I'm tired of causing collateral damage. I will be absent for a while. Against my other, better judgement I made use of the Prophet Anomaly to disappear. Isolate myself for as long as possible.
Take this piece of information as you want. But know that I won't go out without a fight.

I've given it some thought. Had plenty of time to do that these weeks. Say...those artifacts. How impossible was it to obtain them, again? And how much Cardamine are we talking to make this work?

Your supposed demise had crossed my mind - I am relieved to hear it was not so.
Indeed, acquiring those artifacts will be an arduous task. It is unlikely the Order would relinquish them to us and it remains uncertain if the Core have any of them in their possession as well. I can imagine that even if they did - the price could be quite steep for both of us. However, there might be yet another solution available for us - venturing further into the depths of the Nomad ruins where the unwary hands of other humans have not yet reached.
Cardamine will be needed in larger quantities - it is not easy to overdose a pureblood Outcast like myself, yet it will still be a negligible amount compared to the production of my own plantation. I do not believe that you personally would need to ingest Cardamine if you do not wish to do so - I assume that any other stimulant and concentration-enhancing agents will suffice for your purposes.
You'd really think I'd die just like that? Eh...I don't blame you, actually. Things haven't been normal in a long time. Not for me, or anyone I've dragged into this mess.
I still have the case of Liquid Cardamine. Alternatively, I will get a hold of a Nox shipment in the coming days. Hopefully that will do the trick, although I hope I will only stop at the Cardamine.

Nox is the exact opposite of Cardamine - instead of stimulating you, it dampens your activity and ability to concentrate. It is an addictive substance that certain people use to relax and unwind when all other methods have failed. I do not believe it is something you would want to take during our proposed treatment for these reasons, yet it might not be a bad idea to use it for a complete mental relaxation before we start.
How good is your relationship with the Core, Signor Caliban? I do think they are our best chance of obtaining the artifact.

Fiorella.
I believe I'm on good terms with the Guildmaster and his cronies. But I don't think they'd be willing to help without a specific location to ransack for the artifacts, much less if there is no good incentive for The Core to risk their assets. In situations like these, money might not be enough motivation.
Besides...I'm not keen of sharing my little problem with more people. Someone is bound to get the wrong idea and I wouldn't blame them for it.

It has been quite some time since our paths last crossed, and I can only speculate about your current whereabouts. I assume you are not oblivious to the recent developments unfolding in Pennsylvania, which have undoubtedly stirred significant attention throughout Sirius. The gaze and ears of many are now fixed upon Pennsylvania, perhaps too many.
In light of this situation, I believe it is prudent for us to momentarily suspend our direct involvement against the devotees of the Nomads within the MFE ranks. Instead, our focus should shift towards curbing the external influence of these elements on the ongoing events in Pennsylvania and preventing their potential infiltration on planet Erie. Specifically, we must keep a watchful eye on Nymph and her followers, as well as the Technocrats. Naturally, this does not extend to the young man you care so much about.
Furthermore, considering the context of the MFE and their possible infestation, we might be able to utilize the Overwatch to pursue them in the Omicrons. Who knows, perhaps even the Corsairs will be inclined to join their allies' cause.

Fiorella.
You wouldn't be wrong to assume that I'm still on my so called crusade against the Nomad threat, whether they nest themselves within MFE's ranks or outside. Since our last talk I have uncovered a third individual that has been corrupted by the Nomads. They're being taken care of, naturally.
As for The Overwatch. I don't know, really. I've had extensive talks with them as of late. I like to believe that now they see my reasoning. Why I do what I do and that they'll cooperate. That remains to be seen. If they do, perhaps we can take care of that MFE problem for good.
Pennsylvania, huh? Yeah, I've heard of it. Doesn't surprise me in the slightest that Liberty did what it did. So what did you have in mind? Just swoop in occasionally to flush out any compromised individuals?
